Huge performance by Rammstein... It should be noted that from the beginning of the song, babies are hanging from the ceiling of the stage and that the end of the song ends with several shots of firecrackers, in fact it is the babies who explode and end up on the floor on the stage... dead. It is striking and particularly "heavy"... hard to imagine harder

When we first heard about this case we felt sick and had tears in our eyes. The empathetic idea of what happened there is just too intense and every time we hear this song we have tears in our eyes again. But it's important that this case isn't forgotten, so it's good that Rammstein made this song (with the victim's permission). The performance was great, musically probably the best we've seen so far. But we have also seen one where the case was depicted on the stage screen. We think that would have also worked well here at the beginning or in the run-up to the song.

Viennese blood "Wiener Blut" is also a famous waltz (or operetta) by Johann Strauss The Fritzl case was in Vienna.

I agree 💯💯💯 that this is the quintessential version of this song. I don't agree with capital punishment. You say this dude shouldn't kill and then you kill him. Pure hypocrisy. When you murder no matter the circumstances is wrong. Is wrong and you're no better than the psychopath.
