Same for me. Sadly I had to use Olive over A2 since my Sylvie is at 191/200 shards. Would have liked to clear it with both Nier units but rank 1 is rank 1 so I won't complain!
To somewhat save A2, Global needs to finally release a Global Original unit thats similar to Roca. If we got a support on par with Sylvie or at the very least, Reberta or Ling that has Haste! That would definitely be a big help to A2.
I don't have issues with preferring 2b due to like you said support, and multi burst, just a few of the early guides acted like she was really bad, however if they are geared similarly (outside of weapon), bursting on same turns they do very similar damage (in my clear about 300 million apart A2 at 3.3 billion, and 2b 3.0 billion) and that was with A2 getting maybe 1 better attack set in since needing to 5% for threshold, not saying either couldn't do more but without stacking literally all my best gear on 1 of them instead of both they are very similar unless doing cheesy levels of lb support
I'm using the same gear for the base form, and I can't hit 200% Lightning. What am I missing? I got the bonus 20% and both ST Reflect on Ramuh. I can't figure out what I am missing. Any suggestions?

I was on a two-year hiatus and came back to the game a little less than a month ago, I have both 2b ex plus 2 and a base NV a2, is it still possible to get a decent score I feel like I have a lot of the pieces that are needed but I'm just barely falling short and don't quite know what I'm doing wrong. So after having those two as my damage dealers and trainers what else am I missing in a party I also have paladin Sylvie ex plus one
Who would be a good replacement for tsukiko and kaito? My team will have 2b A2, and paladin Sylvie, and I guess runda as well, is there anyone else who dispells the barriers like kaito does?
i am very sad cause even if i have units i cannot do those damage numbers, i started to pplay in june , i got lilith, tsuki, kaito, sylvie,esther ,reberta,chizuru,olive ex3, i have a2 and 2b ex 2, but i cannot do those dmg, my gear is trash , and it is so sad that a new player cannot do nothing on those events. hope to find a cheaper run in terms of gear .
You'll get there. Just turn down the modifiers and blast it as much as you can for as high a rank as you can. It'll build the COW currency so you can have those pieces faster. Gear will come. Just have fun.
Can i replace a2 with chizu? My a2 ex0 and 2b is barley ex1 the cost of fragments so high for the coin shop and their banner i did gurantted and not the pity banner so no shards :c
Keep grinding man, it took me a while too but you’ll get there. Start small and just make sure you clear level 99 for max xenostone shards each clash. And if you havent cleared the Morgana trial you get xenostone shards as bonus rewards for bringing different units each clear. Little bit of a grind to bring 18 different units to the same fight (18 clears, 3 difficulty levels= 54 clears roughly total). It also gives the only morale weapon in the game as a reward too, so Morgana is a good place to build your clash team/rewards. Hope this helped 👍
oof, yeah i dont think i ever made a full detailed explanation on this one, for a few reasons. i was sick the first 4-5 days of the event, then it was bugged pretty bad the whole first week. by 2nd week the boss felt sort of "old news" so i never got around to it. ill see what i can do for next clash!
