this song has double meaning for me - my daughter a year ago last Halloween walking along a dark road with 15 friends, when a car rambling down the road at 45 mph, hit my daughter & one of her friends. After a few days in ICU, a week in the hospital, she has since put both shoes back on and has had boyfriends and is living a normal teenager life. I am so grateful there is not a cross on the side of the road. - I also believe our generation has the power to leave our children a legacy to be .

@paparoach830 I dont think you can really compare the two. In my opinion i believe the two are two totally different genres. The older country told stories, through music and lyrics... The newer country really relies on the videos to tell the stories.
