@kostya92 because the song is about the monster of Amstetten who kept his daughter in a cellar for 24 years and he genereted 7 children from her, 3 of them lived with the mother underground from the birth to the liberation several years after.

Raped, impregnated etc daughter? I was watching a nirvana documentary on the song polly and its origin and they referenced this song..... and noted it was about a guy who did sinister things to his daughter. I like ramstein but not this song especially if it is singing about that

is it wrong to say that in this context it's accurate to interpret the lyrics "seit ihr bereit, seit ihr soweit" as "are you ready? You're ready." I've seen two different interpretations, which is more accurate?

My German is not fluent. But those would be questions and not statements. My translation would be "Are you ready? Are you that far?"
