Never forget that Stafford won the Super Bowl through the Brady Bucs, Shanahan Niners, and Burrow Bengals despite having virtually no run game to speak of and his #2 receiver blowing out his knee during his best game
no run game whatsoever. they destroyed the cardinals too. were on their way to destroying the bucs until literally every skill player fumbled or threw a pick. down by 10 in the fourth against the vaunted niners and down against the bengals in the super bowl. the most underrated superbowl run in history.
They rank him at 15th best QB this year.. They put Jordan Love over him.... I'll never understand why the people doing rankings hate him so much, but there's clearly something going on.
An aspect of the Rams that is interesting is the fact that they don’t really have a home-field advantage like other teams in the league. I feel like, they get a leg up on the road because they are almost always playing under road conditions. Over the last few years, seems like the Rams are particularly good on the road. Not sure if their record reflects it, but perhaps the box scores do. I mean, they almost upset the red-hot Ravens last year, at Baltimore. I don’t know if there is anything worth evaluating with that, but I will say- it’s been great to be a Rams fan since McVay has been the coach, and I think Stafford is arguably the best QB a team has made a big swing to trade for. Just seems like he’s the biggest steal the Rams have had since when they got Marshall Faulk from the Colts. He is a difference maker, and I don’t think he’s respected enough for what his presence on this team does for the grit of the entire team. I mean, talk about grit- that young defense played hard and made stops once the offense came back. This is a team that is finding its footing with all of the injuries, and that was a damn impressive win.
I thought the year we won a Super Bowl we had the best o-line in football. The next year it falls apart due to injury and Stafford gets hurt. The next year it’s good again and we go 10-7. As long as we have a healthy o-line this year and the defense can be at least good enough we’ll be okay.
No Jonah Jackson, Steve Avila, or Noteboom. Beaux Limmer and Logan Bruss were standouts in Rams Preseason. Not surprised they’ve stepped up to the plate the first 3 weeks of the Szn. Rams have the deepest OL all of a sudden 😮💨.
The o line has been the most important part of Sean McVays tenure. Every year the o line has been good it sets up the run and allows Stafford and even Goff to shine.
Matt Stafford and Sean McVay were the story of that game. Shanahan and Purdy are both ranked higher than McVay and Stafford. Stafford's ranked like 15 or something this year... It's unbelievable the disrespect. They're putting Jordan Love ahead of Stafford... So annoying!!!
Chris, you are forever loved Ram even tho I know you rep Philly, thank you for showing the Rams some love this is easily one of the best wins i have ever seen as a fan. Overcoming adversity is what shows the impressiveness of coaching, and it makes me proud we overcame the adversity we faced
@@willlloyd6637 i guess youtube shadow censoring me so ill type it again. OBJ had a couple big receptions one for a TD, youtube Odell Superbowl 56 highlights you can see the official stats left out a reception. either way Kupp got the MVP over Stafford which we all know is a QB award. So that kinda says it all
@@moralester Im not sure what your point is but who cares about MVP voting when they do it 2 minutes into the 4th quarter? AD99 had the best argument for it, but it's also ignoring that unreal no look pass on the game winning drive. Dude's a stud either way
@willlloyd6637 Yes we all know Odell got hurt and Higbee out but Kupp was NOT on 1 foot he was healthy. You are confusing his injury years with his healthy record setting MVP year.
When forced to make a change McVay will like a kid made to eat his peas! The only reason they won is they played as physical as SF. It’s the first time I’ve seen SF defense tired! Love watching all those SF fans leave the stadium unhappy!
As a Cowboys fan, that statement at the end floored me and it's insane that anyone thinks the Niners are in the same boat. The Cowboys main issue is the organizational brain trust as a whole. San Fran doesn't have that problem and likely have the right coach and executives in place to compete for years, with multiple makeups of teams.
i see the Rams team is a bahts of fiters that's you i love about the Los Angeles Rams Players i Kat what for the up come game with the Bears i see this is going to be a nater bool out with the Rams 🟡🔵
