My tribute to Rani, the granddaughter of Queen Janna, the daughter of Sãhasí and Ãnanda, the niece of Surak, the sister of Baliyo, the leader of the Night Pride, the current queen of the Tree of Life and the mate of Kion. When she first met Kion's Lion Guard, she didn't trust them at first, especially Kion. but as time went on, she grew to care for them. After Queen Janna died of old age, Rani became the new queen of the Tree of Life and after Kion's Lion Guard defeated Makucha and Mama Binturong's army, she revealed to Kion that she had gained feelings for him and asked him to rule the Tree of Life with her. She was sad when Kion's Lion Guard had to return to the Pride Lands after they heard Zira and the rest of the Outsiders were trying to take over the Pride Lands, but after they found out Zira died before they got there and after they competed in challenges against Vitani's Lion Guard, they returned to the Tree of Life and Kion and Rani got married and ruled the Tree of Life together.
