I don't think Shinobu should be in no.1 (Spoilers alert ) she's way overconfident with her and kanao's skills and underestimated an um like douma to think if lady tamayo didn't helped her with the modifications of her poison that 2 mins of damage wouldn't have happened to douma if inosuke wouldn't have came in the right time kanao would've been killed like a dogsh*t in short her plan was full of plot holes and plot armored supported by luck nothing else she almost got kanao in her death bed. If anything obanai and gyomei deserve higher position to think if Shinobu can be compensated with her knowledge that makes her no.1 then gyomei is literally a blind man who's intelligent enough to use sound as his forte and can fight accurately with his designed techniques whereas obanai can literally can communicate with a snake to fight while being blind. Ngl Shinobu is quite hyped more than what she deserves she barely fought any battles and later to be died just within some few minutes her speed and knowledge is quite a good feat but they're not good enough to defeat any um + she's not even capable to cut a demon's head even in the end her antidote only worked on demon king coz it was paired with nezuko's blood if anything she's only a hashira by inheritance and a good assistant to the team but she can't do a single thing without others assistance.
