Jas I hope you read this comment!!!! Okay so I’ve lost over 50 pounds and I wanted to share a few tips I think you would find useful. 1. Don’t eat anything 2 hours before bedtime. For example after 7pm I don’t put anything else in my mouth. This is because your body doesn’t digest the food anymore so it just turns into fat. 2. I calorie count. I use an app called My Diet Coach. It’s a green and purple colored app it has helped me a lot! It asks for your weight and how much weight you want to loose and it calculates how many calories you should eat. And finally #3. Potatoes aren’t the healthiest thing to eat I know they’re delish but they’re high in carbs and calories :( I hope this helps I love you and I love helping people on their fitness journey I know it’s not easy what so ever!!

It's so cool I told them what my skin is and what I was looking for and they take you to these cute sinks and wash your hands in they're recommended products and they explain everything!! I ended up purchasing the 9 to 5 makeup remover (it's meh), a The Kiss lip scrub (so good, and smells so yummy), and Let The Good Times Rolls face and body cleanser (smells AMAZING).

To try the simple makeup remover wipes with micellar water I believe they're called those are great like they get everything off and they do not irritate your skin or your eyes

You need to try the Belief eye cream. I could never find the perfect one for me and that one has seriously changed the game for me!

I have an extremely oily t- zone and normal skin everywhere else. My all time favorite facial wash is the Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Pore Scrub. This scrub is gentle and really cleans out the pores. Highly recommend. The makeup remover wash and regular face wash are amazing as well.

Muddy body has amazing skincare products!! The clean cleanser and pure gentle exfoliating cleanser have been staples for me! Totally recommend to maintain clear and smooth skin. I used to have a lot of acne and it cleared up with those products as well as their masks!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

Try the belif moisturizing eye bomb! It's hands down the best eye cream I've ever used! It's lightweight but keeps your eyes moisturized the entire day, even in the winter time.

The Vanicream facial cleanser is my favorite atm! I got mine at walgreens but you can get it off Amazon. It takes my makeup off, cleans my skin and it doesn't dry my skin out!! And it doesn't have a lot of the bad ingredients that most cleansers has haha. I highly recommend 💕

Got this suggestion from youtuber Emily Noel who loves the Walmart Equate MU wipes. I tried the Night-Soothing one. Not bad @ all!! Another brand Up & Up by Target makes Makeup Remover Towelettes...90ct usualy for $9.99. Better than the named brands. Jas, I went on a Marshall's shopping trip due to your suggestions. I bought some MU wipes & dupe for the Clarisonic ($19.99) with a holder & massage sponge in addition to a reg facial brush. Also, ordered from the TJM website for the Clarisonic dupe...the one you have. It was on SALE for $10!! I recommend the Shiseido Benefiance Wrinkle Resist 24 eye cream. One jar lasts a year!! I worked for Shiseido. They are known for their skincare, but I don't hear much about them on youtube. They've been around for about 150 years!! Founder was a pharmacist. I’m on my third tub and I’ll forever use that to take off my makeup! & I also use the philosophy exfoliating cleanser and it’s great it’s called the daily microfoliant or something like that lol
