Something to think about that happened recently. Duval County Florida, and it's HOT as H E L L outside! Yes my grass is dying, and I have had more bugs than ever in my life deciding to off themselves in my pool! Everyday all day long, bugs fly into the water, never have I seen it in the amounts I have this summer! Like entire surface covered in all sorts of flying Nats, flies, beetles, wasps, BEES, dragon flies, and even frogs have been diving into the pool and filling up the filter basket! I have never had any irrigation system for my yard, and always had perfect lush Florida lawn, but now I have to water it regularly and where the hose don't reach it's turning brown and drying the dirt so bad that the ground is becoming hydrostatic! When it rains the water isn't soaking in and it's just running off down hill... This is why there is so much flooding in south Florida right now... Whole ass trees, big old oaks are toppling right over with the roots lifting the ground up at the smallest of winds, because the earth is so dry that the dirt can't hold the trees down, it's turned to soft dried out sand!

When my daughter was 3 and 4 years old she would tell us things before they happened she also talked to a friend about her son that was never born. She knew his name and everything. We didn't even know the woman when she lost her baby. She also would tell me that a dinosaur would come into her room and get her every night. Any store like the crystal store are very popular here in Nova Scotia Canada. I used to work in a mall, many years ago, at a Claire’s Boutique, which if you don’t know, was famous for low cost costume jewelry that a lot of people purchased for one-time events like proms, etc. The sales were real, and fully sustainable for what we were paying for rent at the time. We also specialized in lots of Kawaii-type items, and the middle school aged patrons would come in flocks, having been dropped off at the mall to hang out in a safe space with their friends. Now, I’ve always been a “plan for the worst, hope for the best” kind of person. I’ve read plenty of post-apocalyptic books where people literally LIVED in a mall. I can see where the individual stores that have a back door, a back room and a security gate could be defensible. But the mall I worked in had entirely too many entrances. There would have to be a systematic moving together to secure the whole place one door at a time before it could be considered “safe”. But I do fully see how a mall could be a place to hole up during an apocalypse. Once secure, there is food, bottled water, plenty of clothing, shoes, camping gear, luggage, if you’re lucky: weapons, etc., and most of the malls I’ve ever been in have a skylight with growing plants below kind of configuration that could quite possibly grow enough veggies to support a few people, if done right. Might have to move to a place that has a good mall, prepare a go-bag with all the essentials plus heirloom seeds and pelleted fertilizer, and take myself and the Jeep with a full tank of gas to the mall when sh&& hits the fan. Hide out in the mall gathering supplies and wait for the worst to blow over, then pack the Jeep to the brim and head for the hills.

Las Vegas NV was 109 yesterday. At least that was the official narrative. Two summers ago my a/c couldn't cool our house because it was just too hot. When the a/c /came company came to check it out, he took some gadget, pointed it out our front door and it was 133 degrees. When you went outside you could literally feel your skin frying, crisping.
