I’m like Randy, after my stroke; life was never the same again. Something’s were for the better, therefore I wouldn’t traded my gains for anything. Life is a struggle being disabled now and unable to work. I was given less than a 10% chance just to make it 48 hours. My wife, daughter and pastor were told to make arrangements and get ready to say goodbye. That was back in 2013. I’m alive!

All I can say to Mr Travis is where there is God there is hope, hold on to him and he'll hold on to you, Dr's had my parents planning my funeral stating I'd never make it past my teens, I'm six decades old now, and in 2000 I woke a paraplegic again Dr. Said impossible I'd walk again, seven years later I took my first step and walk today, I wasn't afraid to say to Dr's, "I have something you don't " and that's God" and only he'll decide my fate. Also won't be afraid to say Randy Travis is my all time favorite singer, a voice that can touch a heart like no other and that my friend comes from God. My prayers to Mr. Travis

My sister had a massive stroke at age 34. Doctors said she wouldn’t make it. She’s a strong woman and pulled through. My favorite quote is “The strongest soldiers go through the toughest battles” I prayed every day and my sister is Finally home. I been a Randy fan since I was born. My dad drove a truck for him for years. I’ll never forget that

April 5 2015, After My Daily Bike Ride From Pendleton Oregon to Umatilla Oregon to Scale Th Rock Walls of the Umatilla River. While Scaling The Wall,I sensed Lightheadedness, So I Climbed Down,Rode My Mountain Bike 10 Miles Bak To My Dwelling Overlooking The Umatilla River, Showered and Walked to My Living Room, and was Text’g My Family In Texas and then the Inevitable Happened that Saturday Morning. When I didn’t Open My Kenworth Truck Shop on Monday Morning @ 5,As Usual, My Parts Manager Knowing Something Wasn’t Right, Cam to Check I’m Me, and Found Me On Th Floor. I had stayed Awake,Unable to Locate My Phone, Until He Rescued Me🙏Ambulance to St Andrews and further Heart Flighted to Kadlec Memorial in Tri Cities For further Diagnosis. My Daughters Wedding was scheduled. just A Couple of Months Away But She and Her Mom and Other In-laws Rallied to My Side and Stayed By My Side. Unbeknownst to them, With The Help of Life Care Staff Worked Many Tireless Hours For Me to Meet My Next Goal of Many Soon to Come, I Danced with My Daughter for Her Wedding🙏I Recall One Conversation From My Physician to My Daughter, for Her To Prepare for The Possibility that I May Never Walk or Talk Again, If I Did Survive, To Which My Amazing Daughter, Abruptly Replied That He Had Obviously Underestimated Her Daddy, As She Gripped My Hand, and I Pounded My Heart❤️ After a Couple of Weeks in a Wheelchair And Tireless Hours and Miles Of Therapy, Was Driving the Next Month and Moved Into My Own Home Within 3 Months and Keepin On Keepin On. Momma and Daddy Came Out to Visit, Both in Their 90’s And Like Momma Said I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME🙏❤️🙏Well, I’m Off to Occupational and Physical Therapy🙏❤️ To Be Continuously Continued🙏❤️🙏 Then to Life Care Where I Motivationally Help Physically Bring Truth and Trust To Those Who Need a Bit Of Physical Visual Boost🙏❤️🙏 Never Underestimate THE POWER OF OUR ALMIGHTY LORD🙏❤️

I realize I love Randy Travis even more! Anyone who hates cell phones is number ONE in my book!! I am so happy Randy has recovered and back singing again AND walking and talking, the man has gone to hell and back and he's singing those great old songs again. I hope to see him live. Thank God for bringing Randy back to us!

Eu moro no brasil, quando Randy travis ganhou premio por forever and ever amen nao existia radio que tocasse randy travis , eu tinha 17 anos e passei por uma loja de discos de vinil e vi a capa do disco e gostei, quando ouvi foi muito legal, comprei o disco na mesma hora, corri pra casa e coloquei pra tocar no toca disco dos meus pais. Nunca mais deixei de ouvir suas músicas. Nao falo inglês mas sei cantar a musica toda pois ficava acompanhando a letra da musica pela contra capa. Hoje tenho 50 anos e ainda gosto dele e o acompanho graças a internet, fiquei muito triste quando descobri que ele ficou doente, mas ele é guerreiro e vai ficar bem com as pessoas que o amam do lado dele.

Yesterday 5/22/2022 I just got to know Randy from Diggin Up Bones. It's the first song I've listened to and I really liked it before I didn't even know him. I just got to know him and listened to Diggin Up Bones for the first time 😍
