Welcome to my channel! In this video I rank all 12 Twyla Boogeyman dolls, and give you my opinions on them. Hope you enjoy :)
Just to note, I actually ended up buying my top favourite doll a couple of days after filming this!! Its not yet arrived, but I might make a video when she does. I'm excited!

very nice video, twyla is one of my favorites :) as far as i can tell electrified twyla has the one grey arm because for g2 they wanted to make the shadows/swirls on just the one arm rather than both arms and legs for some reason.

Maybe bc it was cheaper/less work for the manufacturers? That’s my guess anyways, but I think it was an odd decision. Would’ve looked better with no shadows at all in my opinion😭

Oooh or maybe it was meant to represent her stepping into the shadows, arm first? I really have no idea I think I need to Google this now😭

i LOVED g2 twyla in the movies.. but her g2 dolls.... also i wanna take this time to talk about all the twyla variants throughout the generations!! G1: She's introverted but she also has a sense of sass and confidence. She's fine with who she is and tries to support and guide Howleen throughout 13 wishes G2: She's much more reserved, almost the same as G1 but less sass according to what i remember G3: She's socially awkward, more shy and introverted than the other two. She's scared to grow up but overcomes this fear and learns to embrace it I feel like all of these are separate universes due to not only the difference of personalities, but ages and bdays G1 Twyla - Age: 14 - Birthday: October 1 G2 Twyla - Age: 16 - Birthday: May 29th G3 Twyla - Age: 16 - Birthday: October 1 Also, loved your video!! I wouldve put electrified after garden ghouls in my opinion. Hoping to see more content from you about from monster high! stay freaky fabulous!! 🫶

I love how you summarised her personalities, I feel like I was struggling to think of the words to describe her character in this vid bc I was being filmed and I felt under pressure lol😭 but u did a great job of it!! Honestly the most relatable character I am her she is me😭 also I didn’t know her birthday was changed in g2! Seems unnecessary to me lol. Also thanks sm! I really do appreciate the support and I plan to make lots of videos on monster high bc it’s one of my favourite things ever:)

I’m so upset, I actually bought the freak du chique Twyla way back in like 2015 while I was in highschool… to customize. Just wanted a doll with purple skin. Never actually did, but I plucked out all her hair and wiped off all her paint. Never a second thought. Like forreal!!! She is so gorgeous. I’m a collector now but at 15 I was convinced I could customize a better doll and didn’t pay any attention to her details. I still have her, bald and no paint HAHA

Noooo that’s so annoying, people sell her for so much now😭😭could u still make a custom out of her tho? Bc that would be so cool! I think this is why I’m afraid of customising/repainting dolls myself, I’m worried I’ll ‘ruin’ them, or regret it in the future😭 literally bought new paints and brushes for it, which I’ve only used for minor touch-ups.

great video! twyla’s my fave and i have collected almost all of her currently released dolls, including electrified - the biggest problem with that doll imo is not that her hair is crimped, it’s that it’s poly AND crimped. 😩 (i like crimped hair in general, it’s just a terrible combo with poly.) did you see twyla’s supposed to be included in the skulltimate secrets 5 line? i can’t wait to see that design 👀

Thank you! And omg I envy u, I hope to one day have all of her dolls in my collection (atleast g1 and g3). Also electrified twyla’s hair sounds like a NIGHTMARE omg I do not plan on getting her any time soon ngl😭 OMG YESSS I DID SEE THAT SHES GOING TO BE INCLUDED IN SS5!!!! SOOO EXCITED EEEEEEEKKK

@@alices.wonderland22 i wish you so much luck in finding great deals on the twylas missing from your collection, especially freak du chic! coffin bean twyla is one i only acquired recently via ebay and it took some work and patience to find a seller with a reasonable price, so it CAN be done! i look forward to seeing more videos from you! 😁

@@vespiaries thank you! Also a couple days after filming this I did actually buy freak du chic Twyla for a really good price! Ngl tho the vinted seller seemed a bit dodgy and I haven’t heard anything from them, so idk if it’ll actually arrive, I hope so😍😍😍

@@alices.wonderland22 that’s awesome! i hope the seller follows through. all the listings i’ve seen for that doll (in box) are upwards of $200usd 😩 (i got her back in the day but i keep an eye out for someone else i know who’s looking.)

@@vespiaries I literally found her for £55! Idk what that is in dollars but it’s a LOT less than 200😭 I bought her SO quickly. But yeah I was a bit sceptical about the price…

@@alices.wonderland22 i think she looks very cute and sweet! garden ghouls was pretty good for g2 imo. although i agree with you i think darker makeup and shoes wouldve helped her look even better :p

@@appoi8 she was DEFINITELY the best of her g2 dolls, so pretty! I think if she had a g1 or g3 face sculpt aswell and the darker makeup she would’ve been a lot higher up:)
