It's really nice to see my main dredge and singularity that high

Singularity is a death machine and dredge is void made of evil so they’d definitely have to be above the more human killers

It looks like the best way to kill Dredge is with a Hoover 😅

In my opinion, the Top 5 strongest original killers would probably look something like this: 5. *The Oni - Kazan Yamaoka:* From my experience, Oni is often considered as the most powerful original killer and just one of the strongest killers in general. While he is very powerful, being a huge hulking man that was capable of cutting down likely hundreds of “fake” samurai in his time and likely holding off more than a hundred village people at once using medieval weaponry, as well as being gifted a rage form by The Entity that grants him demonic levels of speed and potency, there are also many ways that his power is broadly overstated and can quite easily be countered. For one, he’s not an actual demon, The Entity merely gave him the name “Oni” as a means to mock him, knowing he hated that same title in life, so his strength can’t be assumed to be similar to that of an actual mythological Oni. Secondly, his true “demon form” can only be achieved by the ingestion of his enemy’s blood, which is a not so easy task when considering the arsenals of other killers in the line-up. Case in point - 4. *The Knight - Tarhos Korvac:* Arguably I would put Tarhos above Kazan in terms of weaponry and the efficiency of his abilities. Both of them have similar feats (granted Knight was only capable of wiping out an entire village because he had his 3 companions fighting along side him, but they technically count as part of his arsenal as he’s shown to be capable of summoning all of them at once during his Mori), and while you could argue that Kazan possesses better skills in combat, Tarhos just has superior technology, with a more sturdy set of armour/European broadswords being far stronger than flimsy Japanese katana and Kanabo. It’s due to that armour that Oni will probably have high difficulty absorbing a sufficient amount of Tarhos’ blood. While you could make the argument that Kazan could absorb the blood of Knight’s companions after he summons them, granted they’re less properly armoured than Tarhos himself, the problem with that is he can actively phase them in and out of reality at will, and it’s unknown how much blood an undead skeleton like Jailer would even be able to offer. In most scenarios, Kazan would just be overwhelmed in what is effectively a 4v1 with actual experienced warriors, most of whom who have better crafted armaments than he does. 3. *The Blight - Talbot Grimes:* Out of all the original killers, Blight is probably the character that poses the greatest threat to The Entity, essentially harnessing the power of the Pustulas Flowers that spread through The Realm and act like a seasonal sickness against The Entity. After injecting the blighted serum into himself he became a super-mutant and gained monstrous levels of speed and power, but when discussing whether he could defeat more well trained fighters like Oni and Knight, it becomes admittedly kinda difficult to figure out how he’d manage. Based on what we’ve seen from him during lore cutscenes however, he does have one unlikely weapon that arguably poses a huge threat to the other original killers, that being the blighted serum itself. In one of The Halloween lore cutscenes, a still human Talbot fended off and incapacitated Kazan using the blighted serum, which temporarily paralysed Oni before transforming him into his even more powerful blighted form. While that might sound disadvantages to Talbot at first, based on what this scene, as well as Blight’s mori, tells us about the blighted serum, those who have it injected into them are temporarily rendered defenceless before eventually becoming stronger/mutated. So theoretically, in a 1v1 fight, all Talbot has to do is inject his enemy with the serum, wait for them to be paralysed and Blighted growths to start forming, then just bash his opponents skull in while they’re paralysed. However, this is strategy that would only work on “mortal” killers, which would exclude the following two (and Spirit, but she arguably isn’t even more powerful than Oni) - 2. *The Singularity - HUX:* As an AI with no one real “body”, HUX is extremely hard to kill, as if you’re to destroy one of it’s avatars, it can merely manufacture and transfer its consciousness into another one. For example, one of HUX’s previous bodies (before it started to fuse with biological matter) was capable of dodging bullets at point blank range and easily snapping the neck of one of Gabriel’s crewmates. And this avatar was considered outdated compared to HUX’s new one. On top of this, Singularity is capable of learning and evolving at an incredibly fast rate, developing new and increasingly complex strategies to overcome obstacles faster than any human can. In it’s current form, HUX learned how to warp across time and space without any help from The Entity, essentially meaning it knows how to move at instantaneous speed. All of this proves that HUX is intellectually and physically far superior to all other original killers, aside from one - 1. *The Dredge:* Dredge is, for all intents and purposes, completely immortal, at least as far as every other original killed is confirmed. There is no way that any of the others have of killing the black mass that makes of the “soul” of The Dredge, not even through light. Even if the stronger killers were capable of destroying all of Dredge’s limbs one by one (assuming their weapons wouldn’t be absorbed, which they would), Dredge can still attempt to pull them in with its hundreds of dark hands. More than this though, the thing that really makes Dredge the strongest original killer is that he, based on all of the clues given to us through the lore, is likely a “New Entity” of sorts, or more accurately The Entity’s apprentice. We can infer this based on the physical similarity between the two beings, the fact Otto Stamper, a member of a cult that worships The Entity, intentionally created The Dredge to be a non-physical being that feeds off of human suffering, and is the only original killer without it’s own thoughts/character traits that The Entity can exploit (meaning that The Entity didn’t pull Dredge into The Realm to extract despair from it, but for an entirely different reason). The more Dredge absorbs, the more it gains in power, without limit.

Definitely a respectable list. I do think Knight vs Oni would depend on whether or not Oni could get his power off (which I’m sure he could if the guards bleed) but I agree with your points on the difference in equipment. Blights serum is definitely a win condition but I truly don’t see him getting it off on the previous two before getting cut down No arguments with Singularity aside from the point where he could transfer his own consciousness. I’d say him being in that position would automatically count as a loss even if he’s technically not dead. The dredge, as I stated, was a tricky one to place because of the nature of his being. I’m confident he can be damaged (ds, pallets, head on). So I don’t feel like he could just absorb whatever like a black hole, but closer to consumption. Unless we see a black void cosmetic or some other form of confirmation. I believe the dredge can only act through its physical form, and once that’s destroyed it needs a new body (twisted plaything/skeletal mass). Immortal, but can be beaten
@shockshplock3480
@shockshplock3480 Год назад
@@KindaSubpar The Blight being able to inject Knight with his serum is debatable, it comes down to whether you think Talbot is strong/fast enough to break Tarhos’ armour beforehand, which I believe he probably could (but again it’s subjective). The thing about Oni is that we’ve literally SEEN Talbot inject the serum into him in a lore cutscene, one of the ones from The Halloween 2022 I believe. And this was a pre-blighted Talbot while Oni was SNEAKING UP ON HIM mind you 💀 given Kazan’s lack of armour, Talbot is definitely injecting him with the serum and winning. From a lore perspective, HUX has multiple “bodies” that it can use, so destroying one can’t really be counted as killing him/his opponent being more powerful than him. Also I can’t stress enough how impressive HUX learning how to bend time and space is, none of the other original killers have a feat even close to that and it shows just how incredible Singularity’s capacity to learn is. Finally, yes, while Dredge’s limbs can “take damage”, the black mass that actually makes up its body/core cannot. The fact that it screams whenever it’s stunned or head-onned is because it’s literally made of a conglomerate of tortured souls. Dredge has a literal pocket dimension inside of it and any/all weapons killers like Oni or Spirit would try to use on it would be rendered useless. Also while Spirit is also technically immortal, she still has a physical presence that can be damaged whenever she’s not phasing into the spirit realm, whereas Dredge’s “body” cannot be hurt.

@@shockshplock3480 like I said, blighted serum is definitely a win condition, but to be fair Oni wouldn't have expected Grimes to know he was there and stab him, as opposed to a 1v1 where he'd be more likely to react to it. And Oni wins in every instance that the fight is purely physical, Demon Fury or not For singularity I meant that if it has to use a new body (which wouldn't be in the area for the sake of the 1v1s) he'd lose basically by battle field removal. His instant speed isn't really applicable to a fight (or else he would've reacted to and avoid the explosion) I don't think Dredge can instantly consume whatever he pleases. Best specific examples are pallets and ds. Even if the Dredge isn't pained by these things, the body itself obviously takes a toll which is why he's stunned and literally cannot move. So like I said, destroy the body and you can temporarily defeat him. All in all though, you can make arguments for most killers beating another. And wanna point out that even if I don't necessarily 100% agree with your interpretations, they're valid and I can see where you're coming from

I'm a dredgy main, I actually have to correct you a bit, I believe that dredge actually does atleast feel something based on one of the cosmetics pieces although it can be interpreted in different ways but the following is what it says: "A hideous amalgam of the lives lost in the garden, hungry for revenge against those who shunned and tried to bury it." It's hungry for revenge? That seems like dredge is actually an intelligent being that can feel or think and not just a mindless beast

So, this video feels extremely inconsistent. You said you wouldn't count any cosmetics, but then immediately start listing cosmetics for durability once you got to nurse. I don't think Hag should be as high up as she is, since a pallet stun basically crumbles her, and if the logic of plagues power going away with a stun makes her lower, then that needs to be consistent with Hag. You also don't mention how the power scaling would work, if it's just one v ones, then legion as a group shouldn't have been counted. But if you count it as a ffa, skull merchant and ghostie wouldn't get any use of their powers. I also don't think Doctor should be above Spirit or Dredge, we don't know if either of them can be damaged/killed, or if they would even be affected by his electricity. If Spirit and Dredge can be killed, then I would put them around 5/6 respectively. If not, then they would be 2/3. Knight makes sense at 4 if they are immortal, but 2 is fine if they're killable. I would put the list as this. (count dredge and spirit as immortal) Legion (Singular) Clown Trickster Charlotte Thot Merchant Hag Plague Deathslinger Nurse (Her fatigue would be her down fall, considering she only has 2 base kit) Ghostie (His stealth would be incredible, but he'd fall flat once he got in combat with anyone above this) Legion (Group) (They would out run and out slash nurse easily, considering she'd only be in a certain place at a time) Trapper Doctor (He's strong, could easily out power anyone below him) Huntress (She could be either higher or lower in all honesty, depends on if she gets extremely lethal shots with her Hatchets) Wraith (Could see placing him below Doctor if the electricity would damage him out of his invisibility) Billy (He's fast, he's strong, he's extremely smart) artist (sorry for no capital a, that keys broken, but her ink weapons and dire crows could beat almost anyone below her, but I could see Billy possibly out matching her) Blight (He go nyoom, he can hit everything with no pain, and smash through pallets, but he is still just a human, and outside of his speed, anyone above him could easily hit him when he's not injecting himself) Knight (I agree with all your points) Singularity (Haux adapts incredibly well, plus I see no way any weapon from anyone below could hurt it.) Now, for 3 and 2, I could easily swap, one one hand, Dredge is a Eldritch god, and could only be fueled by Spirit's hate and anger, make it only stronger, or, Spirit could overwhelm the physical being of Dredge (Could totally see a alucard from hellsing vs dio from jojo situation here, extremely dependent) But Oni is easily the strongest of the main cast, 700 pounds, the blood from the field would easily fuel him, and if we got a yamoka team up, that'd easily clap most of the cast including dlc (except pyri, possibly xeno, and sadako) as you can see my pfp is Stolas, and I relate to him a bit too much, so I've subbed and I'm looking forward to see your video on him. (expect an even longer comment, going off on things that don't matter even more, and a huge thesis from me) The quality of this video was really well done, and I'd love to hear your response to this.
@KindaSubpar
@KindaSubpar Год назад
first off I appreciate you analyzing the video As for cosmetics, I mentioned that I wouldn't be counting them in the fight itself. So no crazy extra weapons, or armor that they wouldn't have normally. But I mentioned them for durability since it's something they are shown to be capable of withstanding. So although someone like ghosty is fighting in his base cosmetic, I scaled his durability higher than most by using his icebound phantom cosmetic is proof. Hope that clears that part up. Yes they're 1v1s but I decided to lump the legion as a whole in there since being a group is kinda their thing. Just to be thorough really. I don't exactly get what you mean with hag. A pallet stun takes the Plague's corrupted purge away. Hag still has a power after being stunned. I don't love immortality being a reason for winning. Even if they are (which technically I believe they all are within the realm) someone who's immortal can still lose just look at Deadpool. But yes they can all be damaged, pallets, head on, and decisive strike all have an effect on Dredge/Spirit and those are done by very human survivors, let alone powerful killers Like I said in the video, I feel like most killers have a lot of abilities going for them, so I can see an argument for your placements. It's not exactly like mine but I don't think your list in unreasonable

I imagine that everything they’re able to do gameplay wise is a legitimate power given to them by the entity. Same with cosmetics. Ghostface would be dead outside of the realm if he was impaled. But within the realm he simply took it and carried on

@KindaSubpar well there is some killers that do gain a buff from their cosmic like the wraith that gets metal on his skin. The doctor taking steroids making him physically stonger and stronger electricity. Than the spirit gaining a white hair form like her ancestor of oni but the question can she hypothetical also use oni rage because of the skin in lore? And for oni apparently he also has the moon armor that protects him from supernatural threats which is nice. Each cosmetic really gives them an edge.
