Motorola My UX should be placed third atleast because it comes with very less bugs and stock Android. Also regular security patch updates are being given by Motorola in their phones.
I have used Nokia Android devices, Samsung, Redmi, Lenovo and OnePlus as well. Among all brands, Motorola has provided cleanest and most consistent experience. I had started using Moto G (1st Gen) and now after trying every brand, have returned to Moto with Moto G 52.
I have used Samsung A50, Asus, One plus Nord 2 5G, Realme & Moto g60 and edge 20. The best i have experienced till date is Moto MYUX, simple and clean look, open the entire app menu with just a single swipe, which is missing in Samsung, one plus sometimes it feels irritating when even upon swiping in Oxygen OS it doesn't open the app menu. Moto has improved a lot and has no bloatware as well. For the security patch updates it is regular as well. Samsung UI should be placed at no. 3, Google at number 1, moto on number 2. Moto even beats Samsung ui as well. Samsung should reduced their own apps from the screen.
MY UX is underrated. They just need to optimize haptic feedback in their UI. No of software updates and their quality are two different things altogether
Thats what I keep saying to eveyone. Been using my moto for years and have had no problem with updates. I work and need something that just works , I don't have time to tinker with my phone. Moto have less update frequency and they work flawlessly most of the time. I like stability than cutting edge.
@@deepakdash7790 Yeah, this is kind of an issue but not dealbreaker. At least it has better performance than S21 FE 5G and that’s why I chose S20 FE 5G even though S21 FE 5G was available in the market. S20 FE 5G is one kind of phone that Samsung will never make again.
using iqoo neo 6 from 1 year,it have wasteful apps but after uninstalling those apps and closing the notification of unwanted apps. Its awesome now no issues. Iqoo is mainly good in performance and camera. Android update improve a lot, also give fast updates. If these hot apps etc are removed then iqoo will be unbeatable
I was choosing a phone . I had two options m53 and a53. I specifically chose a53 for longer updates. One ui is awesome. Various custom options and widget styles. Not only on phones but watches and other oneui apps are very good
A and M series has various issues like overheating and motherboard problem after 1.5 to 2 years and rebooting problems. So Samsung Budget and Midrange experience is bad. Pixel is Best option to buy coz Its pixel os Its very smooth and doesnt slow over time. If you want for Gaming go for iqoo. And if you dont want to move to other brand then buy S series FE
@@beerus55 that happens only with exynos chips . Snapdragon ones work very smooth . I have two samsung phones with snapdragon chipsets and both work fine . U just need to turn on auto optimize and auto restart daily at midnight or in the morning . There will be 0 bugs .
I've been using nothing phone (1) and it's spectacular. The UI has improved by a lot and the camera has also improved in Android 13 beta. The best thing about nothing is that for now at least they're focusing on the UI instead of launching 1or2 phones a year. My top preference would be Samsung, pixel and nothing only in the Android world.
@@ashokyvlogerchilka2423 for design and maybe if your budget is low, nothing. S21 FE tops nothing in every other segment though. If you love cameras, and software, no phone can match the pixel 6a in that segment
@@ashokyvlogerchilka2423 Nothing has better cameras than Samsung s21fe. Plus it's latest so you would get extra software updates. But if the camera is your only priority then I would suggest realme or Vivo in that range but again then you have to COMPROMISE the UI there'd be bloatware, ads and unwanted hot apps.
@@Maxten7 i been using moto g 42 and it is working flawlessly. Native Nintendo switch emulation works 60fps not only that it can run anything i throw at it as long as it's supported.
"Software Update" doesn't always mean a good thing in my experience. While typically they do improve overall experience of the phone, updates aren't always a good thing. There have been several cases where the phone is working perfectly fine and the updates ruin things like performance, battery life, introduce new bugs, etc. and the issues never fully go back or get better even after the company introduce several new updates over the years, there's always something left to be fixed after that. It's all thanks to marketing because the companies have been pressurized to keep releasing updates no matter what but in doing so, it backfires several times.
Well software demands are increasing day by day but hardware is not upgradable in smartphones plus the millions of configurations for Android. It's hard to maintain updates for same type of consistency
@@dragonforcegaming7555 bruh that's not how things work, you will still get an update but you won't be able to download as it will show insufficient storage.......
I have recently bought iqoo z6 pro and the UI experience has been phenomenal. Prior to this I had been using one UI for quite some time (4 years) and trust me this UI has given me same kind of experience, smooth, no bugs at all, feature rich ... Just great
But if vivo/iqoo offers origin os( much much better than funtouch os, super smooth experience, better customisation) it would be so nice, as it is well optimised. I think only chinese variants are prone to origin os, and globally funtouch os
Thanks a ton brother! I was about to buy IQOO 11, but now after getting to know about its software experience, I shall revaluate my decision. I will probably wait till Feb until S22 series & OP11 is launched.
Currently I am using MIUI and it shocked me that you didn't place it on top 3 rank. The software experience is flawless but is only one thing to be concerned with that's security updates. I also have used Funtouch os and I have no complain to do with it
I'm using ColosOS and this UI is good I got the Android 13 update in early November and it is very smooth and still I didn't face any bugs but they have to improve their security patch updates in my device it's still stuck on December 🤦
Best budget Android UI is Realme UI, I am using my Realme 6 pro > 8GB/128GB since 2.5yrs + but it's still working fine and awesome.......NO complaints from my end even my storage has been filled up to 95 %......Literally best UI experience among budget smartphones.......Mid range- 20k price.
True Earlier i used Samsung m21 and it was way more easy and clean to use but currently using redmi 10 prime and i am not much comfortable with it as too many ads and bit complex..
One UI is love💖 but expensive. So, i bought nothing. This phone is carrying ultimate software experience, super smooth, although it is having a limited feature pack but whatever having is almost perfect. I want to mention here that this phone is surprisingly having a great camera system as its post processing is better than even iphone 14 and many more. Still improving. Hats off to nothing! Currently , I m satisfied with this purchase. Two complaints for nothing, 1) improve quality checkups and 2) at lowest brightness and having extra dim activated, it struggles to recognise fingerprint. This can be improved by software update. Overall a very nice, fluid and unexpected experience 🔥
I like motorola UI. Better to have an older android version with clean software than having a recent android version with admalbloatware. My entry level moto e7 power 4gb RAM 64 gb internal storage is running without any stutter even with 95% storage full.
For people using Nothing Phone: Android 13 beta is actually very nice and smooth. However, they have added one feature that wasn't there in Android 12, Freeform view which is Buggy AF at the moment. If any other Nothing user has different experience, feel free to comment. Would recommend the phone for anyone who isn't into gaming. Not that games run bad but I haven't tried playing so I wouldn't know.
@@rahulnegi456 Processor doesn't feel slow AT ALL. I don't know your definition of multitasking but I have used two apps simultaneously, one main app and other in the pop up view, and that didn't bother me. Otherwise, in a routine course of browsing through regular apps in a regular manner will be a breeze. The battery isn't exceptionally good or bad. But I don't make conscious effort to save the battery. For instance, I keep AOD on with a photo widget. I am sure you can squeeze a few more hours if you are conscious of the battery.
I am using OnePlus 5 since 5 year 6 month. I never found any issue... Only few issue till date. Phone some time switch off automatically . But re-start it .. I changed battery and charging port once.
I think, realme UI is quite underrated. i got realme gt master edition and it works fluidly without any lag and heating issue. And it doesn't have any ads as well.
I've poco x3 but after the last update both the speakers of the phone are not working anymore, when i visited service centre there are more than 15 customer with same issue and customer support executive saying that it's because of the update, the speaker ic in motherboard was crashed so i asked for the solution and the funny thing is they are saying that u should have ask us before updating your phone😊
I own poco X3 as well but have not updated software for more than a year. Everything works. One thing about budget phones is that they degrade the perfectly working phone with software updates. Especially redmi and poco.
Apart from all these stuffs We have custom ROM in market also. With pure stock Android, Butter like smoothness, beautiful customisation, great performance, latest Android version, great look and almost no bugs(depends on build you're using). I will go for Pixel experience, CR Droid or evolution X instead of these UIs. I have tried in 3 devices and my experience was great.
I was once fan of custom rom. The biggest drawback is running banking apps. Specially if you are in India, where bank apps are vry much secured. Switched back to MIUI, removed most of the bloatware.
@@willieseveres8073 I'm using pixel extended rom with working banking apps. Thing is you will have to find which one works. Also I think there are problems only with rooted devices.
Sir I recently purchased a Redmi Note 12 4G varient and I got Android 13 in it and it UI experience is also excellent. Some days ago, it's storage was 95% occupied bet yet I've not noticed any type of lagging in this phone. In fact, I play free fire on ultra graphics but still it's showing any type of lag or heat....❤️
I updated realme UI 4.0 beta version and this is so smooth and bug free. I'm surprised that if beta Version feels smooth and bug free then stable version should be most stable ui in android. And one thing I noticed in realme UI Indian version phones have bloatware , ads and unwanted apps but I use global version and I have never seen any bloatware or any single ads yet......
How many in this after Y2K Gen knows about a Sony Ericsson and Nokia theme based on SWF file called 'Everchanging'? the best of the best animation I ever saw back then but couldn't find same thing for android. The swf wallpaper or theme changing as per time, date, season of a year.
I am using MIUI since 6 years... And after continues updates there is less recommendations of apps and no any ads.... This is my best experience in MIUI
Hey bro, I have recently started watching ur videos, ur explanation is ON POINT. I am loving ur channel. Now, here's the Q. I watched this video to know about Magic UI for Honor phones.. But no luck on it. Can u give your breif to me personally on Magic UI. I am really impressed with Honor 70 & 90 phones.. Just major deal breaker is it's OS. Is is recommended. Pls advice. Thanks!
Strange case with Reno 8 pro. I am using Oppo k10(4g) and it has already received the December Security Patch. Even the bloatwares were like 5 when I purchased it, out of those 5 bloatwares 3 were useful for me.
@@Zesty_Pixel I guess this is what happens when someone is using only Samsung and Apple as his main that they literally forget to check on the other brands unless for making a video 😅
I am using realme X7 currently but it has a December 5 security update. Surprised to see that the flagship phone has October update in January end while a mid-range phone of the same brand has a December security update.
Always bro Oxygen Os really wins here❤️like i have bought OnePlus 9rt just 4 months ago using it nd the experience is lit i have used Color os first then One Ui last i used Miui but have to say when i shifted to OnePlus its a different level man🔥no lag no issues camera is constant just perfect
OK the bloatware asude, I expected to be enlightened about the experience like the fluidity or animations, quality of wallpapers, the polish of UI, etc ! This should have been the main focus, but these things were even ignored as he almost didn't talk about them! Instead he focussed on Software Updates, that too just the numbers(Honestly, it just takes a 30 sec google search to see that), what we can't know is that if the phones get slowed down due to those or not! I think you must change your priorities for the video!
I m using MIUI since 7 years.. It's improved greatly compared to the MIUI from 2016 - 2019 .Recently its became very fast and smooth. I didn't faced any major lag in my device. Currently using POCO M2 pro. The only problem in MIUI is updates are not regular. I m happy with MIUI. ❤
same here my poco m2 pro is also going well just that update can come faster but that's not the case if it's coming late then there should be fewer bugs
good looking my favorite colour os and best experience oxygen and update security oneui. or pixel and best customise miui and realme ui and desant funtouch os day by day improve ho raha update me and android feel motorola nothing etc my opinions my favourite ui colour os and miui
I’m thinking of giving OnePlus another chance and pickup the OP 11/11R. Hope they don’t keep that bogus 2mp macro on 11R. I have really high hopes on them.
The most stable UI is EMUI, Nothing stable n bugs free UI than that, As a software engineer if I sit down to look for bug's for all this brand's the list will be come
You mentioned about Android 13 beta in Nothing phone. My OnePlus 8T ( purchased in Oct-2020) has been already updated with Android 13 (stable) about a month back.
@@atulya7026 i used OnePlus 8pro and after updating it my screen went green tint issue which costs me to change the full screen itself for over 18K I changed IOS iphone 13 and after used for 2 months seems like iPhone 13 users faced the same update issue where screen turns green after updating to ios 16.1 right now settled with moto edge 30 ultra!!!
I was a big fan of Motorola. I think should be number 4. Anyways, now its been 5+ years I am using OnePlus 5T. Flawless experience. Would proudly say better than 6,7,8 or 10 series OP phones
Yeah, okay, OneUI is great, I believe most comfortable and customisable UI but the problem is with M and F series phones, I'm using M51 and its running on July 22 security patch. And samsung promised for 3 years of security updates. I think samsung is not providing updates on time for M51.
@@legendrynoobs7339 m51 will not get android 13 and OneUI 5.0 update, but atleast they can provide latest security patch update on time, as they promised 3 years of security updates.
I use custom roms, Pixel experience to be specific, so, not a valid comparison. However, given the fact that iqoo doesn't allow bootloader unlock and related stuff, I believe I can say that they are doing a lot of things wrong.
@@shubhgulati I'm on Xiaomi redmi k20 pro and it's been great....I'm actually getting more battery(around 9+hours of SOT) life than the original last MIUI Android 11(Around 7+hours of SOT) update on my phone

The new oxygen OS is quite underrated.....yes, I know it's nothing like how the og oxygen OS was, but that's gone.... what's gone is gone.....but if we just check the new oxygen OS for what it is, it's an amazing one, based on colour os with tons of customisation and most importantly NO ads and NO bloatware while having one of the smoothest experiences.... overall it's on par if not better than the OS used in pixel too ..
I m using OnePlus nord 2t i have to say that it's a next level smooth ui in Android world, don't know why some tech channels r giving unnecessary criticism to OnePlus.
it deserves the hate tbh, that's the weight of expectations, oneplus became the same thing it was meant to kill, the fluid ui, the flagship killer at an aggressive price. You either die a hero or see yourself become the villain. You missed out on the excellent pixel 6a or the nothing phone 1.
Thanks very informative Video 👍🏻 Can you compare Software of *Galaxy z Fold 5 (GoodLock features) One UI 6.1* vs *Vivo x Fold Pro 3 FunTouch OS* What all will we have loose out on if we shift from One UI to FunTouch OS ❓️
