The shadow and bone tv series is a mix of both the shadow and bone trio and the six of crows duet, so i would recommend you read both series before watching the show
I know it’s been mentioned already but 100% read the six of crows duology before watching the tv show cause it pulls in the characters and plot points in both seasons!!
I’m so happy your reading hooked, the never after series is one of my favourite series ever. All 5 books can be read as stand alone and each book is a reimagining of Disney films so so good.

I was soooo late to the fourth wing train and I was worried that it was gonna be a let down because of how popular it is especially on TikTok but oooo it did not disappoint 5 star read for me, very much worth the read I can't wait for the next one!

I loved Fourth Wing! It was 5 stars for me. I already have Iron Flame preordered which I’m ecstatic for. I also read I’m Glad My Mom Died, Ruin and Rising, and Hooked. All very good. I’m also reading Part of Your World for August. I’ve never read Abby Jiminez before so it will be an interesting read.
I put of reading Fourth Wing for so long because I didn't want to be disappointed when everyone was giving it such high reviews but I finished it this week and gave it 5 stars. It's one of the best books I've ever read, it definitely deserves all the hype it's getting and I want to read the sequel now!
I absolutely LOVED both When in Rome and I'm Glad My Mom Died I definitely agree about listening to the audiobook its just so powerful and I loved hearing her story in her own voice
I am so happy that you picked Hooked. I loved it so much. One of the best books I read this year. I read it in April and I still think about it all the time. After finishing it I immediatly wanted to reread this.
I know you said you didn’t want to start a series but I’m the #1 advocate for Lynette Noni and her series because they are LITERALLY my fav. Prison healer is sooo good!!! The ending had me shooked 10/10 recommend.

Love the video! About shadow and bone: I recommend reading six of Crows before you watch the show if you haven't already! The show doesn't follow the same plot as it occurs before the events of six of Crows. However, its really nice to know the characters before seeing them onscreen. It makes it much more impactful imo! Out of your stack. I've read: The Housemaid, Fourth Wing, When In Rome And I'm Glad My Mom Died. Fourth Wing was my favorite, but all 4 of these were such fast reads because they kept my attention the whole time. I listened to I'm Glad My Mom Died on Audiobook.
PLEASE read the Shadow and Bone series AND the Six of Crows duology before watching the Netflix show!! The show combines the stories and characters from both!! That's my recommendation at least lol
Fourth Wing had a lot of red flags for me. I could see a lot of the storylines comming, but it was very enjoyable. The ending, a bit of a shock. Defenitly reading iron flame.
When in Rome was a 5 star read for me! The ending of the housemaid had my jaw on the floor! This is the first time that I have actually read books in someones tbr lol

Another idea could be picking books throughout the month based on your mood, mood reading essentially, letting your mind pick what it's most drawn to and excited to read next in that moment. Out of all the books, personally I've been wanting to read "I'm Glad My Mom Died" since before I found your channel! Dance of Thieves is a duology, I don't know if it can be considered as a full or big series?) But I would recommend for you to read them, since I absolutely loved these books . They are an enemies to lovers trope. 💖💗💓
i would really recommend reading the remnant chronicles series before dance of thieves, I did that and I'm really happy I did because there are characters from the remnant chronicles that appear in dance of thieves; also by reading dance of thieves first I think that you wouldn't understand everything that happened and why

Fourth wing is amazing! I just found the book at the thrift store and already have it but got a second copy so I can reread it and annotate it before the second book comes out!

I have read I'm Glad My Mom Died, The Housemaid, and Part of Your World! All of them were 5 star reads for me! My favorite of all would probably be Part of Your World. I am a newish reader really getting into BookTube and joining clubs on Fable. I am also interested in reading Hooked because that sounds like a super interesting story line!
