I disagree with tusk, I call tusk 2nd best if the opponent doesn’t have stands that have counter moves, you spam nails then regenerate your nails repeat and it’s the ultimate powerhouse, also it has a 1 shot combo, it’s true if the opponent doesn’t know about blocking or counter

as a whitesnake main i see where you get how we can be punished very easily, and yes the counter is annoying due to being so short. but if you start to learn how to use it move you can actually learn how to combo good with it and actually bait people in super3.
This is well made video for a game I haven’t played (since I never got into jojo when this game got popular). A year ago I tried out all the characters and played a bit with my friend in a private server and thought the game was pretty cool, but after watching this video I now realize how deep the meta is. (Also new sub)
You forgot to mention, the hand dash is neutral on block meaning it has no end lag. A person who doesnt know it will always get caught by the X move when the dash is blocked, or will m1 the hand into it's armored ult. The hand easily can be very aggressive due to how low dash cooldown is
5:47 anubis sc is kind of useless in my opinion sure, it raises your damage by some value, but your defense is lowered by the same value so depending on whoever lands a barrage + clicks combo first pretty much dies
well acc SC+A has a 180+ dmg combo(hardest in the game to land) and a pretty easy 155 dmg combo just bc of the dmg multiplier. Check my channel for how to on both combos.

@@idk7923 I agree and disagree. Sc 180 dmg combo is Hard with a setup but easy to land ingame. While Kq 140 dmg combo is easy with a setup but almost impossible to land ingame.
A funny combo you can do with kq Barrage, slow m1, barrage, x, bubble, dash And that’s all and yes it is true however if enemies have counter like TW or ws then you are screwed and also, x goes through block

this tier list is overall very good and i agree with it, but SC has a true one shot combo so i expected it to be higher. it is hard to land, and hard to pull off though. (C) (E + M1x2 + C + M1x2 + V + E + M1x4 + R)
I main Hamon in the funniest way so I'm quite surprised by this ranking as hamon isn't listed as a counter for vamp. Some ways to counter vamp with hamon: Charisma=free ult freeze=free ult tyrant spear=probably free ult. And yes I bully vamps with it. This ranking is highly recommended to be referred though as it is reasonable and good at pointing out pros and cons
I main hamon too but hamon is way harder to use than vamp if the guy knows how to not use freeze when you have ult , I also agree that hamon is a bully against vamp but it can get annoying since you need to run but they have tyrant which results in a meh damage combo by m1s and heavy.Hamon is really a monster if a person has mastered it.
vamp missing freeze give other stands more dmg because combow dmg. tyrant spear would never give you a free super unless there doinging it right next to you when your not stuned. theres alot of other stands that counter way better
as an anubis main, i clearly agree that anubis is BROKEN. like when i was a noob, i got rekt within 10 sec by an anubis, and thats when i started to love anubis. now am an anubis expert, and i understand how its in the broken list. ty for clarifying my doubt :)
When cd was "nerfed" i used to main it as it had no cooldowns on m1s after using a move so it allowes me to kill a player using less effor that i use taking a dump
There is a really good combo for tusk that (if I remember correctly, I haven't succeeded in doing it in a while) true combos until the enemy is dead. The main flaw with this combo is that it relies on infinite spin and near perfect positioning of both you and your opponent, this makes the combo incredibly difficult to pull off and even more difficult to use against a player who is very familiar with infinite spin and its range. This isn't an argument for why I think it should be rated higher, because I don't, but I personally find using tusk fun for the most part despite it being a major handicap.
one thing to add is that final hamon can block every move in the game (yes even guardbreaks or ones that go past block) and the ultimate has super armour so you need to atleast R them for it to cancel, m1 wont do anything.
Ws counter is one of the best, just barrage. and it's projectile is good for combo extending for about a 50% health combo so it shouldn't be this low on the list and in decent tier at least imo And silver chariot has a one tap combo if you hit c and it has a free ult so I think it's better than ger which gets carried by it's counter Heavens door is op. it's a free ult, just hit them with the barrage when you have the booklet affect on then right after use ult the only count to this is tw or ws and maybe vampire idk about that one tho and the projectile is unblockable when you get the booklet affect on so it's pretty much a true combo after you do the barrage into m1s into heavy then prejectile so it should be higher imo The hand is garbage imo the dash is punishable the go behind has knock back. and the opponent won't let them do that again so it works once. the ult can be cancelled if you just do a heavy so it will be useless. the only thing the hand has that is good is the move that lets you attack while blocking Killer queen is honestly garbage as well. stray cat is useless, just run from it. But it might be good using it to combo but even then it's still not that good. it's dash is punishable unless they hit that one move so it's useless until they do. it's ult is pretty good for a ult but is still easilly blockable The world is not op it's just good. the knives are easily blockable. the dash is punishable but is still a good dash because you can use it in a combo to heal and do damage at the same time. the counter does barely any damage and can be baited to get a free combo off so it's just good. the ult is only good against new players who don't know how to turn their sensitivity up to block behind Anubis can be op depending on how good the opponent is because if their good they can just punish the dash and parry the heavy. If they do this Anubis gets shut down but if it's not a good opponent it's easilly one of the best in the game and it has a one tap combo if you can hit the heavy Everything else I agree but I would like to hear you opinion on what I had to say
The hand super 1 if you land it it might knock back but if they block you have like 0 stun and they would probably unblock and start barrage or m1 you can use super2
White snake is just a worse heaven's door, and the counter having no startup serves no purpose since you need to premeditate when to use the counter to not get screwed by the low stun time, unless you have god-like reaction speed, it's low because it takes monumentally more skill just to do the same thing most other stands can already do. It's like paying 400 dollars for a pair of shoes, they're still just shoes. Also, GER doesn't rely on it's counter, it can boost it's attack AND defense, heal itself, and absolutely shred through an opponent's hp with it's projectile. As for killer queen, that's the point of stray cat, it FORCES the other player to run, and basically forms your own safety circle. The World's counter is plain busted, it has no startup, you can't be punished by it if it lands, unlike white snake, and if it does land it has no cooldown. The low damage doesn't matter because it's meant to stop attacks, not inflict damage. Not to mention that if your using tusk and you recklessly spam nails you could get hit by the counter multiple times since it's spamable. When it comes to The Hand, it does take skill to use, but unlike white snake the skill it takes to use is actually worth it. You can jump over dash moves with it's super1, which means you can deal with star platinum without having to pb all the time and also dodge anubis's ult. And you just straight up win if you bait a counter, block break, or perfect block. Anubis's heavy is easy to parry yeah, but it also has a true combo that does over half your health and takes zero skill to do. I agree on heaven's door though it's busted.
TUSK WITH THAT TEA MOVE THE SPAMMERS WILL NEVER STOP whitesnake mains spamming c whenever they're in a combo only just to get baited and demolished sticky finger mains after they lost the only 2 good things they had, x block breaking and the passive which revives you for a certain time
As long if you’re using a stand that has a dash you can easily counter anubis spin if you have a dash priority 2 super or ult you pretty much win against anubis spin due to it being priority 1 but you can also cancel spin with just a normal dash priority 1 dash attack
Crazy diamond now, is pretty much able to be countered by hd or any other stands by holding barrage then they'll tp you to them without using a single braincell to think on the bad side of teleporting you infront of them.
Rankings I agree with: Sticky Fingers, Whitesnake (for completely different reasons, nothing he said was right except for the fact that super3 disables a random move because: Projectile is a free PB or parry for the other person, counter you can buffer moves during so there's no need for reacting, and the V move was worse before because you could memorize what buttons changed to what), Star Platinum (you CAN set up the AOE hitbox of X easily for a free 35 damage that can't be escaped without countering or using a move like Hamon ult, but aside from that X is useless), Silver Chariot, GER is just objectively right but also there is an instakill combo off of counter, Heaven's Door is even decent against good players because it's very easy to force them into 50/50s where they have to guess, The Hand is just really good objectively even when being aggressive (although its ultimate is not one of the best as it is very easy to get around or break and if any of its specials besides the C get blocked it's just doomed), King Crimson is cracked but for a different reason (The 80 damage combo sucks and can be escaped but using barrage-clicks-super1-heavy-super3 and then walking up and using barrage-clicks-heavy) Rankings I disagree with: Tusk, because Tusk just has an infinite true combo (no stand can escape it, it's infinite even on Combo Dummy, combo is clicks-turnaround R glitch-barrage-repeat, also yes you can true combo m1 into heavy this guy just doesn't know what buffering is clearly), Kars just generally still sucks even with all the new moves, PBing the E-R trick is so easy a toddler could do it and R-C, R-X, or just X are all so predictable and easy to block that nobody decent will fall for them (the ultimate is pretty good but it works as a counter), Hamon is incredible (especially because of the incredible setups using E), Killer Queen is pretty much one of the best stands in the game; camping with stray cat is so easy and so useful and even counters don't work against Stray Cat if you're good enough because you can bait it, The World just generally mid stand with no combo extenders (healing is nice, the dash can be blocked, wrapping behind with block will never work against a decent player), Anubis should be on a slightly lower tier as even with the special techs that make it better it still fails hard against anyone with skill, Dio Vampirism is the worst in the game for 1v1s (press the block button and dodge the dash for free win, if you have a counter then use the counter against Charisma for a free counter especially if you bait it), Crazy Diamond is just dogshit if you react to all its special tricks (the infinite combo is so easy to escape that even pretty bad players can do it, the only way of actually reliably escaping it is to block when you get pulled in and parry or PB if they go for a heavy), Young Joseph is just generally mid because everything it has is very predictable (barrage isn't the best despite doing massive damage, it has 0 combos, the combo extender is very good but Silver Chariot's variation of the move is superior, Perfect Shot got nerfed in damage but even when it did 50 it was easy to jump over, ultimate is dogshit, and heavy is awful. This spec belongs in the decent tier)
Heavens door is a counter to Anubis from my experiences. Whenever they try to combo into The moves win Anubis thet have a red square in front of the user there’s a small gap before the move actually works and in this gap you can use heavens doors V move to punish em
Killer queen: When you have stray cat's bubble active, redirect your attack to the opponent if you use x. If you land x and your opponent is in the cutscene, they still take dmg from the bomb when it hits them. This is same for the ult too, so if you use x or ult and then you redirect your bubble to hit them, they will take +30 dmg. I don't think the world is op, as a healing for about 20(idk the number) health isn't really good, and doesn't make up for having such a low damage output. The counter is good, but everything else is kinda bad. Healing yourself for about 20 health isn't that great when your opponent has a stand that deletes 80 hp in 1 combo. Silver Chariot belongs to the broken category. This video was based off of a 1v1 scenario, meaning you can do the infinite wall combo. Infinite combo for sc: Barrage, 4 SLOW clicks, heavy against the wall(the no blade bonk doesn't work for this combo). Repeat the combo, and it is suggested you start with clicks to start the combo. It is also suggested to look at the dmg bar on the right hand side of the screen to see how long your clicks stun to space them apart for the maximum stun time. Anubis isn't that good, due to the damage reduction on dash. It's a solid, good stand, not op. Finally, Young Joseph is not Unfair. If you turn on show hitboxes, you can easily see when the "bait" move is coming to get you. The bread and butter combo that it does only does about 43.22 dmg with a grenade plan, and after the grenade explodes, the yj user has to deal with a 0.6 dmgscaling, so it can get low dmg, maybe 25 more dmg at best. In total, 68 dmg in a combo isn't that over powered compared to the monstrous damage outputs from other stands. Imperfect shot isn't that op, as its just a long range punishment for only 35 dmg. If you want to counter the current version of kars, just know when they have certain moves on cooldown, and parry barrage and heavy. If you get hit by the ultimate, you can expect them to be extremely agressive in playstyle, and use m1s. Their m1s will reach a lot further than yours, so you won't win the interaction, which is why blocking the m1s is important. There are so many special effects in the m1s, especially with the old palettes, meaning they likely won't see your character blocking all the hits, and will finish the 4 m1s. That is when you start to combo them. A good tip for defeating ultimate kars is to remember: They aren't like final hamon, sure their faster and have a bunch of buffs, but they don't take less stun, meaning that they can be comboed like any other stand/spec. But all of this is not even needed if they can't catch you. When they transform, the first thing to do is to run. Besides their squirrel toss, they don't have many moves that can reach you. Air jets are horrible for chasing, as they have end lag, and it doesn't go far.
About the Tusk, you forgot to say about legendary finish that is kinda OP cuz you just need take half of HP of your opponent and if you land a ult he will gone.
My fav combo for anubis is: M1 - Barrage - C - R - Ult… when you use the R right after C ur character doesnt go back, so you are just close enough to land your ult unexpectedly
People think lightly of tusk's passive when it basically makes the stand, if you get a click combo in and r, the right after use all of x, the opponent will come flying back to the ghost, where you can use c, then afterwards, use z, all of this except the x after the r is true. But I do admit tusk suffers a lot defensively, v is sort of a counter, but even then, if the opponent knows what they are doing, they can avoid it. C isn't a good movement option either due to its start up, if you are trying to get away from an opponent at short range, they can just catch you using c since it's start up is so long. i like Tusk, if you're smart you can do some pretty good combos and his finisher obliterates bhr users even though they can survive some beatdowns at very low hp
The worlds old skin is really usable in high damage combo right now. You can use E + 4xM1 + C then go behind opponent and use your two at the right time, but you can get punished by a counter so you need good reflexes. But this skin is still trash because its v move is literally the same with r move
As a whitesnake main, I dont see why whitesnake is “doodoo butter” in pvp. Yeah it’s cd is short, but the gun attack blinds and slows them down, making it hard for them to block your ULT.
Hey melon just reminding you here, if you have the open book tag (Hd's Super3 and Heavy) you can m1 + ult against stands that don't have counter since it bypasses block, giving you a free ult.
I like trolling people with this WS combo: C, m1 4x, E, V, X, (Pray that the enemy won't react, block, parry, or use a counter move.) Z. CD combo: E, m1 4x, C, V, m1 4x, Z.
this is just an really good tierlist, i would agree with most of the picks here. The only one i would disagree with here is Whitesnake, i just don’t think it’s garbage, its combos are pretty decent when landed and most people don’t know how to parry Super One anyways.
Its crazy to me finding a useful n video other than "killing teamers montage" or "new stand showcase (ITS OP)" Although situational, if Young Joseph players miss their barrage, stands with ranged a ultimate (Killer Queen and Tusk) can punish them since Thompson cannot be cancelled
