For the Stuffing:
Oil : 3 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Cook it for few seconds on medium flame
Beef mince : 500 gram
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes
Onion chopped : 2 large size
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes
Green chili chopped : 2
Coriander chopped
Assembling:
Bread slice
Grease corners with water
Stuffing
All purpose flour : 1/2 cup
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder : 1/4 tsp
Pour water little by little and make a paste
Dip it in to the flour paste
Now coat it with bread crumbs
Now you can freeze it in to the freezer for 2 to 3 weeks using air tight jar
Frying:
Heat up oil on medium flame
Fry each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until color change to golden brown
