I found her look to be way simple. Rather than looking her age she was looking a bit old. She’s a bubbly kind of girl and bright colours suit her really well. Could’ve added a bit colour in her whole look. Same goes for Ranbir as well.
I agree! She looked way too plain for a bride. She could have chosen jewellery of different coloured stones or atleast kept the makeup brighter. She looked as a guest at her own wedding. Honestly she dressed better as a bridesmaid than a bride! Overall look is pretty disappointing. The saree is beautiful and I understand that she was aiming for a minimalist look, but if you look at the group pictures, you can hardly tell who's the bride. Ranbir, on the other hand, looked good and the simple and minimal aesthetic suited him well.

I think she was looking beautiful but she should wear nath for sure " bcoz nath is the only jwellry which makes bride looks different from other guests . In my opinion bridal look is incomplete without nath.
Lehenga is not mandate on shadis, hamesha se saree hi pehna jata tha shadi pe baad me lehenge ka trend aya. In recent times kaafi saare actresses ne banarasi saree me shadi ki n they were looking absolutely gorgeous. For eg- Dia Mirza & Yami Gautam. They got married in a saree & were looking absolutely beautiful & trendy. Aaj bi India me especially UP Bihar me saree me hi shadi hoti hai.

This was just simple and completely soul satisfying❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Lots of love to them❤️ They didn't do it in such a way that they will become model for media and all but they kept this for their own way and personally I feel they completely look soul satisfying ❤️

Nath is very important. It feels an integral part of whole bridal look and that is the reason that makes the bridal look completely different from other party looks. So I think girls should never ditch nath even if you have piercing or not. For those who don't want to go for nose piercing, clip on options are also available.
I think Alia and Ranbir looked stunningly beautiful and classy. I loved the colors. Alia has very delicate features and the simplicity of her look allowed her to stand out. She was not overpowered by the clothes and jewelry. Also, I did not miss the nath. I was a Sikh bride and I too, did not wear a nath or nose pin.
Shadi kam ,school drill lagra tha .. except saree point jo ki really boht traditional tha ,baki sabkuch fika tha.. simple se simple garib shadi me b bride chamakti h... here as u said na juda/nath/colorful attire/atleast kahi par kumkum sindoor ka nishan b nhi h..n baal me ek phool b nhi tha.. Christians also add flowers to their attire ..gannimat.atleast maangtika to tha..it was as if gangubai was walking into marriage ceremony directly from the sets.

I look older in tied hair . So I had already decided that I will keep my hair free at end and not tie them up. It suits me better. I really love minimum classy makeup . I have seen brides with tons of makeup but it doesn’t look good

I think ,they didn't plan much for the wedding. Because it feels like mahesh bhatt and Ranbir are wearing same cloth . Alia was too simple to be a l bride. She could have used this look in reception . Maybe sometimes it is better not to experiment too much with the traditional look . I still remember her bridal look in '2states movie'. She looked so beautiful in bright colours . Anyway it's her wedding . She can choose swhst she would love to.

I won't wear white or black on my wedding, will not cut cake or drink wine because that doesn't represent my culture. I wear western dresses a lot many times but not in my wedding day. It's my personal choice to follow my tradition and advice my friends the same for their wedding. You don't need to wear white to look "Rich" and "Simple" .

Alias open hair and neckpiece looked out of place and wedding attire looked ready made and not customised for her wedding, just something selected from what was available. even Ranbeers attire dosnt look customised.

Alia is a spring person , her season is spring and her personal color pallete is inspired from spring colors , wch flow of spring needs proper analysis but yeah overall she is a spring person so that’s why her stylist has choosen ivory color for her bcz it’s repeating her personal color and that’s why she is looking drop dead gorgeous in this color and i think this is the reason she kept her makeup very minimal bcz the idea was to create harmonious look top to bottam .

Maharatrian wedding me open hair rakhane ki tradition hai. Meri aai kahti hai ki purane jamane me log kahte the ki iska matlab, ladki khushi khushi bida ho rahi hai, aur ladke ne dahej nhi liya hai. 😊 Abhi makeup and wedding dress k hisab se hairstyle karte hai. Muze ye simple look achcha laga bas ranbir ka feta uske muh k hisab se thoda bada lag raha hai. Aise lag raha hai ke shadi complete hone tak muh dhak jayega uska 😛😂
I found both of them dressed elegantly and rich. other than anushka's this was the best. very tasteful and classy they looked. the most beautiful piece of jewellery they wore were their smiles. infact I found Deepika looked no different from her movies, and priyanka chopda was most parheticly dressed. everything was shimmery like a 3-4 year old kids wants for their birthday.

I think saari trend me as skti hai ab. But without nath and red colour sab bakwas hai shadi me. Log trend K chakkar me fike fike colour choose kar rhe hain. But shadi ka dress red colour me hi acha lgta hai. Shadi k din k alawa sbi log simple or light color phnte hain. To jruri nhi shadi k din bhi light colour hi phne.
