Ranking Every LOL OMG Doll (Part 1)

This vid made me realize how I’m hardly picky with omg dolls that I like. For some reason, I’m really not critical of the dolls and I kinda really like most of them? Not sure why, but hey, I’ll be the #1 omg fan 😂😂

I appreciate this video as I don't own any of these dolls at the time. It helped me to see them up close and decide if I did want some of them. There were a few that I did like, so I may get them in the future. I look forward to your video on the rest of them. Have a good evening

It took me awhile to warm up to the OMG dolls too. Even now, I'm quite selective, and I find that sometimes when I see the doll in person I change my mind. I think Sweets and Miss Royale are my favourites, even though I don't own them. I also think the Remix series was really strong because of all the references to real singers. Metal Chick is one I got rid of, even though I should objectively like her. I think maybe she had too much going on in her outfit and hair for me. I'm looking forward to Part 2.

It's crazy, I have very similar taste to you in almost every other doll brand, but for this ranking, I only agree with Sweets and Sunshine Girl. It's great that we can all have such different opinions in the doll-collecting world. Can't wait for part two! Fingers crossed that Gamma Babe is in the OMG tier!

My favorite is Busy BB. I only have her Ferocious and Royal Bee. The last two I got very cheap. I tend to like the Tweens more. Ones I wouldn't mine having are Moonlight, Uptown Girl, and Major Lady. The last one mainly because of the Bowie references. The two ones in the next series who have natural hair color in the next series are especially cute. I tend to like the ones who wear more realistic clothes. I get them because the quality is great for the price.

Miss Royal doll was the first LOL OMG doll I paid attention to (though I never did get her but I still think about her!). Sweets is also quite beautiful and one day maybe I’ll get Shadow 😊 I really like your ranking videos cause there were several OMG dolls I didn’t know about so it’s nice to see them all here 😄

OMGs can be kinda weird for me some times. On one hand, some of their designs are absolutely stunning. I love how they go all out with their concepts and commit to gorgeous aesthetics with what looks to be great quality for a play line. But I'm just not a maximalist. So sometimes they can be a bit much for me. My perfect OMG doll has a strong sense of identity, but a cohesive one without an abundance of color and pattern mixing.

Oh wow there’s a lot of lol omg dolls. We recently went through our collection and donated some that we didn’t feel as much attachment to. I do keep their clothes, jewelry, shoes, accessories etc though eventually I’ll have to go through all our doll clothes as well and try to just pick out what our favorites are. I think already I’m looking back at g3 MH and being like yea I gotta figure out how to be more picky and not be a completist it’s hard though cause a lot of times doll lines do this to me I’ll either just like the doll or just the clothes etc 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I have a newer version of Roller Chick and she's wearing cute blue shorts with high pink socks, so her colors match a little better. She looks like she stepped right out of the 70's or 80's! I love her hair too. Great video, can't wait for part 2. 😊. It also took me awhile to warm up to their faces, but when I got my first OMG Sways, I was hooked!

I was also quite anti the aesthetic of these dolls until my youngest really wanted one a couple of years ago and I said no way... and then okay one... and then all of a sudden we have a ton. Alt Grrrrl is on the wish list, I think the glasses are a Kurt Cobain reference. Also Midnight B.B. is a fave here, hope she is in the next video....

It looks like my first comment poofed away...so....this is dollie_mama_k. I really enjoyed this video because I'm somewhat new to collecting OMG and don't know all the dolls yet. I've been getting my faves first and my two most faves are Sweets and LaRose. I like to use their clothes on other dolls. Don't get me started on supposed "patriotic"people...ugh! You are perfect the way you are and have every right to exist! 😘

i’m not the biggest fan of OMGs in general but i think what keeps me from liking them (besides their faces) is their use of color. i just don’t like their color palettes very much, i feel like there’s too many colors fighting for attention and they don’t really mesh well to me. that being said i am strongly considering buying Angles because i’m a huge art history guy and love the reference to Piet Mondrian’s work. 😂

man i think it was angles that i also really liked for the most part, but i cant really get behind the checkered lips 😞 i really appreciate OMG doing something wildly different like that!! but i think its a lil too distracting for me? maybe? the roller skates girl or sweets are probs at the top of my wishlist for a first OMG doll!! 🥰 i cant wait to see your part 2~!

I can’t get into OMG. Their eyes creep me out. Like one night I’m gonna wake up and see one inches from my face with their big dead eyes and they’re gonna say in a high pitched child voice “I’m going to eat your soul!”

I don't have any lol omg yet. I love some of the designs. Especially alt girrrl, downtown BB and Moonlight. I'm obsessed with bhad girls outfit. I think I need to get her. B girl is so cute but I wish she didn't have a band-aid on her face. She is the first lol omg I thought about buying months ago. I don't like the flat faces and huge eyes but I hope I can get past that. I got to remember they are meant to look like cartoons. I love spicy babe! I love her hair and she has a pretty face. But right now I really want to buy Sunshine Gurl or Stellar Gurl. 😍

Sorry, late to the party but didn't want to watch until I had the time to also participate. So like I knew omg varies wildly, like because its so exclusively fashion based than any other doll line where the specific style and reference come first, therefore opinions can vary wildly. But like we have several VERY different opinions. Couple of basic rules that explain alot of my rankings, I HATE specific bright colors especially when mixed together, I HATE puffer jackets, I HATE hair that looks too choppy, I HATE bangs that are weirdly focused in just the middle of the forehead, I HATE all denim that isn't on jeans, and I don't like mixing too many patterns. THEN the rest is just how much I like the fashion style. I also added an extra tier becuz too many were ending up in cute that were better than other cutes but not good enough for omg OMG: Shadow, Chillax, Sweets, Spicy Babe YES bb: Dollie, Downtown BB, Uptown Girl, Candylicious (could be higher but her makeup is terrible especially in person), Groovy babe (she's about the only one who can pull it off), Kitty K, Metal Chick (yeah there is something off her jacket makes her arms look both giant and as bendable as a log), Bhad girl, Miss Royale Cute: Royal B, 24k DJ, Snowlicious, Crystal Star, Miss Independent (idk if id call her patriotic her name is a kelly clarkson reference and she just looks like a model lightly dressed for the 4th of july to give her a color theme and added pun), Alt Grrl, Honeylicious, Ferocious, Fame Queen, Rocker boi (I still don't like omg boy faces but his style is the best), Big Wig, Virtuelle, Major Lady, Miss Glam Good but not for me: Swag, Da Boss, Punk Girl, Camp Cutie, Cool Lev (still don't like him but his style is great for a boy doll) Mid:: Speedster, Class Prez, Roller Chick, Icy Girl, B Girl, Sunshine Girl Questionable: Lady Diva, Neonlicious, Cosmic Nova, Dazzle, Lonestar, Jukebox bb Absolutely not: Busy BB, Angles, Pop BB, Missy Meow
