Amanda, You're really an important part of the selling of these homes. Your spirit makes a tremendous difference in the quality of communication. Randy is wonderful, but girl, you just point out so many things that are important to your customers.
I love this design! So unique! Randy you have incredible vision! Amanda, so glad u are back! You add so much to each show! My only question is, where does the refrigerator/ freezer go? I didn’t hear anyone talk about it.
I'm feeling very emotional having the two of you doing this together again. Randy has done a great job in Amanda's absence, but the two of you together in these videos is next level. Will always support this channel and this company, no matter what.
(Tom here.) You didn't mention where an "icebox" (refridgerator) would go through this whole video. You mentioned a washer/dryer combo and a small stove, but no "icebox" area. Great video!!!! Glad to see Amanda in the videos again. We all missed you, Amanda!!!! Take care.......both of you.
It's designed for an apt sized (10 cu ft) refrigerator, next to a W/D. I'm using a combo W/D on the bottom, and asking them to build me a pantry with pull out shelves and doors on the front, above the W/D... pull out deep shelves in the bathroom closet for linens & toiletries, and a 2' closet behind the bedroom door (with my huge dresser and storage drawers under my bed). I'll use an air fryer that has a rotisserie inside it for an oven, my microwave, and my instapot, like I do now. No need for a stove. I haven't used my current stove in 3 years, since I bought my air fryer and instapot.
@@Faithful525 could you see a drawer under the 10 cu Ft fridge for your large appliances, such as air fryer and instant pot? Or would that make your fridge to high? Just a thought!
@@nanabettyg - Yes, absolutely! A nice deep drawer on heavy duty pull out rails❣️ Might use it for all my smaller appliances, though, and put the big ones that I use all the time on a shelf (I'm getting a combo w/d, so will have loads of space above it for pantry pull out shelves).
@@Faithful525 thank you so much for your kind response, have you seen the closets that are to high to reach and people put in hanging clothes and pull them down with a handle attached to the hanging rod? With sliding shelves under the shirts to pull out, I don’t know that I would waste the inches you loose with a drawer and use baskets from the dollar store, an attach bins to the shelves with library puddy.
Life is great again having our female perspective covered by Amanda's great camera-work + her input totally covers the vast majority of ITH's demographic is=women! haha, honestly its so great to have her back with you Randy...the two of you are what makes ITH!!! :)
Amanda, congratulations on meeting your weight loss goal; you look fabulous! Nice to have you back on the show. Without you is like having a "got milk?" moment all the time. Lol!
BEAUTIFUL HOUSE RANDY AND AMANDA!!! Just a suggestion!! The opening for the bathoom closet should be facing the kitchen. It will be still usable for storage (this house have space to put a clothing closet in another place). Making the the opening wide-ways instead deep in the bathroom makes more sense and will be easier to access pantry stuff for example.
Good idea that would make excellent shelves for kitchen or have bottom half with pull out shelves in the bathroom and top half for shelves facing kitchen.
The copula of the Birmingham and all the architectural details have hit this one out of the park! Storage and closets can be customized by individual home owners as many of us have our own wants and needs. Without a doubt, this is a special one. ITH has outdone itself!.
Yes! One detail I've spotted is a potential pantry, with either open shelves, or with Randy Racks - at the back of the closet by the shower. Just cut into that bathroom door wall for access. You'll still have the hanging depth accessible from the interior.
I'm crying Happy Tears soooo happy that Y'all Are Back Together. Your like Two Peas in A Pod . Makes my heart feel so warm. The three musketeers are back together Randy Amanda and Ace You can't ask for two better people and a pup... We Have Missed U Soo Very Much Amanda... Welcome Back n Welcome Home Randy n Ace Mucho Love From Your Friend In Michigan Tam 💜💜
The comments matter, this is such a beautiful house, the Amish do a wonderful job! Your home boys, Randy’s Rangers do awesome work, and all these people have a passion for their work! Good luck Randy and Amanda!
You guys are the dynamic duo!! It is so good to see you Amanda. Amanda, you get us women and ask all the right questions and point out great details. Beautiful home!!♥♥
Hey Bellisima Manders 💖and sweet Randy😍, love this house it’s gorgeous! The quality of the products used and the carpentry is outstanding! If these homes were to be built by some of these other builders out there, I’m sure the price would be way over 150k. People don’t realize that a lot of the park models, trailer park mobile homes, other tiny houses on wheels, and RV’s are not built with quality products that ITH build with, they are very cheaply made and do not last very long. ITH are built like actual homes but on a much smaller scale. Randy has tons of videos showing every little detail that goes into building his homes and he is a very detail oriented builder! Manders, love you and Randy together, y’all are the best but we do appreciate all the help Randy had in your absence. Even if you’re not in every video, I appreciate you still being here! Blessings and love to all of you!😘🙏❤️💙🌹
Amanda welcome back. Nice and easy going. Now even better. Without you in the videos for Randy it is hard to make the jokes he makes. Now it is going to be easier for him to make them :) I hinted a bit from the last video he made some. I guess to try and make a voice reaction from you :) Great homes. Great designs. Keep up the great work.
This home is absolutely gorgeous!!! This would e what I would buy if I could afford it! I love how light and bright it is. Can you imagine how many houseplants you could have in this home?
I would have a fridge next to the washer/dryer & if I wanted to bake, there's a few different choices of counter top tiny ovens out there. You really can't go wrong with the Birmingham and the price is phenomenal!
The interaction between Randy and Amanda during this video takes it to the next level. It's not only just the information about the home but a conversation about the home and all the possibilities. No one has been the sounding board for Randy as well as you are Amanda. Together we see the reality shine through the video. Thank you for all you do for Randy and ITH.
Yay!!!! So glad you're back Amanda ❣️ You have been missed 🥰 Randy you have done such a great job with all your homes You just keep rocking it out! Hope to see more of both of you together 🥰
i 100% would buy today if i had the money. This is an amazing home! I trust you guys and, Im so glad shes back. You both seem really happy, happy to be back together! You both deserve the best and so does your company!
In that bathroom closet you could put a rollout set of shelves to hold all kinds of supplies, linens, and clothes. It would be like a giant version of those kitchen rollout spice racks.
I'm installing permanent pull out shelves, on heavy duty Sliders, and storing all my towels, linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies inside that deep closet... there might even be room for things I use less often, like my standing mixer, in the back with a cover over it... pull it out to make holiday cookies, breads and cheese cakes only.
Yes! Great idea... also and a lift up bench in that bay window even if it was only 8 inch deep you could store blankets or folding chairs. Cushion on top and it's a seat like randy said.
OMG, The Birmingham 10 x 34 is Gorgeous. I so much would be so happy in that. I've been trying so hard to find a financial way to get my Tiny Home. Randy and Amanda I've been watching y'all for over 2 years now. This is my favorite one I have seen, just love the living room, and the divider you built is exactly what ive been hoping to see. Wow, very impressive ya'll.
I love this model! Can't wait for the exciting news! We have a modified Charleston. We've been in it for about a month and a half. WE LOVE IT!!! The craftsmanship is awesome. Thank you Randy, Tom, Albert, Amber and the rest of the gang. Y'all are wonderful!! God bless you guys!!!
@@donnaahlgren9219 Our ESP custom home was delayed so he offered the models as an option. Our home was the exact floor plan of the Charleston. The changes were 10'x26' house with 10' covered porch. We made the bedroom 7' in length. So our changes were a smaller bedroom and I think overall length of the house and a 10' covered porch. WE LOVE OUR HOME!!! We are still getting it organized and down sizing from our storage unit but I know it'll get there. But we do LOVE it! We would recommend ITH to anyone who wants a quality, affordable home!!!
Wonderful to hear from someone who has purchased one of these. If I may ask, do you live in one of the communities of ITH or somewhere else? I’m trying to figure out where I could put one!
Welcome back Amanda, we love and missed you girl!💕💕💕💕 I know Randy is so happy you are back too!😍😍🐾🐾. That Birmingham is absolutely beautiful, everything about it!❤️❤️
Simply a fabulous home!! I just sent this video to my daughter! It’s good to see Amanda on the show with Randy! Blessings to you both and the Incredible Tiny Home Team.. 💜💜
This Birmingham is gorgeous I absolutely love I'm torn between this and the container home a 40-foot container home. Love getting to see Amanda again looking great Amanda. Keep doing what yall are doing. God bless yall.
It's going to be an amazing 2023 at ITH! With the beautiful custom work with the Amish building these models, the affordability of the Incred-I-Box and all the models. Having the dynamic duo together again the team is unstoppable. Such a joy to have Amanda back. Excited to see you grow your amazing company. :)
Love seeing you back, Amanda! 💕 This is a beautiful home. If you put an oven next to the washer/dryer, where would the refrigerator go? I think the only thing I would do differently is make the kitchen a little wider when the extra space is in the bathroom this little open. shelves in the kitchen.
I LOVE this floor plan. I realize it’s not a model you can bring to California so I will admire all of the details on RU-vid. Thank you for showing it.
they did bring it to california actually! i got to tour it at a tiny house show in san diego, and it ended up being bought by someone out here in california.
Oh my word! THE BIRMINGHAM IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! Wonderful Randy! I just love all the new model homes. It's so hard to decide which one I like the most. Each one has features that I really love. Amanda you look amazing and extremely HEALTHY! Congratulations to both of you! All your hard work has really paid off!
A Dinning Room Table is easy in the Birmingham. They have Coffee Tables that hinge up to Dinning Table height. You can sit on your sofa and eat there. When you finish just fold the table top back down. So far I am LOVING the Birmingham !! Love the Quality of the Amish construction. Beautiful Design Randy !!!
Randy, you are opening one of the hardest doors to open... A CLOSED MIND Thank goodness for Newport Tennessee backing you iiin your vision. It's a wake up call for the rest of the world. These houses are so beautiful es
Continue..aesthetician pleasing..hats of to the Amish, they are great people. Very grateful and know the meaning of being loyal. Love the finishing touches to the outside, every detail, especially the added feature of the trim around fixtures outside ex. Lights ,water stickers. Wow ,wow wow...I talk about you guys every time the platform is available.
Waw, waw! I’d use the living room as a kitchen diner with storage and living room in the bedroom and sleep upstairs and make a lovely window seat for reading! ❤❤❤
So glad you are back Amanda. ( If I may hugs for both you). Love your energy and enthusiasm Randy. As your Amanda. May all you at ITHs n families stay safe n healthy
Awesome yall. Beautiful home. Anyone would be so blessed to own it. It's a forever home, a truly livable home. It has everything you need and more. I can't wait to hear the news. I love that it includes all of us, especially the residents that have been here from the beginning. I would especially like need on being able to get an add a box to go on my 8 x 16 incredibox. I have a million ideas on how to transform it. My little farmhouse in the forest. I would be the ith ambassador for the incredibox. I'm honored to own one. It has been such fun. Safe travels this weekend, Randy. Beautiful as ever Amanda.
As far as the tiny homes you have built in the past few years, this one is a looker from the outside, and pretty much grabs you when you walk in. You were talking about the pros and cons, and I could see that for the size of this home, a few things stick out. The dining of course, which you mentioned. No dedicated place for a washer/dryer, even though you pointed out the space at the end of the counter.... which needs to be for a full size refrigerator. Which begs the question, "if you can put those amenities in a smaller home, which we have seen before, why not in this lovely large home?" The bay window was a pro and con for me. Loved the idea of it, but would love to see the two sides as windows too instead of ESP walls. But that's just me being me. LOL The pros of this tiny home really are good points... I love the natural lighting. I don't think there are many tiny homes that can compare to what you have done here. Also the outside details make you stare for a long time, taking each part in. Once inside, it is spacious. The kitchen area may seem a bit small, but i'm sure its adequate for a tiny home. I can see where the owner's DIY ideas would make it a very functional kitchen. Love the stairs leading up to the loft. Even if the loft was not meant to be a full time bedroom, I think it would work, while letting the downstairs room become an office or something that a person may need. Overall, this has been the crowning tiny home from you guys! I mean I've loved so many, like the RJO's, where simplicity was functional and still beautiful! Keep it up! Oh and Amanda, welcome back!
The space at the end of the kitchen is wide enough for a 10cu ft refrigerator AND a 23.5" wide W/D. I keep thinking a person could use a horizontal Murphy bed in the Master, that has a fold down table on the front... could use the table for office, crafting, or dining by day, then fold it up and pull down your queen size bed at night. If you go horizontally for the bed, there will be room for a hanging clothes closet behind the door and a tall dresser against the stair wall.
I thought "Frank Lloyd Wright" immediately when I saw the interior. The long stretch of windows running along the ceiling line. Fantastic job Randy! So great to see you back Amanda. ♥
In the late 1990's I looked at several new expensive condos with cathedral ceilings and open bathrooms like that. Very stylish but I still wouldn't feel comfortable using them if others are nearby. There are some things that need to remain private.
Hi Joyce, I'm in BC. How about you? Tiny houses are legal here in our capital. The city of Victoria,. And legal in an area called the Sunshine Coast. Are there legal areas near you? Greetings from Vancouver....
I have been searching for something in Victoria or really would prefer one a little outside of downtown. So far all I have found is one resale for 85,000 with an extra bed under the kitchen floor. She has it on a lot in a large property. $ 900 a month rent. Of course I just read the scariest articulate about rent . Three people renting a room, still paying over $1000 a month. A person actually living in a closet for $ 800. One bedrooms are over $3000 a month. I was going to move there in a tiny house hopefully but he will probably be coming home soon at 36 and moving from home at 23. Hopefully he will be able to keep his job .Head quarters with people working all over North America. We may start looking for citizenship in the US and come to live in one of Randy's beautiful homes.
@@catherineferguson7646 hi Catherine, some of your message is unclear, I would be happy to respond, but I could not understand some of it. If you are talking about Vancouver prices, yes, they are insanely expensive... So very expensive. Is it just fot you? Orfor a family? What kind of work do you need?
Hi Randy and Amanda. Thank you for your fun videos. That house is Stunning. All of your homes are beautiful. I live in New Zealand. I think the tiny homes here aren't as nice as your ones. It would be great if all builders were as passionate as you all are. I think the armish built homes are stunning with their extra details. I really wish I lived where you are. I would buy one of those and an incredi box. I get so excited watching your channel. I love you guys. Congratulations on your wonderful Business. All the best and God bless you all. I am so grateful for what you do and sharing with everyone.
This is a BEAUTIFUL home. Love all the natural light. I have 2 layout suggestions: • 1st I don't see a fridge in this current plan. To remedy, relocate the plumbing into the 1st floor bedroom closet to handle washer/dryer. Then the vacated washer/dryer space in kitchen could handle the refrigerator. • 2nd - Have the bay window "seat" open for storage - AND - if the part of the seat was designed on a type of rail that could make it a pullout table as Randy was starting to ruminate on. Then you've got the potential of a pullout desk or dining table. Great job Randy and Amanda. Love seeing you getting the band back together. 🙃
Beautiful house, love it. Great to see you Amanda. Love when you and Randy are together doing videos. Like your input on things you can do with this house. Hope to see you more in the videos.
OMG !!! I love the Birmingham. Randy and Amanda you did a great job today. Amanda has always asked the right questions and her input for changes in your homes. The slide outs in the bathroom was a thought I had to Amanda great minds think alike. Lol !!! This is something they could add thereselves.
The more I watch you guys as persons/owners shows me that there are good hearted people left in this fast pace and money hungry world we live in.GOD BLESS YOU ALL
