"RANDOM FACTS REPORTED!" We're calling an emergency meeting to go over some peculiarities in Random Encounters' Among Us song, "Emergency Meeting." No impostors here -- these random facts are all real ones!
- As hard as he was to find, this musical is actually one of the few where I found The Beard while I was watching it for the first time. I felt kind of proud of that. - Now that you mention the lack of wounds on Pink and Tan... maybe it's possible that they DID stun each other, and could still be alive?! - Yes, that is true; in poetry, being consistent to your rhythm and rhyme scheme IS more important than sticking to conventional grammar. Poetry and prose are recognized as different for a reason. - Bonus fact that I noticed only today: The subtitles for this song use both spellings of "imposter" and "impostor." Both spellings are considered correct, which is kind of weird.
I forever maintain that the "helmet radio effect" version sounds better, and it is the version that I have on my RE music playlist. (Special access to the song due to Patreon. Sorry it's not publicly available! I campaigned that it should have been a bonus track for that year's Season album, but they didn't go for it.)
"What has this madness brung us?" Instead of brought us is actually quite on theme for the game amoung us as the propper grammar for that wound be amongst us! 😂
I noticed that Pink says "Maybe that imposter was just telling the truth?" but Orange said that he was with pink so is pink lying and orange telling the truth?
