Great video man. Totally agree that leanmaxxing, muscle maxxing (not getting huge but lean bulk up), and hair maxxing are S tier. these are top 3 in my opinion. but when it comes to money, for bettering one's life, it's S indeed. but for real attraction and real desire from women, i think it's C at best.

What a lot of people never mention is that for the 70% of people with poor genetics, they're never going to get a good jawline.

Sadly you’re right about the height growth. But I think it is worth mentioning to you that If me and many others had the resources you had, we would follow your extreme protocols; It’s just tough due to the amount of money you have to spend on the non pasteurized milk, beef and eggs and then going to buy them on a daily basis. Hell even finding raw milk is a challenge. In the summer, I literally had a gallon of organic milk, eggs, and like 3-4 times a week organic grass fed steak. It may have done nothing, but I was full of Testosterone and felt better than ever. So yeah, I guess B is fair in terms of effectiveness, though I suggest everyone should go on a height growth journey since it will inevitably lead to you getting somewhat stronger. And I don’t mean to complain about having trouble finding the resources, but it really is a struggle.
