C4 was 100% never been done more satisfying in any other game, than in BF3 and 4 for sure, and probably in almost the whole BFseries. one of the forever lasting memories which just popped up watching this
Kelvin Wong BF3 has better graphics, soldier detail and sound. DICE just keeps releasing games that still require another year to improve. If they fuck up Battlefront I will lose all hope for the next installment of this company.
I miss BF3 so much there's nothing that's ever captured just the pure joy that the game gave me. I wish they would make another one like it. But nothing I've played has ever matched the feel this game had.
It shows so mamy perfect things we all remember. Bunny soldiers, typical "attack helicopter shoots at me, got PTSD in result", tanks being bitchy and not very accurate, spider sense (so true), nade spam, jumping straight into group of enemy soldiers, killing only one and somehow surviving that, spraying and praying, running aroun in circles. Random acts of ownage we won't forgot. I recommend you to reinstall it, there are still some servers, especially on TDM, Conquest and Rush.
Man, I remember when this game came out and so this video. I was so addicted to this game and I used to watch this several times. Now I'm a father of a beautiful 1 y/o kiddo and I hope he's going to have some memories like these someday. Doesn't have to be about video games, just about something he used to do and then remember ir after 10 years later. Also, I hope all of you who played this back in the day are healthy and fine. I remember coming home from School and binge watching ChabboyHD, LevelCap, JackFrags, FrankieOnPC and many more videos on BF3 which is what led me to this video. From then on, I have been recommended this video through the years and re-watch it from time to time for Nostalgic purposes. It's 2020 now, we're in lockdown and afterwards I will be going back to work. Crazy how quickly time flies. I wish I could go back to 2011 and play BF3 for the first time all over again.
@@HausAbendrot because they're not listening to what the fanbase wants look at what happened recently regarding developers a Battlefield 5 the bad marketing telling the community if they don't like it don't buy it don't get me wrong you may like Battlefield maybe the direction they're going but if you ask the main community base their feelings about dice an EA as a whole you're going to get a very negative opinion about it Battlefield 3 is where they put a lot of love into it and what not they listen to what people wanted to see in the game they brought stuff over from the PC that we never really got to see which was for one aircraft fixed Wing Fighters they even fix the physics when it came to aircraft as a whole when it comes to helicopter combat I like the Arcadia feel that you have to deal with from Bad Company But the whole truth is EA and dice can do better the only thing they care about right now mostly is money microtransactions loot boxes and all that kind of stuff that is what they are centering themselves around yes they're trying to pull away from it but it's part of it people don't like it but if they really cared about what fans wanted to see what they want to see in the games overall that is where the money's at when you please the community and that means more sales more pre-orders more Battlefield games that yeah and dies can profit on because people are enjoying what they are giving the fanbases what they want

I wish I got to experience this game in it's prime. I'm glad I still got the chance a few months ago before the servers went down completely. update: the servers didn't actually go down, for some reason i had filters on that I didn't manually apply and it caused no servers to appear
+hobofuture Jet controls and jets in general were MUCH better in 3. That alone made me dislike the game from the get go. Aside from that it's kind just the same game imo... Just more guns is all.

I have a feeling this video is getting a resurgence right now due to people being disappointed BF5 isn’t gonna something like this. This game appeared to be the dawn of the ‘battlefield moment’ every BF game after 3 had DICE trying to force that phenomena down our throats, feels like a forced meme now, bad idea. And now trying to put that into the context of WW2, along with other decisions, just seems tacky and is making a lot of fans disappointed in the direction the series is trending toward since 3.
Fugue couldn't have said it better. Every game after 3 just added too much shit. I love how balanced and Simple this game is. BF3 focused on the GAME to not what you can do in it. They let the players decide for themselves. The sound: incredible Graphics: on PC, still great to this day. Story: not the best but still engaging and had some memorable moments, and a meaningful end. Multiplayer: foget abat it. Hands down my favorite shooter still. Map design is the best in all Battlefield series combined. The map packs each had a theme that was directly related to parts in the campaign, so it was almost as, if you played the campaign, you can see where they got their inspiration from, and kept the game in uniform, which I feel is a nice touch. I need a remaster on Xbox One X with Max settings and 64 players like PC and I'll never play another Battlefield again, unless of course they make a Bad Company 3.
