For the silver in the mini zendo, just lightly tap it on top of any look you do with that palette as a topper shadow! it adds such beautiful shine and dimension without looking too silvery! I love that shade, it makes my eyes pop and is so flattering!

I’m a color lover, and ABH Nouveau is my favorite neutral palette. It feels so refined to me, less boisterous and more sophisticated than I usually wear. I’m enjoying your personality and videos, Emily!

I’m a little relieved to see you rank the Nabla Side by Side so low as I thought I was the only one who found it hard to work with. I also bought it late after seeing many people rave about it and I was so disappointed. On the plus side, it has given me a new appreciation of ABH Soft Glam (which I used to think boring but which is so easy to work with) as an alternative though😊

Your makeup looks fantastic--soooo purteee! I'm very happy to have found your channel. Also I wore the green from the first PM Bridgerton yesterday and didn't love it--I'm quite pale too--it's really more GOLD than Green and Gold isn't a good color for me! (we are on the same page on this!)

You know I wasn’t impressed by the pictures of the retro glam so I didn’t get it but my husband surprised me with it for Christmas and boy was I shocked on how pretty they look in person. Pictures didn’t do them any justice

I sent back so many highly rated pallets this year. This was one of the only ones I ended up loving…once it’s on the eyes it’s stunning on me. Really brings out the green in my eyes and works with my cool toned skin.

Hi Emily! This was such a fun video! We like a lot of the same tones. My Colourpop fave is the Stone Cold Fox. Those cool tones and that formula is perfect. I received the Pat McGrath Bridgerton 1 along with the Mothership IV in friendmail and they are so stunning! I haven't used the Bridgerton yet but it makes me happy that you love it so much! The CP quads are so good! YOu look beautiful! With the hair and the lip, you look very old Hollywood!

I decluttered all of my Scott Barnes’ palettes. No matter how many times and ways I tried them, the shimmers didn’t work for me. It’s a shame because they were expensive. But I do love the Side by Side palette by Nabla. Different strokes!

The PM brigerton pallet has been at TJ Max and marshals I have been trying to hunt it down. The blush pallet has been their too. I really hope PT brings out a cool toned pallet with lighter shimmers that aren't gold this year, I am here for it.

I love the Bridgerton 1 palette ! So beautiful but lot of people were not impressed... In my opinion, the formula and tones are really good. Divine rose 2 is my favorite mothership! I am surprise of your ranking for that one 😀

Colourpop has fallen off for me. Probably because I have noticed that some of my shadows from them are not performing as well as of late and my obsession with Sydney Grace exploded in 2022, for me it little bit higher price for better quality. I have some CP shadows that I really enjoy no doubt but you are not the first one to say their quality is not as consistent these days. Good video and glad your voice is back!

So many palette and foundation releases this year 😃 i think i only tried 7 new palettes or new to me this year, if i were to rank them it would probably go : 1: ND mini glam palette- i love this palette as a shade extension to the midi glam palette 2: ND mini nude palette- i love this palette as a shade extension to the midi bronze palette 3: Sydney Grace x Temptalia trio palette collection - i love this collection for holiday looks and for high impact colorful shimmers 4: Sydney Grace mountain trail palette 5: ND midi retro glam palette - same explanation as zendo and pastel 6: ND midi zendo palette - same explanation as the pastel palette i love this as a companion palette for soft colorful summer looks 7: ND midi pastel palette - i actually love this palette for what i use it for which is a a colorful companion palette it just will only be one i use for certain purposes and not one of my most used palettes i love this

I have the same issue with palettes that don’t have light mattes. It’s an issue if you’re fair and don’t want super dark looks. I just use lighter matte singles or small palettes (Smashbox Nudie Pic in Fair is a good one, Victoria Beckham Signature if you want a luxury option).

I usually care more if the shimmers are all dark more than the mattes but yes that’s a good idea! To just pull in a palette you do enjoy 😊

@@EmilysMakeupBag1 That’s true for me too. I need one light shimmer to create a spotlight effect on my lids. Otherwise my eyes are too deep set in my very pale faces and it’s a tough look to wear.

Love to see what palettes ppl enjoyed the most. I just got rid of the bridgerton (first one) since I only used three of shades. Tend to reach for more neutral palettes. One that surprised me was new mood from beauty bay amazing quality plus it’s on cheaper side/reach for it so much since it was so many different browns. Also love lunar beauty nude prism. The heather Austin palette is so amazing with very different colors but ones I feel I’ll use quite a bit. Plus it’s good price for duo/multichromes.

I got 1 of the Brigerton pallets the blush pallet on clearance for 16$ the Nars Laguna cream bronzer for 12$ and the biosionse squalene algae eye cream 2 pack for 24.99 I was amazed they are 56$ each . I also wanted to get the give pallets but I held back they were 9.99 and the Jacklyn lipliners for like 4.00 but I held back on those ..lol I'm kinda bummed the P.M pallet isn't the first one it is the one with the green but hey it's still pretty and it was 24.99 so I'm still excited, I hope I can find the first one sometime and the mothership ones. They had the P.M lipsticks but they only had reds and tons of Colorpop and other goodies lots of Briogio hair stuff for 1/2 the price ..lol I could have spent a ton but I did pretty good and got some good deals I still can't believe I found the lauguna cream bronzer their wish it was in 2 but I got it anyways.

Divine Rose 2 is labeled as an artistry palette. If you feel creative, I encourage you to try it this way...since the hot pink is the only satin formula, you can layer/mix it. - Mix it with the mattes to give you more pinky, lighter/darker mattes - Layer it under the shimmers, it makes them a bit more pinky/lighter - Layer it under the astrals, it gives you this cool duochrome effect (since they are toppers). -- Layer it under the ugly duochrome to steer it towards staying more purple and less green All of that said, it was the first and last mothership I purchased (except mthrship mega '21)
