Ranking Every Monster High Frankie Doll! 

I'd love a video ranking the Venus McFlytrap dolls. Her style, to me, is so cool

I'm a Frankie apologist. When my kids were 11, 9, and 6, I found a gorgeous copy of Frankenstein illustrated by Bernie Wrightson, and it was their bedtime reading that we read aloud to them for a week or so. We read tons of stuff to them aloud, and for probably far longer than most kids their age, but it was a wonderful chance to introduce them to amazing books. The Tolkien trilogy, Watership Down, and Frankenstein were their favorites. I had never read the original novel, and I was blown away by how smart, scary, and sad that book is. It's a story of parental abandonment, and it will rip your heart right out of your chest and stomp on it with all its heartbreak, if you let it. For that reason, Frankenstein's monster, and, consequently, Frankie, are very dear to my kids and me. She's the only Monster High I ever collected, or would collect. And I pretty much agree with just about everything you've said here. I sometimes feel like the creators and designers themselves didn't get her. Like, I would have gone with a much more orphaned wair vibe for her. But that's just me.

Lolololol.....don't apologize for your personal opinion. These days we're becoming so utterly ridiculous about getting upset over someone else not liking things, in this case dolls, for the same reasons they love it. Frankenstein was not my favorite monster character. I was much more attracted to the concepts of Egyptian culture and art, hence my preference for Cleo-denial. I'm also a HUGE lover of the vampire idea and aesthetics. The next fascinating creature would be werewolves. You mentioned those creatures in this review and I was shouting "yes, that's me too!" But frankiestien the doll is GORGEOUS! I LOVED most of the one's you liked as well as some you didn't. My love for frankiestien is more a love for the doll and her sculpt and over all look. She's to me at least, a very pretty doll, even the one's I'm not a fan of, the core doll is still very attractive. I love to see opinions from those who see things differently then I do. I see it as growth and broader openness to realize we are all different. You were so nice about it and apologizing all the way, but I was amused that you felt you had to say your sorry. Not for me! I loved this review! It was such fun and I hope you do more. As always, great review!

I would love to see Abbey Bominable’s outfits ranked! She has some high highs and a lot of medium mediums.

Oh this is gonna be interesting, Frankie was always my favorite of the core 3 so I'm definitely curious to see a perspective on her from someone who isn't wild about the characters. I unironically love the Science Class Frankie (the one that came with Draculaura, not the reboot one.) Not perfect but she goes into good for me. I also actually really like Frankie's look from the pack with Jackson, but felt like she needed a few mismatched bits, uneven cuts, or clashing colors to make it really feel like a Frankie outfit, so it also goes in Good. I don't like her outfit from the recharge station set but do love her hair, makeup, and blue stitches, so she gets Good too. Also Dawn of the Dance- I like the pink I just don't like the puff sleeve bolero specifically. My Perfect Frankie's are Sweet Screams (I think I've talked about being an overall sweets theme collector though so no surprises there lol) Scarily Ever After, Picture Day, I Heart Fashion, Ghouls Rule, Freak du Chic, the black & white wave 1 repro, and even though it's a reboot the SDCC Ghostbusters Frankie. My son is a Ghostbusters STAN- we've seen every movie, every cartoon series, played every video game, and have pretty much all market available merch GB related at this point except for this Frankie. She one of my grail dolls! Frankie had one of the most boring Roller Maze dolls which is SO sad because a lot of them were really creative. And while I don't hate her Great Scarrier Reef doll, she is probably my least favorite from that collection (hard between her and Clawdeen tbh.)

Freak du Chic is my favourite! With Sweet Screams and Ghouls Rule as a close second (Also you don't have to apologise for anything lmao it's your video and opinions!)

I feel the same about frankie! I still have my old collection, and was surprised I only have one frankie doll out of the many I have. One of my first two as well! I love the doll, the ghoul’s rule outfit is STUNNING to me

I hope the new Frankie's to come will be good as I would LOVE to have a glueless frankie. Still trying to find MH in person to check faces. Plus I recently got Jackson(Save Frankie) and wave 1 Holt (currently shoeless) so want to pose them together, too.

My favorite ones are the original Frankie, the Ghouls Rule, Ghostbusters (if I hadn’t seen the heavily edited version as a kid, I’m not sure I would like it now-I’m not sure it greatly stands up if you’ve never seen it so just keep that in mind if you ever do watch Ghostbusters), and Freak du Chic. I love you doing these cause then I can see all the ones they’ve ever made! 😃

I quite like Frankie, but some of her designs can be all over the place. So my ranking is pretty balanced. Ranked from best to worst within each tier. -Perfect: Sweet screams, Ghouls rule, Freak du chique, original, home ick, scarily ever after, 13 wishes, freaky fusion recharge chamber, science class (reboot) -Good: Sweet 1600, Scaris, School's out (wave 2), great scarrier reef, picture day, swim class, killer style, dead tired, coffin bean, ghostbusters -Good but not for me: power ghoul, ghouls alive, dawn of the dance, gloom beach, picnic casket, 2015 basic, ghoul spirit first ed, photo booth ghouls, black and white original, lots of looks, skull shores both versions, ghouls beast pet, I love fashion -Mediocre: Roller maze, Mad science class, sleepover, day to night, locker room, frankie in case, emoji, voltageous hair, designer boutique -Bad but it gets worse: geek shriek, how do you boo, comic book, bolton bike, freaky fusion, Ice scream, school spirit -Burn it: Monster family, electrified, ghoul spirit reboot ed, swimsuit

These are some of my favorite videos they’ve been helping my collecting. Don’t worry how you feel about Frankie I’ve never gotten the hype with her either. Like she’s adorable but some type of substance is missing.

I like all the Frankies that come with Jackson/Holt. Especially Picnic Casket for 2. I even posed them outside and took a picture of them!

Frankie has a lot of Hit and Miss dolls. Infact I think most characters do My Perfect Frankies 1. DotD Frankie. Pink and Blue are 2 of my fave colours and I really like how they pop against the black and white. I wanted this doll for the longest time as she didn't originally come out in the Uk until much later (after DotD wave 2) and when she finally did, she really didn't disappoint. 2. I love Fashion (Ironically I don't love all her fashion pieces BUT the doll herself is stunning, I LOVE the black and white split hair and the darker makeup. I put her in Classroom Frankies tights and shoes and she's perfect!) 3. Picture Day. (Much like her DotD doll, I love the pop of blue and yellow against the black and white. She gives me DotD vibes whilst still being different enough 4. Sweet Screams. (I have a sweet tooth but can admit these dolls are a little OTT. However, I absolutely love this Frankie! The pop of red works wonders and I love her hair.) 5. 13 Wishes. (Black and Blue are Frankies colours. The core 3 in this line are all absolutely stunning so yes, Laura and Clawdeen also make their top 5s.) Honourable mention for Swim class Frankie. I really liked all Frankies beach dolls but I really liked the blue streaks in Swim class Frankies doll. If she had released sooner, I would have definetly had her, but when she released, I was starting to slim my collection down and she still tempted me - the only reason I didn't get her is... because she was a beach doll.

Sweetie, it's okay not to be drawn to a certain doll; that's why there are so many dolls out there for all of us to chose from. I have always considered Frankie my second favorite mh doll; however, I'm not actually fan of the colors they chose for her clothes. I think blue/black/silver/white would be okay, but not the red and yellow you see in her outfits. I like her character, and I think some of her clothes are really great. Anyhow, you are certainly fine feeling the way you do and I'm certain there are dolls and outfits that you like that I don't. Take care Sweetie :) xoxoxo

Classroom Frankie is one of my favourites. She is so pretty and I like her outfits. I think you have been a bit harsh on Gloom Beach and Dead Tired! I generally like Frankie dolls even the ones that are a bit basic (it does not mean I would collect them but I don't dislike them). Sweet Screams, Scarily Ever After, Ghouls rule, picture day, Dawn of the Dance are great dolls. I love sig Frankie too. I happen to have the reboot Frankie that came with the bike. I had her in a bundle I bought for another doll. I kept her because she has a really cute face despite being a reboot doll. You said you were not keen on black and white dolls. Will you collect some of the SH dolls or will you pass. I am curious! I like SH a lot. I find them intriguing and interesting but it is refreshing to see somebody who is not obsessed with Shadow High at the moment!! lol

I think when it comes to MH dolls, alot of people have the "I don't get the hype with her" mentality. I actually have it myself with 2 specific characters, Cleo and Toralei. I know that's crazy, their dolls tend to be the most popular. I do have my reasons Cleo - I think what really bugged me was that her dolls looked so "humany". The Cleo dolls that I liked always had blueish color schemes. That's probably why I love g3 Cleo alot. As much as I hated Nefera's personality, I loved her doll. While I'm also not a big fan of Mummy Monsters in general, I do like Egyptian Mythology. That being said, I don't really care about Yeti monsters, but I still love Abbey. Toralei - This really boils down to the color scheme. I'm not an Orange fan at all. Not saying I hate seeing orange all the time(I love Poppy!!!), but I think that's probably why I'm not a fan of Toralei. I do love alot Frankie's dolls. While this definitely wouldn't be my ranking, that's ok. I really liked listening to the reasons you gave for your rankings.💚👍

i really love these videos! the only difference in rankings i have is the roller maze doll, but that’s only because she was my second doll ever lol. toralei and cleo were always my favorites, i’d love to see how you rank the werecats overall if you ever do a ranking on them!

I agree with almost everything but what I disagree is roller maze and scaris I'm bad... I know. It's your opinion and I'm definitely not gonna say to change it because of my opinion. I really enjoyed the video❤

Lol no need to apologize for being picky! I'm honestly the same way, and I think it makes me happier with my collection. Dolls are expensive, and I would be really unhappy if I wanted to complete every single doll line but couldn't afford to!

I understand that the base characters of Monster High are very iconic, but I have no desire to have them in my collection. My collection started with Bonita Femur, because with her special body, and big wings, I know for sure that there can be nothing like it. And after that, I choose mostly those dolls that can stand on the shelf naked and still be interesting and aesthetically pleasing. I have Gooliope, Gigi Grant, Honey Swamp, Luna Mothews, Robecca Steam and they all have special bodies and not just their clothes. While I like some of the early monster dolls, I don't want to buy something that will lose some of its personality if I change their clothes. For the same reasons, even though I really love Ever After High, I don't own any of their dolls, because they're only people first, and that's not enough for me (in a doll)

I really enjoy your videos, but the "I'm sorry" is too much.😒 It's your channel, and your opinion, period. There are plenty of other channels with doll content, if people are not satisfied with yours. You've already given a disclaimer, and expressed that this particular doll is not really for you. Apparently people are really enjoying this series of videos. Just have fun with it.😊
