Just like comparing the Kamehameha between different characters. The greater technique will be devastating in the hand of a powerful person. If Frieza knew and used Gohan's ki attack, he would destroy everyone. And the mastery of the user does matter in the outcome too. Just look at Roshi and his Kamehameha. As for the Angels and the GODs, they are not allowed to use their real power. It makes their power rise and fall as they see fit.

It always has been viable just that it did ok damage for an ultimate. Despite the damage output, x4 used to make up it's lack of power with it's speed which makes it one of the fastest ultimate beam attacks and now it can be on the same rank as super ki explosion to be spammed online where it does great damage, small cost and you almost dont have to setup the attack because it can be done raw of how fast it is

finisimo 1313 Yeah, but compared to Super Kamehameha it did nothing, plus it cost 50k zeni. It did hardly anything, and the reason I get so excited is because the second boost IS FINALLY ABLE TO DO MORE THAN 100 DAMAGE! It was not worth putting 4 ki bars into it at all, as it does not even a fraction of the damage the weakest 1 ki bar attack in the game did, and so it was expensive as shit.

@@thefiresworddragon927 yea its great that it does 10k* damage. I would love it for PvE but in terms of PvP... its stronger than the super kamehameha but every variation had a risk-reward of sorts to balance the move, for example warp kamehameha you get to teleport to the enemy and fire a beam that will mostly likely hit them but it wont be as strong as the super kamehameha. The x20 kamehameha and 100x big bang kamehameha are most damaging among the rest of the kamehameha's and the trade off is a 5 bar ki cost and it needed to be set up to be balanced. X4 should have done as much damage as a super kamehameha at most. Now there is almost no risk to this move because you can choose if you want to fire the extra input when the 1st shot already does more damage that its predecessor The move may be expensive but the way to obtain the move is not hard as you make it to be. The game literally gives zeni for almost everything you do, there are super souls, you can sell almost any item for a pretty penny or make the majin children give you high level pieces of clothing to sell which is a rinse and repeat process as that you dont have to be around for. Now that the move has been buffed then maybe it should stay the price its worth now.

Gigantic Burst, Remote Serious Bomb and Evil blast are all DLC skills. Angry explosion I believe is unlocked from Expert Missions, and the same goes for Dead End Bullet.

-Angry Explosion is from Expert Mission 14 I think(?) -Dead End Bullet is from Expert Mission 12 -Gigantic Burst, Evil Blast and Remote Serious Bomb are DLC moves

Try using Finishing Blow after one of those and then try to connect a move like Brave Heat, Saiyan Spirit, Super Black Kamehameha (normal and Rosé), Serious Bomb or a quick Meteor Burst
