He said the US, Europeans and Australia 'were the ones who polluted the whole world with coal, with oil and everything that you can imagine'. Ramos-Horta then said that if developed countries give Timor-Leste $100bn, they will 'give up on the Greater Sunrise development ... other than that, please don’t lecture me'.
