Let’s take a moment to praise the artist of the background painting…if you notice you can see girl in the pink and guy in the blue colour, at the starting of the video as the bond between them increases the blue and pink colour are seen on each other and by the end girl is completely blue and boy is pink in colour! I am glad that the song have reached the mass audience though Bollywood but hate the fact that the song I have been enjoying for couple of years only had 11M views had more than 28M views in 24 hours through Bollywood movie promo. I guess power of Bollywood dictates the popularity of the pop/folk songs now but I am still thankful that the authenticity of the song still was kept intact by not making any major changes to the original song. Part of me just wishes the era of the pop/folk songs of late 90s comes back and takes over the Bollywood remake trends soon.

I am not a singer, but I grew up listening to Pt. Bhimsen Joshi, Pt. Jasraj, Ahmad brothers, Gulam Ali, Jagjit Chitra etc while I was of age 6-15years , and in my college preparation and college I start listening to English and became a hardcore fan of ARRahman and I am writing all this cause I felt this song has something I always expected from a indie fusion 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️ keep going and keep doing good! I'd never listened such type of fusion of classical and electronic beats which got my attention just after listening first two lines. Those alternativeness during 0:24 was lit and ear-pleasing. Couldn't think that this kinda music exists...such a brilliant creativity!! Not only this but the eye-catching animation along with the beats was outstanding... What an elegant mix of traditional and contemporary music. Ethereal voices and instrumentation and the artistic animation is just other worldly. Discovered this through the bollywood remake but might I say the original stands out so much more. Shame it took me 2 years to listen to this masterpiece.

This is the most beautiful song I've ever listened to.
