All these new roads need curbs to protect the road edges or the the roads won't last. They also need proper functional drains and a small sidewalk. More amenities could be added as time goes by , but these are the main basics for a new community. And of course, street lights.
That's the thing: if they want Guyana to be a better place and get out of that third-world zone, they need to change the regulations for building roads for new housing schemes, etc. We need sidewalks next to streets and roads so that civilians have a safe space to walk and ride, as well as proper curbs and drainage to avoid flooding when it rains.
Nice to see a front lawn . What a beautiful neighbourhood . Perhaps they could import some evergreen trees so that people returning from Canada don't feel too homesick😊
@@RaphaelNationPlease ignore people like this. We aren't all expecting cinematography like production. I really do appreciate what you're doing showcasing Guyana, my homeland. Watching from China❤
Hi there, I watched this 7 months ago and this time I'm thinking that it's a very noisy neighborhood. I love dogs but I don't think that the owners know how to discipline them. Retirees who want to be snowbirds would not have too much peace and quiet 🤫
Raphael still waiting on those videos you promised to shared on yr channel, you said in about two weeks its now 5 weeks and you keep showing housing schemes how about crime in Guyana, is it worth people coming to Guyana to live and enjoy life....?
