What if the computer is crashed? I can lock and unlock the doors with the key fob but the dashboard lights are off as if there was no power.

do you know how to release the parking break if they battery is completely dead? my wifes car has completely died while pulling into our drive, and it wont turn on at all im trying to get it into neutral so i can move it into a safe location. its a 2011 range rover evoque
