Hi. Do not say anything bad about Raange Rover Classic 2 doors , the only ! About the VM 2.5 I am so happy to have buy one new in 1992 even with the bad reputation ... Today I drive it with a big smile every day, She is today 31 yrears old andhave 530.000km. What was the temperature for thecold start, there is of course some smoke but not so mutch. 2 or 3 clutch, 3 head gasket , 2 oil cooler, heads , other parts original. The avantage of the 2.5 is more torque and at 1950 t/min and 2400 t/min for the 2.4 if I good remember. Of course, unfortunaly many did not so lukky as I am
K47YKV would have been fitted a 200Tdi originally and built as a pre-production press car for the launch of the VM replacement. Shame it has lost its pre-pro 200 Tdi engine.
@@Hazzer947 I have owned three preproduction 200 Tdi Range Rovers over the years - all K-YKV registered.. . I still own K39YKV. Yours was definitely a pre-production vehicle and would have been used for the press launch.
