Aha, I knew this before! As another fun fact related to this, the microgame Diamond Dig is played after the first “speed up” in its stage, but is grouped with the ones that are played before the first “speed up”. This is because that’s how it was treated in the Japanese release.
Basically, the first 10 microgames of the tower are all found before the speed up in their respective stages. Same for the next 10 but the microgames are found after the first speed up.
