of course the best one is the hardest one to get and most expensive!! lol but totally worth it.. i was listening to a song from HU2 called "end of time" and i really liked it. hopefully HU2 isn't that big of a let down cause im gonna end up paying for it sooner or later.. but anyways with the loss of nu foundation do you think HU will still be awesome?
how much did you pick up HU4 for? which one is the best do you think.. and yeah ill try listening to a few songs from HH on youtube to see if its good.
I love this song.... sounded a bit out of place til the beat dropped hahaha! For those interested in hearing the (what i think is) original song, check it out (live and acoustic) check it out at youtube /watch?v=OiCA7no7oUo
yeah i think your right about the end of bonkers.. but fuck yeah cannot wait for HU5!! HU is the best imo.. so have you heard any news about hardcore til i die 4?? is there gonna be one?? hope so..
haha alright thanks for letting me know whats good.. i would get the bonkers albums, but theres just too many of them.. if i get one i have to have them all. and i think its just too much work. i got into hardcore late:(
@obey227 Ah.. My first was Bonkers 17, around the time it released, so Im pretty new to the scene aswell. I suggest getting the newer bonkers CDs at least, if you like oldskool you can always try the oldest ones aswell :)
@obey227 I dont own a single bonkers cd, but I have them all downloaded. I would of had bought at least Bonkers 17 but Resist went bankrupt... So figured might as well not. Didn't want to pour more money into AATW either :) I found out about hardcore online, it's not all that popular where I live. None of my friends listen to it :D
do you have most of the bonkers albums? or all? i first cd was clubland xtreme 6, but i was already listening to 4 and 5 online, and htid 1 by aatw. thats what really got me started into hardcore.. then i ended up getting the rest:) and now going for the HUs, sigh..
@obey227 Yeah, I just realized how expensive HU4 actually is... Well, It is worth it at least. Hardcore Heaven is good, but you ought to try them out first so you wont buy something you dont want. I always listen on youtube/download the album before I buy it, so I don't waste money on bad stuff ;)
@obey227 I will miss Nu Foundation a lot, but Im sure HU will produce quality material in the future even without him. Heres a few tracks I liked. "Take Me Away", "Blow The Roof", "Coke In The Nose", "Hardcore Raver" (Bonkers 17 ftw), "Go This Way", "End Of Time" (Bonkers 17, again), "Tribal Resistance" (Bonkers 17), "Alanamra" (B17), "All The Time", "I Can Feel It", "Twice Around The Moon", "PSA". HU2 reminds me alot of Bonkers 17... Its a good album, but not as good as the other HU albums.
@obey227 I have all HU albums, HTiD by React, HTiD 1-3 by AATW, and not a single clubland album. You should probably check out Slammin' Vinyls Hardcore Heaven albums, Hardcore Addiction and Bonkers. Theres much more, but those are the ones that I've liked the most.
lol thats funny cause i have all of the clubland xtreme cds and also the htids.. but not a single HU album. i just barely heard about HU about 2 weeks ago and now im pissed cause it is the goods!! i already ordered HU 3 & HU 2010 but neither has came in the mail yet, and just downloaded the free HU ravin compilation album.. its awesome:)) but man HU 4 is a bitch to find and its so expensive too:(( i was thinking about getting the hardcore heaven albums but wasn't sure if they were good..
@obey227 I cant remember how much I ended up paying for it, probably 30-40€ incl. shipping to Finland. If I had to choose the best HU, it would probably be HU4. HU3&HU2010 are really good aswell, HU1 is good aswell but HU2 is a little bit of a letdown for me, considering the other releases. I do have them all though :)
Hardcore underground is a good source for mixed and non mixed albums cd or digital I believe, or beatport.com has a huge selection of single tracks and albums
@obey227 Its not a bad album imo, but yeah compared to the old React/Resist Bonkers, its almost as night and day. Im also pretty sure AATW has put Bonkers into the bin by now... Over 2 years since the last release. Oh well, at least we get HU5 soon ;)
