@@samandryan how about ranking Heathers songs! I think some ranking channel did it but it was literally based on view numbers :/ You both can create your own charts and see if you guys placed them at the safe rank lol
This isn't an ask, but just saying you know the collective Heathers fandom would literally pay you millions of dollars for that bootleg. They could crowdfund that about overnight.
heathers was my gateway musical. the clips i’ve seen of ryan as JD are amazing and the vocals and emotions are so insanely good- and can we talk about freeze your brain?!? oh my god it’s incredible i still sing that song like 3 times a day bc i can’t stop thinking about it, and the vocals, and the depth of JD and ugh just everything about it. anyways i’m obsessed and just wanted to say that even if it wasn’t your favorite, i think you played a phenomenal JD. much love sent to you both from this fellow minnesotan!
My choir took a trip to New York to sing at Carnegie Hall and saw Wicked while we were there. I'm pretty sure that some of us were more excited to see you as Fiyero than for our own performance.
I'm a bit late but just in case you see this, Ryan you were such a bit part of my childhood especially your role as JD it basically gave me the confidence to do theater so I thank you for that hope your channel grows more in the future
i would totally love that except he is obviously not sharing it with us for a reason that is probably quite personal and we should respect that he doesn’t want to tell us at the moment
i have to agree, the most memorable thing to me about the 2016 rocky horror was ryan's performance, he was the PERFECT brad, the energy was there, the vibe was truly flawless, it was iconic
i would totally love that except he is obviously not sharing it with us for a reason that is probably quite personal and we should respect that he doesn’t want to tell us at the moment
This reasoning all makes complete sense to me, and I love hearing a bit about the behind the scenes! I actually felt nostalgic and rewatched Summer Forever yesterday, and I think it's amazing but nobody knows about it so I totally get what you're saying
Hearing Sam talk about his role of Hans warms my heart, frozen on Broadway was my first Broadway experience and he played Hans extremely well. The duo of Ryan and McKenzie really made the love Anna was feeling very real. I'm very fortunate to have gotten to see them preform together 3 times
It's so weird that I've been seeing Ryan's work since I was in elementary school. Liv and Maddie was one of my favorite shows when I was younger and now I'm into Heathers and I'm going to be a legal adult in a few years 😭
Ryan playing Brad Majors in the rocky horror reimagination is honestly such an iconic role, I rewatch it every year just to experience the perfection ✨✨
Live and Maddy was so good im glad you were able to be in that you did such a great job. And yes you are so good on Austin & Ally some of my favorite shows
I remember while watching you play diggy in liv and maddie, in all the scenes that you had to be serious in, you had an insane amount of gravitas. And your ability to straddle the line between comedy and gritty emotional drama really does make you a very good casting choice for jd.
Well now there are two things out in the universe that I really want to hear/see but most likely will never ever get to... that is the original Jeremy Jordan the greatest showman demo recordings and now the video of Ryan's last Heather's performance.
I would love to see if you guys could make a video speaking about the film industry, I think it can be a topic for the Intelligent Drinking Game. But even if you don't make a video like this, I still enjoy all your videos and you guys always make my day.💗
Last time I saw Ryan he was on Liv and Maddie and it’s really cool that this was randomly on my recommendation list and to see how far he’s come since then :)
Why am I only now realizing I've been watching your work since my teen years...🤨 I was obsessed with Austin and Ally, and I just got into Liv and Maddie recently 😭
Omggg I can see myself in Ryan when it comes to accepting compliments! I appreciate the meaning behind them when they’re genuine, but as a people pleaser, it makes me feel awkward as I kinda of have that feeling of ‘should I be saying more than just a “thank you”?’ or I’m just not used to them, idrk how to explain it but I GET IT RYAN 😭
Ryan had the only full length bootleg with him in it omg I want it so so much how do I have to bribe . Also same just fan girling Ryan on all his roles is so so cute
I envy you, because despite of your ups & downs I your career, that’s great that you’re a successful actor in both stage & screen. When I was in high school, I thought that I would end up as an actress & singer, because I was in drama club & in church choir (until the pandemic hit 😷😩). Not to throw shade to my mom, but I did what my mom want me to do, which is be a nurse instead. Luckily, as soon as I took my high school certified nursing assistant course, I found that I love nursing. However, yeah it sad that I don’t do acting anymore, but I never stopped singing, & I never will. I’m glad that show biz nowadays, yeah! It’s still youth oriented (young adults in their adult teens to twenties), but now there are many entertainers who start show biz in their thirties and older. I still sometimes wonder what would happen if I followed my heart, and did show business instead, but then again, I’m glad that I’m a nurse instead, because I continue to save lives & it feels great to take care of people. Enough about me! Ryan, I widen you continued success on your acting & musical theatre career. Plus you guys’ YT channel. Maybe you should do a part 2 of this video, if you played more roles on stage & screen?
I wasn’t in the theatre community when Heathers: The Musical first came out; I’ve tried to look up but I found nothing, so can anyone tell me what went down? Because I am really confused…
