13:11 This scrapped Farfetch’D evolution looks like a combination between a goose and a turkey, which are both birds known for being cooked on special occasions. Considering Farfetch’d are actually used as food in the Pokémon universe, this evolution makes perfect sense while keeping the joke Pokémon vibe. Also, I have a hard time believing some of these scrapped ideas are real, unless Pokémon designers really did use MS Paint for their concept art back in the day.
