Buster has taken it upon himself to change / challenge the current restrictions on dogs on the village green / playing fields for the welfare of dogs and their owners. (note not the PSPO / Council Dog Exclusion Zones)
I agree with him, a village dived, a village association with its own agenda, comments echoed on the village Facebook page.
Rather than looking after the health and wellbeing of it own residents... it offers threats of injunctions, if you let your dog on the grass.
But who is the real criminal in all this Buster asks?
