Finally finished and I would give you about a 9.2 out of 10. Almost all of my disagreements were in the Niche category. No way Sly Marshblade isn't solid. I mean on curve it's a solid card. You don't need ramp to make this card good. I use 2 copies in Mid Hlaalu and get the draw off 90% of the time without losing momentum. Also Soulrest Marshall is too strong to be Niche in my opinion. It works in 50% of decks and can result in absurd turns. Soulrest into Alfiq conjurer can effectively put an insane 14/12 worth of stats with guard and ward for 6 mana. Sorry but green is typically faster than willpower or endurance, so the odds are much better that you will be ahead on life in the turns you can play this. Also playing it with more than 6 mana allows for more ridiculous combos. I have Soulrested into Razum, stole my opponents Garnag and played it all in one turn (10 with ring) which caused an orc opponent to rage quit. I just don't think it's Niche. It fits into any midrange or aggro list. Sorry for the rant. Looking forward to the next one!

I love Back Alley rogue - he has won me games in both arena and on ladder. Really useful to steal cover from a drain creature so you can kill it and stop opponent from stabilising. Also handy to have him in field lane with cover. Imbued bosner is also great for a cheap rage lane removal against invade, and combined with the green shackle lady - Illicit Butcher - even better. I also like the little khajit who gives lethal - pair her with stormcloak vanguard for cheap, easy removal with charge.

I really disagree with your placement of Bloody Hand Chef and Brotherhood Suspect. Bloody Hand Chef, although it is only useful in Goblins, is insanely overpowered in that deck. If you keep pumping the stat debuff effects, Bloody Hand Chef can quickly grow out of control and become almost impossible to take down without a silence effect, lethal creature, or hard removal. Brotherhood Suspect, even though it effectively provides your opponent with a ring charge, is probably the best statline in the game for the cost. 1 magicka for a 2/4 creature, especially when played from turn 1 is almost impossible to contest by most decks and it will almost always get a value trade and set your opponent behind. It's a similar style card to Mournhold Traitor where you play an overstatted body for the cost at the cost of a negative effect on your game state if it were to die. I personally love playing it in Midrange based Agility decks or decks that want to play big creatures. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Blood Sacrament as it is a great card in Burn Assassin, as you can proc the effect on a Seyda Neen Courier after placing the Steel Sword on another creature, or on a House Kinsman to instantly trigger its Last Gasp of dealing 3 damage to the face and healing you for 3, dealing 7 damage in one turn and 10 damage if the House Kinsman gets a swing off.
Thanks for the watch! Bloody Hand chef is undeniably a great card that can sky rocket, but it's something you have to build around, which is why I put it in niche. With most cards above C tier, my thought process was that they can get reliable value just by being played on their own in any sort of deck. Also, idk with Blood Sacrament, I just don't really ever use it, but I believe you. And with Brotherhood Suspect, I dont think I've seen a single person ever use it. It exists in the same colors as Mournhold Traitor, so I would just much rather use Traitor, but maybe I need to try it.
@theemerdareloth Yeah Bloody Hand Chef does require some combo pieces to pop off and it's pretty trash outside of Goblins. Definitely give Brotherhood Suspect a shot though I think you will be very pleasantly surprised as to how much staying power it has and just how much it shuts down the field lane on early turns. It loves Ring of Imaginary Might too!
Bloody hand chef is very powerful in it's deck. You're right about that. But in a vacuum I'd say it's alright. Brotherhood Suspect is one of the cards I disagree with him on. It is good in aggro decks focusing on cheap creatures. I just don't think 1 drops are very powerful, so we will probably end up with similar rankings for it, but for different reasons. But you are very correct when it comes to Blood Sacrament. That is a very strong card in those aggro lists, even if they only have a little bit of last gasp synergy. It's a decent way to get some reach or even health gain while racing against another aggro player. Hope you still enjoyed the video, this kind of content takes a lot of work, and he did a great job!
Obviously with this many cards people are going to have disagreements. One thing I notice so far is the bottom of your list, I seem to have the most differing opinions like Brotherhood Suspect, but also the niche definition seems to be a little different from mine. Like including arenthi swindler as niche seems wrong to me. This card is completely unplayable. I have played since 2017 and when that card came out I tried it extensively. It sucked then and has only gotten worse with better options. Terrible card. You seem to factor rarity in too much. There are ABSOLUTELY unplayable epic and legendary and even unique cards IMHO.
Great video - haven't had time to watch it all yet, but the Arenthia Swindler is definitely niche. However, it's perfect for Solo arena play! Guaranteed to be at least 1 deck, usually 2/3 that are item-heavy, and with the way the computer players it's highly effective. For people who just like to play that (like my mother bless her ha ha), it's a very good pick in solo.
Regarding your question about the demented corprus - marauder chieftain synergy: this totally works, and chieftain will gain power EVERY turn. I made a fun meme deck with this mechanic, it also works with ravenous hunger and that one goblin. Extra fun when you use Stendarrs hammer on one creature and chieftain will gain the same power, but without the constraint of being only able to attack creatures. Chieftain can escalate pretty fast this way, but you need to have the right cards in hand
I run 2 or 3 barters in my unite the houses deck. Not sure if it's particularly strong but I find it very fun. That deck also has mudcrab merchant so I like seeing my opponent choose whether and when to play all the cards I'm giving them.
It would be good to include one more category "arena choice" which stands for card that isnt bad, but can't find its place in none of decks, although it is a considerable option for picking it in your arena run, like corus or centaur that hides after attack
unrelenting siege is niche, if not D-why, guards shut it down to easily. example hive defender, would body an entire lane of 1/1-1/3, 1/4-1/6 it would still take down 3 of the 4
Im still only halfway through but one thing I think you should focus on, is would you include 3 copies in a deck. I think thats important because cards like Finish Off to me are solid and not great because you're more likely to include a single copy than an entire set IMHO.
It will take me a few days to get through this video but I love content like this! I'll give my thoughts when I [eventually] get through all this content. I'm guessing this is a constructed list only because cards like Whispering Claw Strike are easy S tier cards in Arena. So im interested to see if you placed certain cards higher/lower based on their use in Arena or some of the Limited Format events Illicit Butcher is another S tier Arena card. That 4/3 3 cost card that shackles with a 5 attack creature is imo S tier in the Arsenal Gauntlet
I think you did really well. I feel like you put some cards in Niche while ignoring their overall powerlevel tho. For example, Rebellion General is niche yes but it is so insanely powerful when it goes off that it feels a bit off to put it at a C tier when wax/wane monk is one of the most broken decks in the game. I think its fair to rate each card at face value but you also have to consider how much synergy a card has supporting it. That's why a card like Bewildering Speed should be higher. Yes it's not the best by itself but the presence of many other cards makes it higher on a tier list. Same can be said for Bloody Hand Chef. There's a few others I disagree with but overall great list and well done! Looking forward to the rest of the series!
Also, imagine doing a TESL tier list based on which cards have the best lines or make the most entertaining noises…of course Dagoth Ur would win, he has the best line in the game.

Ok , but the problem I'm facing.. the deck is not consistent in drawing the cards i need , I even tried it to mix up with the market deck and sorcerer's deck still no luck @@Mydogatemycomment
