Rangersonic sprite remake PART 3 + a new ability 

If you don't know the new ability for the character rangersonic is basically a bug I found but is pretty useful for speed is basically when you do peel out you don't just go you get a speed boost till you hit something or stop and you can specially stack it to go faster so im gonna call this peelout boost
