Bajaj definitely knew that it would create LUIS FIGO moment and life threats etc etc....he could make an agreement with any other Indian club maybe Mumbai or Goa(as we know Anwar is a top talent) and no one would refuse surely....but Bajaj chose East bengal to take revenge on Mohun Bagan and to spread more hate. Bajaj is here to justify his dalali,He is saying Anwar never asked for salary hiking but he is getting historical salary which is equal to the salary what Mbsg was giving, confused , and the penalty will be 50-50 distributed between Anwar and EB ...He is third party,making contact in 2023 and telling invalid in 2024 for the good faith of the player and earning 2+2.5 crore,wow, and if the sanction is imposed and penalty is charged,will it be good for the player? Mr. Majumder, since the Anwar Ali issue is sub judice before the PFC, it would be better if you interview Mr. Bajaj after the final verdict from PFC. Some how, it seems the statements of Mr Bajaj are the products of afterthought. This interview may influence the final order. According to me, this is very much unfair.
I posted earlier but can’t see it now . Reposting it below - I have a few post-episode questions: 1. Who signed the loan deal with MBSG - Vinay Chopra, Dr. Sanjeev Goenka, or someone else? If Vinay Chopra wasn't responsive, why didn't Ranjit approach Dr. Goenka, as he mentioned? 2. In the loan agreement, Ranjit and Anwar were worried about Anwar's contract renewal if he got injured. Does this imply the need for annual renewal? Was the 2024/25 contract renewed? If not, why was Anwar asked to practice from July 19, 2024? If it was renewed, why did MBSG do so when Ranjit had been requesting a permanent deal since January 2024? 3. When did EMAMI East Bengal and Delhi FC approach Anwar before he got the NOC? In FIFA and IPL rules, players approaching other teams while under contract face a ban. 4. Regarding the change from loan to full contract, Anwar and Delhi FC signed knowing the terms. The contract must be followed unless mutually addressed, and it was good that MBSG said they would review it. 5. Delhi FC received a 2 crore transfer fee for the 5-year loan contract. If the contract is canceled early, will Delhi FC return the remaining transfer money on a pro-rata basis? Many more questions remain unanswered. Hopefully, proper action is taken to set a precedent against breaking legal contracts.
Otherwise, if this precedent is not addressed in a strong manner , it may lead to players exploiting the situation to terminate contracts over disagreements and financial gains, causing it to become widespread ( will spread like wildfire ) and turn into a future epidemic. The PSC should stop this precedent before it becomes a major issue.
I understand everything but my point is if Mr Bajaj was so concerned about Anwar’s future then why did he sign 4 years of loan contract with MohunBagan at the first place and not a permanent deal?

It would be of no use, we, EB supporters will be there to protect Anwar! Now if you have any sense it is very evident that Mohun Bagan was first choice for Anwar. He repeatedly asked them for a permanent deal. Yet he was refused to have one. Why you guys are not condemning your Team leaders for their failure? If you yourself in working in a company temporarily with less pay and then a new company asks to join permanent basis with a whooping amount what would you do? Again you may do whatever you want but I think one should think thoroughly before coming to a conclusion!
There are contradictions in Mr. Bajaj's statement in the show. He initially says that Anwar's life and family is settled in the first year and in the second year the lives of his future generations is also settled with the deal he has got. Fine. A few minutes down the line, he says that Anwar gets exactly what he was getting from MB for the first three years. Very unfortunately, Mr. Mazumder lets this go and does not cross Mr. Bajaj. Mr. Bajaj claims that MB would not bear treatment costs nor pay salary if Anwar gets injured while on loan. Mr. Boria prefers not to cross Mr. Bajaj again on this seeking clarification on this position last year when Anwar was out with injury not once, but twice. Thirdly, Mr. Bajaj quotes FIFA about one year deal and then says they wanted extension for two years only after the three years remaining ran out - does this make sense? Either they stick to the one year stand, or, talk of extension. This interview before the 22nd was not warranted and not expected of Mr. Mazumder's stature.

After hearing Ranjit Bajaj version I feel MBSG management could have been a bit more pro active in terms of Anwar.
