@@ellafischbachbrock2352 from what ive read is that he was physically and mentaly abused by his father. that can lead to some kind of double personality.the one that he shows the world in everyday life like in this vid, then on stage he can take out his other personality wich is this crazy sometimes monstrous badass musical performer.these two versions should really been one balanced persona but his abuse has made him keep them totally seperated. I have same kind of behavior.shy and awkward, introvert at the store, then a crazy headbanging freak when I feel safe and can unwind with music. we find our outlets ;D on the other hand we have the metal rockers like Phil Anselmo where the guy he is on stage is the same guy in the store.scary and angry looking xD Till looks like he could be a goofy school teacher off stage ;D
This is the best Till interview of all time. It's not about the music, the band, or even him. It's just him explaining the pyrotechnics. That's amazing
it truely is amazing when hes saying he's been doing it for almost 3 years, and that they are getting bigger and bigger going from his hands to bigger and bigger, little does he know just how big it will get hahaha, i love this. cool to see this now looking back knowing how far they've come from the first 2 albums.
Yeah... so sweet and shy that he makes Porno Movies with Groupies, Dildos as Dr. Dick and all that crazy stuff. He is everything but NOT shy...And he never was! He is an actor and plays the soft speaking Gentleman and he really knows that all the fangirls go crazy.. All the 30 years of Fame he could get all women he wanted... And now he seems totaly crazy and not down on earth anymore... Sad...
He is very soft spoken. I am a fan since 1997 and I remember the first time I could see them in an interview. I thought they had already another vocalist, because until then I heard only their songs in the radio or on CD. 🤣 I will never forget this moment. Poor Till.
@@rammsteinliveconcerts7975 No, unfortunately not. I am waiting since a while for one, which should have been in 2020. I still have the ticket and I hold on to it. And if they are getting 80 and I am around 60! 🤣 But can do it the next time, because I am even a Filmmaker with BA (hons) degree. 😉
This is one of the most fascinating music interviews I've ever seen yet. Till is so cute explaining the pyrotechnics in English. He seems very sweet and soft spoken--much different than the crazy goof he is on stage! I love both sides of him.
He's so nervous talking and making eye contact. So weird seeing him like this and the way he is on stage. Two different people, amazing how people do that.
I'm so thankful for her kind of awkward interview because he was a gem and so interesting. He was so polite and even awkward moments he kept it light. 🔥❤️
@@PichDextroYeah, some people still believe what's been said in the media. Really sad that instead of using their own brains they seem to be satisfied with purposefully sensationalized media reports that have nothing to do with the truth. Glad seeing your comments here though ;)
back in the days they used to making pyro stuff themselves but after one incident in past they decided to pull this idea off then they gave that to professionals this issue
Just came over this interview now, and to my surprise it was done by my country. A bit awkward and unprofessional, but to be expected during the time. But to it being awkward, it gave the interview more flair, and a relaxed atmosphere all around it. Almost gave the vibe they were friends, and just chilled around. Made it really interesting! And it being for 9 minutes was just great. Till rocked, as always, and to the lady. - Fy fan vilken upplevelse att få prata med Till, och så tidigt i hans karriär i Rammstein!!
The mad thing about this is that he grew up in East Germany were English was not widely taught.. yet he speaks it so beautifully... so delicately and intuitively. Meanwhile, the presenter, who is a native of a country where speaking English is second nature - and whose job it is to speak English - struggled the whole way through... how bizarre. Still one of the most fascinating music interviews I've ever seen.
asking questions in an unfamiliar area is harder than answering questions in an area you are familiar with... Both spoke good English though, I'm not sure what you're talking about.
I think Till is naturally linguistic. Whether you speak more languages or not. He has a '''talenknobbel' we call it in Dutch. Language bump basically. That's why he can find so many double meanings for the songs, in German and english.
@@sigridvanosch1990 He also did a FULL ALBUM in English, which he admitted was very hard because it was so much out of his comfort zone. He also sang in French, Spanish and Russian... I'd say that's pretty impressive. As for the interviewer, I believe it's stress most of all. I've done a few interviews myself and it honestly seems like I lose everything I know about English whenever I have one ! And they weren't even that big back then, so imagine if she had to interview Rammstein now...
He seems like a jock on stage. But actually seems more intellectual. I wish there were more interviews with him in english, and what he does when he's not in the band.
This is all i was looking for. Him talking about this stuff. I seen a video last night live in Paris. And man. I only have dreamed along with my brother if doing things like that with pyrotechnics. 😮 it 🤯 .. thank you for sharing
Uhhhhh They are so great live, the show is so impressive. That's exactly what brought the dirt into the concerts - never heard the music, but once Sex Drugs n Rock and back into the woke grits at the workplace over the week.
@@irgendeinname9256 Jeez. You're telling me! Or she was 'recruited'. Just a sad situation all around. I don't doubt something was going on, I just hope it's not as bad as it is sounding right now. Especially after Schneider's statement.
