Nick Mallory, an ordinary paramedic, finds himself unwittingly thrust into a game orchestrated by the cunning psychopath Patrick Heller while responding to a routine emergency call with his colleague, Jay. Nick is coerced into following Heller's commands, relayed through the phone, under the threat of his wife's life. Soon, it becomes clear that Heller seeks vengeance against the murderer of his own wife, and he intends to exact it through Nick's hands. Caught between the demands of a madman and the safety of his loved ones, Nick must navigate a treacherous path to save both his wife and himself from Heller's twisted scheme.
