Hey Pooja. Really nice to see you meditate :) Just wanted to let you know, being a meditation trainer - meditation is not just for people who have anxiety. It's a practice each and every one can do in order to keep issues like anxiety and depression away :) It is something done as a preventive technique as well as curative. So even people who have a good mental health must definitely meditate to keep the healthy state of mind going :) The more regular the practice, the more profound and noticeable will be the innumerable benefits, as you mentioned. I am also doing meditation But i can't do more then 1 minute I started from 5 minutes before 2 months But Still i haven't done it well But I keep trying because Meditation Its A key For everything like reduced stress and Very beneficiary for our mentally health.
