How does one create a Key Plan for a Two Story Building with a partial second story that needs to be toggled off. I am so confused.

Here's the thing: Most people using Revit are not programmers. I am a project manager trying to learn how to MODIFY AN EXISTING KEY PLAN in Revit. I can find ZERO information on how to do this. Why is this so confusing? Do I need to create a new Key Plan, since I can't figure out how to get to the Key Plan parameters to know how to modify them?

Hi, Great video! Well done! How can I input letter instead of numbers in the KeyPlanVisibility Parameter ? Eg. Block A = A instead of 1, 2....

I am trying to use this method but the rfa shows 2 filled regions on my title block at once instead of just 1 ( I have 3 filled regions). Region 0 is always filled, even when changed to 1 or 2. Do you know what could cause this?
