Hello. Till actually took 2 years of vocal lessons with an opera singer. Plus he used to be an Olympic swimmer, so lots of lung volume. The style of singing (rolled r's) is from the early 1920th. Ernst Busch had the same singing style. Or Brecht. Since you're a big Rammstein fan 🤘it would be awesome, if you could react to their new masterpiece "Zeit". Imo Till has outdone himself on the lyrics. Absolutely beautiful and deep. And his vocals are amazing. Music is soul touching The video is a piece of art. With love from Germany 🤘 😎

Ich liebe die Jungs seit 1997 (leider noch nie persönlich getroffen) und freue mich heuer auf Cardiff. Wohne ja seit längerem auf der Nachbarinsel. Schönes Wochenende.

The "Official Studio Video" is great as well, but we all miss going to the live shows and can't wait to get back out on the trails again! Also, don't forget that this was such a highly regarded show that Rammstein was short-listed for the prestigious "Live Performance Of The Year" 2019 award by the international association *Total Productions International (TPI)* trade association event. Presented in London, England, February 24, 2020 (1,700 in attendance; Black Tie only), the annual awards event recognizes excellence in all facets of concert production, including stage design, stage lighting, sound quality, electrical power, crowd security, transportation technology, as well as the individual managers and management companies of each of the tours. The other nominees for "Live Production of the Year" were the Chemical Brothers, Marco Borsato, Muse, Stormzy, and Take That. The award ultimately was won by Stormzy, headlining “The Glastonbury Show”, June 28, 2019 (audience of approx. 135,000). There is so much more to this song than just the already amazing lyrics when paired with the around 9 minute video. It's incredibly well done and depicts the history of Germania/Deutschland amazingly.

I tend more to the old performances from 1996-1998 etc. My urgent recommendations are: 'Spiel mit mir' (Philipshalle Düsseldorf) 'Sehnsucht' (Berlin Wuhlheide 1998) 'Der Meister' (Live 1996-1997) 'Laichzeit' (Live at Bizarre Festival 1996) 'Asche zu Asche' (Live 1997) All the best to you!!

Frühling in Paris is one of the beautiful and sadly underrated Rammstein songs. I recommend to check out. Also Ohne Dich, Mutter and Seemann are good options.

"So jung und doch so alt" means that the Germans have a history of thousands of years but the country of Germany is only around since 1871 (before that there were kingdoms like Prussia, Saxony and Bavaria).

Check out Ich Tu Dir Weh from MSG also check out Eisbrecher - Was Ist Hier Los, Leider, Verrukt, Fakk, Metal and Prototyp. I'm sure there are more interesting songs out there by them, singer has an interesting voice similar to Rammsteins, probably goes even lower.

Hi Zoe, thanks for this wonderful reaction. I have there another band, which came together only last year and the singer sounds shockingly similar to Till (for all in his early days). If you would like to check them out. The lyrics might be not so deep yet, but well, Till's writing comes from many different places, also from things he had to go through. Der Song liegt schwer . Sowohl von der Historie, wie auch vom Text ... Mir gefällt persönlich die Offizielle Version besser, da sie vom Bildmaterial wesentlich mehr auszusagen vermag. Dieses Lied löst bei mir ein wahres Wechselbad der Gefühle aus. Auch wenn mich das Lied sehr betrübt liebe ich es . Für mich das Beste Lied von Ramstein überhaupt. @@ZoeStibiVocalCoach ich hoffe es gefällt dir in Deutschland. Ich liebe meine Heimat, aber ich liebe nicht die Geschichte die hinter uns deutschen liegt. Zum Glück hat sich aber politisch nach 1945 viel verändert. Das Deutschland von heute ist ein gutes Land, das Deutschland von gestern ist ein grausames und zerstörungswütiges Land, das Deutschland von vor vor gestern ist ein tragisches und kompliziertes Land. Ich bin froh im heute zu leben, und in Demut und Trauer und dem Wissen an das was wahr , um daraus zu lernen und die Fehler zu vermeiden die geschehen sind.
