I love to play slow build up and possession lower depth And this is the only person I found that actually plays this play style . Will be following Every time I play people overwhelming me with high pressure and constant running towards my goal need to learn how to defend that or pass the insane pressure
My reddit legend. Thanks to your tactic i got my first 14 and then 16 wins in wl and got me to elite div. For couple of month ive actually changed the tactics and game was never the same. Seen you video this morning and decided to get back to 352 and play wl quals. As im writing now im 5-0 with 5 rqs. My tactics ate slightly different , but thank you for reminding that you are the true mentor.
Thats probably because they have their defensive very high( 65-75 area) by that they can press u earlier and more aggressiv because they are higher up on the Patch. Helped me also in defending more aggressiv.
I have always said that possession is the best or maybe the best for me. Almost every youtuber says forward runs or direct passing but everytime I put those it’s bs. Yeah you can win with forward runs or direct passing if the opponent is rushing and playing like a fool. But if the opponent doesn’t leave those spaces what you can do? Only force the ball behind the lines and wish best. With possession like you said you can make those runs if you want to but you can also keep the ball much better and wait when opponent makes mistake. When I watch pros playing and they say direct passing etc it seems like they are using possession. They may lie you because they want to have advantage of the game.
This is interesting, i’ve been wanting to do one for a while but i don’t utilize them to their best extent. Could be a good way to incorporate this in my game more.

interesting. ive recently been annoyed by my 352, dunno what happened. im a rank 2 average player in wl, ive never played 3atb before but a couple weeks ago i tried it randomly in one wl and got my first 20-0 with it. felt so good was really fun. after that tho it didnt work that well anymore neither in rivals or wl. im also a manual defender who also likes to play mostly a slow build up, i dont rush chances but wait for the right opportunities .. so your style / instructions could fit me well. will give it a shot, thanks!
Yeah, i’ve feelt a difference these last weeks with defending and passing in general but it’s been working for me since that start. I’d strongly recommend to make some changes if there’s something that feels off with the tactics. Make sure it’s adapted to your style!
Sir, I hope you reply me. I always finish in 11 wins in FUT Champs. Never achieved 14 wins. If you have to suggest me one formation which would you do? Please suggest me the best one according to you!!!
hey man, it's hard to suggest without knowing how you play. Generallyt 4-2-3-1 is the most balanced one, whereas 4-3-2-1 and 4-2-2-2 are meta for a reason. I prefer the 3-5-2 so that's always what i will suggest.
Never payed attention to my opponents formation, whenever i’m struggling i can usually pinpoint to what i’m doing which is wrong, rather than what formation my opponent is using.
Both are viable tbh, i currently have both on stay back but i’ve used one on balanced around 700 SR. Depends more on which players are there rather than the intructions. If i have a good offensive one i’ll leave it on balanced. 2 good defensive then both on stay back.
Can someone pls help me understand how players can hard tackle u consistently without getting called for a foul? Are they spamming the tackle button or what. I'm in division 2 now and every single person I face hard tackle from behind and take the ball off me without a foul 95% of the time. Help me understand this bs.
Was thinking the same thing but my ai will auto tackle and gift pens lol, the amount of times I'll get passed a player but they'll somehow tackle the ball back from behind spamming stand tackle is wild
@@aflyingfuk It's generally weak against counters as you dont' have as many people defending immediatly, so quick counters are the best way to play against this. But you're giving up alot of the ball by doing that. If you're both using it it's a skill matchup.

Tbh bro, no i don't. I think the jump from 16-4 to 20 is more than tactics. It might help you get 1-2 more wins if the tactic suits your playstyle, but you should probably look into your overall play instead of tactics. And i've not played much on old gen but it did work at the beginning of this year!
Nice videos mate! Any tips to counter the constant pressure? It is so annoying.. and when I try it's a mess.. the players just don't do what the opponent does, mine just open to much space compared..
@Bigfads the 4-3-3 flat please these tutorials have changed the game for me I look at the game when am playing in a completely different perspective now I feel you get used to playing the fifa way over the years and you have made it so much more enjoyable and more realistic without sliders your videos are the best I have seen by a mile 👍
Thank you for the video! Enjoying your playstyle. I'm currently trying to adapt my gameplay to 3/5 back and used your guide from Reddit as a reference. Thank you for the guide as well :) I'm also testing 3-4-2-1 when ST is playing as false 9 and CF's are at Get In Behind. All other instructions are almost the same as yours. Maybe the width is slightly smaller than yours 72 to 78 (trying to find the best value). Works well. But I should admit I should be super patient while playing this tactic, especially in an attack. Sometimes players could collapse at each other and my passing becomes too small. Or sometimes I could find my attacking 3 are too separate from the other teammates and I should just slow down and w8 for them for a bit of time due to slow buildup :) And also player selection is crucial for this tactic. Not so ez to rebuild from 4-4-2 or 4-3-2-1. Especially the wingback's selection is crucial.
Thanks man! I've heard great things about the 3-4-2-1. I think you could try out switching the build up to direct passing if the slow-build up is abit to slow for how you play. And 100% about the player selection. I've copied it straight from the reddit guide by definitely something i could add into future guides aswell. Especially seeing that i'm planning to try out a few different ones in the coming months.
