Japan's future looks really bright with Takahashi, Nishida, and Ishikawa. All of them are under the age of 26 (Ishikawa is 25) and in sports players usually don't hit their prime until the ages of 27-30 (unless you're Brady or LeBron). With Ishikawa as the new captain and hopefully some more up and coming talents at different positions, Japan can make a really serious run in the future.
@@jamesversteege7886 yeah but every back row attack ran takahashi hits is the pipe attack.. plus the only ppl who call it a “back attack” is cringy ass weebs
09:02 This is the highlight of this video You can see how beautifully coordinated the team is The ball is bumped back to Japan's court and then the Libero gets it up whilst everyone is moving to their positions to spike for an all out attack.
8:28 even though Takahashi scored... you can clearly tell that France's Libero#2 Grebennikov read Ran's move and has anticipated where his spiked ball would be if not for #19 Louati being on the way👏🙌👏
8:40 is kinda hilarious and amazing😆 Player #7 from Blue Team whose serve was neatly picked-up by Ran was the same one who wasn't able to receive his 'counter-attack' well. What was it? A one on one?😆😆😆
