If he wanted to destroy Rayys career, he would have made a video. Probably keeping that information in the back pocket in case he needs to take Rayy down with him. However, he can make it out of this controversy mostly unscathed if he ignores it on RU-vid. Also, calling him worse than Hyra is a MAJOR exaggeration.
