Feels right and I’ll do it in bo6 but don’t see why people are complaining about spawning with weapons when I can buy a weapon off the start of any other cod game that’s not a pistol. My point is a pistol is not lasting long until you are using something else or until you have enough from using another weapon to pack a punch it
@Bkiller05 im glad to see that BO6 Zombies had the same damage values as the launch of Cold War (before they insanely buffed every weapons headshot multiplier). I love CW but the weapons became ridiculously strong after that damage update
@@Bkiller05 There's a difference between starting with the pistol and buying the Olympia or m14, and spawning with an AUG or Spas-12 or whatever weapon you want. The entire point of the pistol is to replace it with a better weapon. It's called "progression".
it is amazing. Close for me though because I love using the zoomhilda and flying around the map with bo2 mauser. Bo1 is definitely the most satisfying though and you have flopper. It also innovated the mustang & sally style
You’re technically incorrect about the only way to use Mustang and Sally without splash damage in BO2. PhD replaced jug on cell block grief and it was a very popular strategy to get PhD and use the Mustang and Sally’s to stun enemies. Also knew it would be BO1 in 1st when I clicked on the video. Was my first CoD and that 1911 always stuck with me, became my favorite pistol. BO1 will always be so special to me, great video!
I thought of that too, but it’s also true that it’s not really worth mentioning, because you always need multiple people to play Grief, as opposed to Buried, which is a full mode on an entire map. PHD is more useful on Mob Grief tho, since it can’t be rinsed
The BO1 weapon sound design is absolutely top notch, it's strange how weak guns sound in modern videogames when guns irl are LOUD and make a significant impact
It’s probably because treyarch used stock sound effects for the sounds. You can also hear the sound effects for the M1911 in BO1 in some older games like perfect dark
Bo3’s explosive pistols always get you killed with 3 hits with jug which is dumb considering older games had a 4 hit down and some maps had phd flopper too lol
Another difference between the Mauser on bo2 vs bo3 is the pap’d variant on bo2 always has the empty reload animation where the bo3 pap’d version has both the tactical reload and the empty reload animation.
I agree with black ops 2. I was so hyped for that game when i was 13 and all the guns just feel and look worse than in Bo1 for some reason. Like am i taking crazy pills or do the hands look way worse too?
@@Kunjora Yes! just finished the video and completely agreed with what you said about the sound design. Im wondering what went wrong with Bo2. I almost wonder if they actually recorded the real sounds from some of those weapons so that they are technically more accurate, but feel less satisfying and distinct in game. I have no idea though, just speculation.
Eh, most guns I’d say feel like actual guns put in a video game, which is good. Especially ones like the MTAR, FAL (which was already in BO1, along with a few others), Galil, MP5, AN-94, etc. BO3, they start really sounding different. I think BO1 and BO2 just differ with exactly how they wanted to capture it, but a lot about BO2 is pretty well done
Honestly bit of a shame the strife didn't make it into the video, its easily one of the more unique starting pistols. It may not hold much with its design, sounds or even animations but its pap variant is unique and *extreamly* powerful alongside the amount of ammo you can carry with it. I often see people overlook it too much!
Couldn't see a comment about it yet, but the BO2 Mauser vs BO3 Mauser does have a damage difference - when I first loaded in I remember wanting to do the EE, so as you would, I tried to get max points possible, which from BO2 was 8 shots to the leg, 1 knife. However, in BO3, after I shot 7 times, the zombie would die (might have been 8 times then zombie dies without a knife, been a little while since playing BO3 tryna get dark aether before BO6 releases) however, either way, the BO3 Mauser almost certainly does more damage than the BO2 one, at least non-PAPed.
if you were to rank the base strife, where would it fall on the list? where would you rank the burst or revolver from cold war? you can start with all three, you could make the same excuse for including them as you did for the BO3 garrison, or the welling or bloodhound.
1:13 it’s not realistic I mean .45 caliber is actually significantly louder than a .22 or 9mm 😂 the fact that BO3 1911 sounds like a air gun or paintball is a sin💀
I don’t get the point of trying to keep the list fair. People who have done all the Easter eggs on bo3 will have attachments available for the rk5. Also Cold War is just statistically the best. It’s not like you’re cheating to get these weapons, the games give you them. The rk5 and Cold war m1911 should be #1 and #2
Just forget the word clip when talking about firearms. Remove it from your vocabulary. Magazine is the word to use. Clip and Magazine are not interchangeable.
Im defending bo1 zombies till I die 🤷♂Everything about bo1 was soo good, the maps, the starting pistol, no gumblegums, no buildables, no space aliens. Just NAZI ZOMBIES. TrashArc go back to Bo1 zombie style already
@fahadmalik8862 a magazine is a cartridge that has a spring within it to help feed rounds into the loading mechanism, which is literally what the m1911 uses. A clip are just strips that hold many rounds for the user to push them into a gun, which usually already have an internal magazine within them. They're usually seen on bolt actions and are entirety optional.
