OK so what a shit job it was for me. Why do they make it so difficult to do a service. After your 27mm ring spanner cracked it open You get a 27mm socket on then rachet a lot easier Also if you remove the toe hitch cover you get better view
Thanks for video...please next service, could you show us how to put back oil filter housing to the engine.( is it above or below, because I guess it's very challenging and sensative since the housing is plastic) I have RR Evoque same model as this one and would like to service it myself next time. Thanks
Hi, ordered the 26mm Metric Flex-Head Ratchet Wrench,Box End Head 72-Tooth Ratcheting on Amazon, it should be OK for the oil filter cap. Pennsylvania USA
Perfect timing! i am just planning to do the full service, and i was afraid of the fuel change, because i see that it needs to get filled with fuel first and thats tricky.
Not used triple qx on the evoque but have used it on other cars, holds up fine - as long as it states it meets requirements- Last year I used EXOL in the evoque and been fine, didn’t notice a difference in performance, mpg or engine noise.
Yeah coated it will wax oil last summer, will need to clean it up and protect it this summer, my 30yr old MR2 has less rust than this... typical Range Rover, rust and electrical issues are expected
@@FIXitBUILDitGARAGE Thanks for the information I ordered the new model, too. I hope that such a problem will not be the 1500cc petrol automatic transmission
