Alhamdulillah all good places you mentioned. But i would suggest to go and live in a few places for some time so really get flavor of living there. Another suggestion please dont get too entrenched into sectarianism, different sects have always coexisted in Islam and will continue to do so. From you fear of "innovation" I guess you are a Salafi, so i think the best bet for you would be KSA, UAE or Qatar. But no sect in Islam is devoid of innovations including the Salafis. I am not discouraging you from following your sect, but there will come a 👮point in your journey where you will discover innovations in the practices of your sect that will be against the Quran and Sunnah. That will be your real test of Iman.

I was so close to moving to Malaysia but they dont have segregated boxing/bjj/mma type gyms 🤷🏾♂️ Just because of one little thing i decided not to I went to sooooo many gyms in KL, and they all looked at me with strange eyes when i asked if the gym is segregated
@@yahyaspath i am relaxed, but i see no difference in leaving my current location which is Thailand if Malaysia doesnt offer me segregated combat sport gyms. I'm kind of shocked too, i thought they may have commercial mixed gyms but i would have expected some brothers to open up their own private gyms. Thailand/Malaysia is the same. Just that you don't get halal MacDonalds in Thailand but you can find halal KFCs scattered around(boycotting them both) and to be honest, i was shocked at how many SPECIAL dedicated mini prayer rooms there are for muslims in centrl Bangkok, 8/10 shopping malls have prayer rooms. Halal food isn't much of an issue, cook at home, or you can go to Muslim majority markets or just use delivery service. Downside is at the gym, women are literally in 👙

I personally live in Japan and meet Muslims from all over. I can honestly say, the Malaysian women I meet are the most conservatively dressed Muslims out there even when not in a Muslim country. My dad lives in Saudi Arabia and my mum lives in Dubai so I've seen and worn full-blown abayas. (I'm a sister btw.) But all the Arab Muslims I meet overseas, specifically in Japan, wear some of the sexiest clothes once they take off their abayas. When I lived in Saudi for a few months, I've been in women-only areas and their wardrobes could easily match Western countries. This doesn't exist in Malaysia if you are a practicing Muslim because the average girl wears a long-sleeved shirt and hijab normally. We are very relaxed in fashion, as long as it's comfortable and we are covered up. So even when leaving the country, we don't change our dress and wear more revealing clothes. Men and women also naturally separate and don't touch each other in general even when in the same space. Our conservative culture is why most of us don't get the need for segregation in our own country in most cases. Understandably I would prefer a women's only gym which we do have, but I doubt it would be easy to find a men's only gym. Most Muslim women would probably join a women's only gym though so it wouldn't be weird if you join a gym in Malaysia and there are only non muslim women, which can be more carefree. But in general, even if you are non muslim, the women there will not be wearing bikinis or super sexy clothes in a gym. Non-muslims in Malaysia know better than that and have respect for the Malay muslims. If they are foreigners, then I can't comment.
I'm Indonesian. My suggestion is don't move to other country brother. Islam is spreading fast in Europe. You are needed there to strengthen muslim community. If you are interested, you can study Islam deeper by taking formal education in Saudi Arabia for example. To be muslim scholar. I'm confident in the future Islam will be majority in Europe 😊
Maybe he means that you can certainly be there in the west and live within the muslim community there. These muslim communities need people like you to create better surroundings and support system. I think he's got a good point tbh. May Allah guide us in making our decisions.
I'm a revert of 20 years alhamdulillah. Spent 4 years in Egypt. It's a great place if you're young and want to learn Arabic and seek Islamic knowledge. It's affordable too. But I wouldn't want to live there with children. We lived in Malaysia for few years and loved it so much. The nature, the food, freedom to practice Islam, very safe and peaceful and so much to do with kids.There's bid'a but you can find your group of like minded people and a masjid that don't do bid'a. The problem now is, it's difficult to get a visa and recently there have been new rules that made it difficult for foreigners to live there.. and I feel foreigners aren't welcome except as tourists. I lived in Qatar too and it's now a beautiful place to live and very safe for a family. We love it. But it's a small country, the cost of living is high and it's not easy to find a job&get a visa. If I were to live on Saudi, I'd go to al Madinah. I know reverts who studied there and loved it. As for UAE, Dubai is to avoid but other cities are ok Islam-wise, like Sharja or Al Ain. I have revert friends who live/lived there.
wow, masha Allah you sound like you have been around like us, we lived in Sharjah, much better than Dubai but I wouldn't feel comfortable living in UAE now with all the new rules and politics. When you have kids you get to a stage that you really need to be stable. I met a few families in Istanbul that came there from Malaysia saying it was getting far too difficult to stay there and apparently the weather is so much more hotter than UAE???

Assalam alaykoum, as a British Muslim family of 5, we made hijra out of UK over 12yrs ago, and we went to UAE first, and you are right, it is beautiful, safe and modern but very expensive living, expensive to travel back to UK and not stable at all in the long run not to mention the certain level of racism. We also moved and lived in Turkiye, which is much cheaper living, more stable if you can afford to invest in property and cheaper to travel back to UK, no Islamophobia, beautiful masjids but very few that fill them. Problem with Turkiye is that you do need to learn the language and we really missed the Muslim community environment that we had in the west. We still loved it there though and would have stayed if it didn't become more difficult visa wise, so many people have had their visas refused and it really isn't worth the anxiety of just NOT KNOWING what will happen every year you re-apply. I am Moroccan and my Hubby is Uzbek and I never imagined that I would one day consider Morocco as a place I would live, but we made the move and now Alhamdulillah we are really very happy here in Tetouan, it is very safe, very modest and conservative, a small, clean city with beautiful mountain views and clean sea. If your wife is Moroccan you wouldn't have any instability visa-wise, it's affordable living and we have seen and booked tickets from as little as 30 UK pounds before, (offpeak). There is a big expat community here that you will be welcomed into. And don't forget the English language has now been implemented to replace French.. so insha Allah our youth shouldn't have too much of a problem.
As a Malaysian, i used to want to live abroad esp in Europe bcs i thought that it is a very modern but cultured place to live in. But as i grow older (I’m 29 now) i feel like so grateful to live in Malaysia, plus being a Muslim, it is easy to get halal food, it is virtually no problem to get good halal food! I would recommend Muslims abroad to live in Malaysia but immigration is not easy bcs Malaysia has so many bureaucracies around that. Good luck!
Morocco is a wonderful Islamic country to do Hijra. It is very cheap, majority of the people are very Islamically oriented, just watch the recent Eid el fitr celebration and you will understand, plus, Moroccans are very hospitable people. I am a Moroccan living abroad myself and inshallah will leave finally soon to live in Morocco because frankly there is no place like it.
Yes, sobhan Allah, I feel that our country has really grown and modernised itself in a good way through its youth and their dream to see Morocco a better place.. I always had this set vision of Morocco in my head that I acquired maybe back in the 90's and it took me a while to realise, Morocco has really moved on and progressed a lot since then. My kids literally tell me it feels very much like UAE.. minus the big malls. Where will you be looking to move in Morocco? We are in Tetouan.

Salam Alaikum brother. I am in a very similar position as you. I would suggest visiting these countries for at least a month if your serious. Its a big and important change to make. One can only learn so much with out experiencing it first hand. Everyones experence is unique and has their own preferences. I personally think from my extreemly limited outside perspective that Morocco would be best. It's close to Europe, affordable and you have a connection there. (These 3 things you can't say about SA yet.) You probably know more about it with your connection to it. It all may not be positive but all countries will be this way. Having a native speaker and some connection goes a long way. I think the grass is greener where you choose to water it if you know what I mean. I am an Egyptian London born and in a quest to do Hijra. I am definitely interested to live in Saudi and I would move in a heartbeat if I have an opportunity to. My strategy is to save up a bit for a few years as I know Saudi is challenging to go to if you don’t have money.
I am a revert Muslim who wish to learn well and uphold the fundamental teachings of Islam basing on the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wassalam , so I wish to make hijirah to a country where the Shariah is really implemented completely in It’s true sense in sha Allah.
Unfortunately, currently there is no country in existence which has complete true shariah This is where the devil worshipers worked very hard on , they made sure that we stay in delusional world and not to wake up and realise that Deen of Islam is actually not in existence They don’t care about anyone praying salah or fasting or giving zakat and doing hajj , as long as they don’t bring about sharia system ; the devil worshipers are okay with religion of Islam The reason being is that they can easily chop down those who only follow religion of Islam but it’s tough to overcome those who are upon Deen of Islam
As your wife is Moroccan, if you choose to live in Morocco you should look into the support that Morocco gives to buy a house. There are some cheap but nice appartments(social housing) that moroccans can buy for about 20 000 euro. So I think because your wife is Moroccan you may have the right to buy it, but I don't know if it can only be on her name or on both. You should check. Also I heard that there is a programme that will run between 2024-2028 where they will help Moroccans financially to buy a property. For property under about 27 800 euro(300 000 dirham), they help with around 9200 euro(100 000 dirham) and for property between 27800 and 65000 euro(700 000 dirham), they will help with around 6500 euro(70 000 dirham). So it is something you can read about on the internet and look into if you are intersted in buying.
In my opinion, it all depends on what you will be doing to support yourself wherever you move to. If you can get a job or set up a business anywhere you go to, then it's easier to make a choice.
READ THIS : I'm Moroccan living in Tetouan. You don't need a visa to stay. I have seen a lot of tourists and reverts here that go to ceuta or mellila which are two moroccan cities that spain still have control of them.. So they just go spend an hour there for 5 euros and come back the same day and they get 3 other months right to stay in morocco. Second thing i think the language is not a problem because your wife is moroccan so she can help you to learn and speak moroccan arabic. Also for following Islam teachings alhamdulilah moroccans are very religious specially in small cities like tetouan. Plus you can communicate there with many reverts. Everyday i hear them speaking all sort of language, English, French, Dutch... Also it easy to find well paid jobs if you have experience

I am from bangladesh and you absolutely echoed the voice of us. Don't know about others but i escaped from my country 14 years ago when i was in my early 20s. None of us never want to stay in our country. And we have valid reasons for that. The sad thing is that not everyone is lucky enough nor has the capacity (like you a london born) to travel in a manner of visa free access.... For your choice i don't have anything to say about saudi arabia.. Your life your choice. But remember two things. Grass always looks greener from the either side of a fence. and second thing is your one single decision have significant impact on the people who depends on you. So keep your brain at work.
Brother, take Riyaadh or Jeddaah as next Dubai. Speaking to my friends living there for last 12 years, they have mentioned that cost of living has increased a lot. Rentals are sky rocketing, and specially international muslim schools are less compared to Sharjaah or Dubai. Moreover, road traffic is bad and a lot of "Waasta" required to get your day to day and jobs done. Its pretty much you see in Pakistan, India, or Bangladesh, not that high but a partial reflection. Coming from west, i wont go there with my grown up teenagers. Regarding long term living, unless you fall into those five newly announced categories for premium residency by KSA, you are dependent on the Kafeel system where you will need a 2 year work visa sponsored by the employer, hence your long term living desire is wholly dependent on your next renewal. I have my one friend who had to sell everything and leave in 60 days, along with family to come back to west. Obviously, you dont want this to happen to you معاذ الله. You should migrate to a place with your main living condition fixed and addressed. Its my own personal opinion, that someone from UK, who wants stability with kids, and live closer to home and closer to Haramain, should highly consider living in Sharjaah or other conservative emirates except Dubai. You will get the best of both world. You can get a 10 year Golden visa, a self sponsored visa where you are yiur own boss. You can bring your family and parents too without additional deposits. Real estate is best option where you dont have to deposit your 2M in a bank like MM2H (Malaysia). You can live in an apartment that will count towards your Golden visa. Anyhow, there are a lot of details. A humble advise from my end. May Allaah make it easy upon you.
Oman is absolute class brother, great people, hard working, very honest people and they live under good governance. However i found Oman EXPENSIVE bro and HOT.
@@yahyaspath To be honest i think i found it so expensive was i came from Australia with the Aussie Dollar, which is valued at $1.00 Australian dollars to 0.30 Riyals. So it was shockingly bad for me. If you come from the UK 1.00 Euro translates to 0.40 Riyals, which is still terrible haha.
Saudi is clearly the best, but UAE is a very close 2nd. Saudi is like 1A and UAE 1B. UAE is wonderful to live and have plentiful great areas. It's not nearly as bad as what people make it sound like. You would just have to come and visit and see for yourself. Come to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, etc. Very nice places. I personally am looking into Abu Dhabi. Love the hijrah content btw. Looking forward to more hijrah content. I subbed fairly recently Alhamdulillah.
I am Malaysian and my spouse is Moroccan. We both left to live in a small town in NZ but when we do return to live among Muslims, it will be in Malaysia but far away from people or maybe live in Perlis because the Mufti there is upon Quran and Sunnah and very active with da'wah. Morocco is way more westernised than Malaysia. And they have poor regulations so the businessmen, salesmen easily will cheat you. My spouse worked in that industry and he always talks abt the dishonesty and lack of integrity of his work peers. You have to be on your toes a bit when you deal with them. If you live outside of the city, people are more traditional but then you deal with uneducated people who don't know any or very little about Islam. The challenge with them is a whole other level. Malaysia, you are correct about bid'ah. It is really really bad. If you say anything even if to your family member or friend they will not like it and will think you're super arrogant if you decline their invitation for a religious event that has bid'ah. Shi'ah is also on the rise. But I must say Islam is a lot more protected there compared to Morocco despite so many Western influence and efforts to reform Islam, perhaps because of the sultans and majority Muslim. There are also many people actively doing da'wah/ naseehah especially to locals... so you will find your people inshaAllah This life is a test and no where will be perfect. You've just got to find the best for you and your akhirah. All the best! May Allah guide you and make this hijrah easy for you.

Honestly I'd recommend Afghanistan but the problem is the poverty because of the war and because there are issues with Pakistan because of the borders and expect a war at any moment I don't recommend UAE because it's really terrible the government is completely pro Israel and it's too expensive same as Saudi Arabia Morocco is decent but the government is pro Israel and liberalism is crazy in this country I think Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore are good places for migration and me personally I wish I can go there
UAE is not reflected solely by Dubai. Mamy people doing Hijraah has this misconception. Sharjaah is conservative, negligible non muslim expats, and many masaajid. Also, much cheaper than Dubai. Also no innovations as its regulated by government. You should consider that option too.
I have lived in Saudi for work. In terms of security I put it as zero. Your security is tied to your employment. There is actual talks about investment visa if you are into e-commerce or logistics. But, it’s not confirmed but the initial figures they are talking about is around £850k. As a person who worked in Saudi and uae and lived some part of my childhood in Saudi. I can tell there is some sort of peace. Now am in the UK and wondering why the hell am I here still? My wife is Moroccan as well, and we were there few years ago and decided to sort out our finances and move to Rabat
7:39 For Malaysia, in general, that's not true. Typically (the general muslim population) we can definitely separate traditions & actual religious practice. The big difference is we are a lot more accepting and more tolerant to other non-muslim Malaysians or outsiders. It's a multi-cultural, multi-race, multi-religion country with muslims as its majority and that's the only way to go for the country to be peaceful. And the buddhists, christians, hindus etc etc also accept & acknowledge that we are the majority and Islam is the country's official religion
I'm surprised that you didn't mention Kuwait in this comparison. In terms of conservative or decency, I think it's the best after saudi arabia. It's also cheaper than the rest of the Gulf region in terms of groceries, gas ...., I believe. However I've heard that renting there is expensive but don't take my word for it you have to do your research. I live in saudi arabia, but if I had to choose. It's saudi arabia Kuwait - Qatar Sharja UAE ( it is very very very close to dubai you will not even noticethat you are in different city, but the legislation there are different and it's more conservative )
السلام عليكم With North Africa culturaly and linguistically we are very similar but for Algeria unless you are Algerian or married to one it’s probably bottom choice for anyone else because the visas are some of the hardest to get you won’t be able to buy a house and if u get a visa it will extremely hard to keep as I’m also pretty sure non Algerians can’t own a business in Algeria Also it’s not very common for foreigners to be in Algeria so theirs no support network for them unlike Tunisia and Algeria. Tunisia and Morocco pretty much the same in every way mabey cultures mabey a bit more liberal but no way you could stay in Algeria if u not married to one or are one because of the laws

The point made on Oman’s Sunni and Ibadi population is very important. I’ve heard that the Muslim society is very homogeneous with no distinction made between Sunni or Ibadi. That seems ok on a surface level but for those actually studying Sunni Islam and living there, it really seems like an elephant in the room that isn’t talked about enough.

i’ve been looking into other countries for hijrah, and i feel like there isn’t really any country that’s “perfect”. i’m really worried about racism that my children will experience. i am not arab, but i’ve heard of even non gulf arabs facing horrendous racism and discrimination in gulf countries. other countries, such as in north africa, egypt morroco etc are just not safe, with very minimal protection against violence and crimes. and malaysia, despite always coming on top of these ranking lists is a country that becomes more and more liberal as time goes by. not sure what to do tbh
Im Moroccan and northen cities in Morocco are very safe,,,my sister has a flat in tetouan which she only visit in summer, her flat in every visit is the same. We don't have home invasion like in australia, neither shooting like USA and neither stabbing incidents like in Uk,,,Alhamdulillah
I am a Moroccan, born and raised in Europe and I would say Morocco is pretty safe. Ofcourse each country has it problems but I wouldn't say safety is a problem in Morocco. Ofcourse there are certain neighberhoods that you should not go to by yourself in the midst of the night, but that is the case in every country. So Morocco is pretty safe.
Actually Malaysian Muslim youth are getting more Islamic, more so than the rest of the Arab world. 1 in 3 of them say they’re more religious than their parents. This trend is seen across south east Asia. The Arab youth according to the Arab barometer, are indeed getting more Islamic as well. Turkish youth, from my knowledge, is going the opposite direction, though they remain committed to Islam, but not as strongly due to their history of forced secularisation. The Central Asian youth, are slowly finding their way back to the religion.

If u want to go to morocco i would recommand the north /rif the locals are more conservative and there is a lot of non moroccan reverts living there especially in my city tangier. Rabat is cool but its more liberal than the other cities.
@@yahyaspath I am Moroccan born in Belgium and I agree. North Morocco/Rif are more conservative. The women are dressed more modestly. I am from North East Morocco so it is also good. West Morocco is very liberal. So Rabat, Casa Blanca and the like are very westernized unfortunately. My whole life sometimes in summer I used to go to North East Morocco but when I went to West Morocco, I was kind of "shocked" of how many women are not dressed modestly. So I would recommened cities/towns in the North. The south I don't really know about. But I think definetley better than West Morocco. A lot of European Morcoccans live in Tangier. It is a beautiful city, close to Europe you can just take the boat and you are in Spain. Also for people who grew up in the West it is not really a difficult change to live there. Like I said I am originally from North East Morrocco, close to the city of Berkane. Berkane is nice in summer to meet family etc... But I don't think I could live there as I am used to Europe. Maybe Oujda(border with Algeria) as it is a bigger city with university etc.. is much better but I don't know if that would be a good option for you as a foreigner who does not speak the language yet. Btw if I am not mistaken(don't quote me) Oujda is the city with most mosques per inhabitants in the world. You can look it up, very interesting. A city like Tangier is more international so that would be a good option in shaa Allah. Also Tetouan I think is nice
@@yahyaspath Al Hoceima is nice but it is not that big and I don't think there are that many opportunities for work etc... I may be wrong. But it is definetely a nice pace for vacation. And if you want to learn Arabic/Darija it is not the place as they speak Tmazight, not Arabic. The city of Nador may also be a good place to live, it is growing but again they do not speak Arabic/Darija there.

Well it looks like Saudi suits you the most but let see how long can you survive there. Idk about any other country but being a Malaysian, everyone could see that from the last 15 years, Islamism is on rise here. We’re getting more and more conservative by days. Except for maybe Saudi, Malaysian Muslim are the most conservative and practicing Muslim out there. Just look at our Queen and female celebrities, most of them are a hijabis. Also, You mentioned about Malaysia’s Bidaah practices but I can’t pinpoint anything super extreme that lead to shirk. Also, Malaysian Muslim don’t pray when visiting grave. We recite Al-Fatihah or Surah Yaseen the most, but never an actual salah there. In fact, we’re getting more educated and religious lately that many of the bidaah gradually being left behind. Even Dr. Zakir Naik resides here and claimed Malaysia has the most observant Muslim outside of Saudi Arabia.
AsSalamu Alakuim, Alhumdulilah nice video. I also have the same thought. My husband is Moroccan and I can't think of a better place besides Madinah or Mecca to move with our children. The language is a big barrier for me but inshaAllah it will not be as big for them, they are still young and learn super fast, Alhumdulillah. I am a comedian at heart and love people and I am a nurse and help patients and their kids deal with mental health issues and other health issues. I am from Malaysia, our official religion is Sunni Islam. We have a sultan who monitors religion, if anyone deviates from Islam, action is taken quickly. In fact, in every Friday sermon we are warned about deviants such as shia, qurdani, ibrahmiah, muhammad and others. Perhaps others Islamic country do have their own cultures that mix into religion until they dont recognise but in Malaysia, if it happen...it will be quickly rectify. Our scholars are from all over the world. Some of them graduated from Egypt, Jordan, Yameen, Madinah- Saudi Arabia and others. We all practise sunni, other that practise will be ban by the goverment. We follow Quran, sunnah and hadiths. 13 hours to UK and 5hours to Saudi. If you think to much, the best is live in Saudi Arabia. Study in Madinah. Malaysian also study in Madinah, become hafiz, be a scholar in all juridictions and practises Sunni, follow sunnah and Al Quran then come back to Malaysia and teach fellows Malaysians.

It is very challenging here in Saudi Arabia tbh, if you have a family for example, even 16k salary won't be enough, cost of living is very high here as most of the things are imported due to the lack of resources. You can expect the price for vegetable crackers for example is 3 to 4 times the price in Malaysia. Say a main course from TGI Fridays in Malaysia will cost you between RM39 to RM45 at least, but in Saudi Arabia it will cost between SAR89 to SAR100++, so dining out for family entertainment is not something you can do very often (sometimes wife needs a break) unless if you prefer local food or fast food (which is not cheap either). Snacks like Auntie Anne's pretzels in Malaysia (RM4.90 - RM 8.90), Saudi on the other hand is SAR 11- SAR 20). Comfortable hotels like Double Tree Hilton price is double or triple here too compared to Malaysia, but Malaysia hilton hotel offers better service tbh. In short, prepare to spend 3 to 4 times more monthly to live a comfortable life. I lived in Malaysia for 10++ years and now back to Saudi and I am 200% sure that quality of life in Malaysia is way better and way more affordable, and the nature and modern infrastructure in Malaysia is better too. However, if anyone of you really do wish to move to Saudi Arabia, it is possible if you can secure a good position with salary at least 15k (for single) or 25k for family to live a comfortable life inshaAllah. Before anyone hate me here, I'm only sharing the reality check.

Many Muslim dream to live and die in Mecca or Medina. Me too if given the opportunity. But sometimes we need to think the other way around. If we live our life outside of the holy place, it doesn't mean we can't to be close to Allah SWT. In fact it is opportunity for us to do more dawah to people, help needy people. In Mecca there is not much Dawah we could make because all are Muslim who came to Mecca with same intention with us.

Sufism is mainstream in Southeast Asia (Malaysia/Indonesia), North Africa (Morocco/Algeria/Tunisia/Egypt), Turkey, Mesopotamia (Palestine/Syria/Iraq/Jordan/Lebanon), and as well as South Asia (India/Pakistan/Bangladesh). It's the majority basically. If you want to do hijra to a Salafi country, away from all the innovations, then Saudi Arabia/Qatar/maybe UAE are known for that. I'm not sure about Kuwait though.
nope, sufism is not mainstream in Malaysia. Might be in Indonesia, but not in Malaysia as media is pretty quick to expose them if there were dubious practice within the group. Moreover public can just reach out to the local scholars in almost real time nowadays should they need to confirm anything.

Especially Albania and Kosovo are extremely liberal. Women wear barely Hijab and people are heavily influenced by communism and you would be an alien as a practising Sunni Muslim. Bosnia in general is better but still very liberal.
I am bosnian, born in germany, and i can tell you that - even if more and more bosnians came back to islam - bosnia is still toooo much liberal in comparesion with morocco, malaysia or other arab countries. Bosnia has "just" 55-60% muslims, bosnia is lacking islamic knowledge due to communism and many bida'at from ottoman period are still there, so its heavy influenced by the ottoman practices of islam. You will find many bars, clubs, bosnians who drink alcohol, many people who doesnt know what halal meat really is unfortunetaly and other stuff but as a native you most likely would have a house allready and could settle down more easy then a "outsider", even if bosnians are relativ happy to see strangers in bosnia - if your intention is not bad. But as me as a bosnian , Bosnia wouldnt be my top adress for hijrah due to many up comming things (joining eu, nato, surrenderd by christians, slowly but surely the propaganda of lgbtq will emmerge due to the joining Plans of the politicians to be part of the EU

The "rumours" that you heard about "innovation on islam" happen in Indonesia, they're republic country system, meanwhile Malaysia practises parliamentary democracy with constitutional monarchy. His Majesty the King is the head of state. Parliament is the most important institution in a country which practises the principles of democracy & Islam sunni is the religion of the Federation but other religions may be practiced in peace and harmony except shia & other "innovations of islam", other "version" of islam besides sunni better not be practices in public or police will saying hello to you haha. Too much differences, even the indonesian islamic scholars & figures praising the malaysian on islamic practices.
You're right about Oman. The nicest people from the gulf for sure, but they're following Ibadiyya which can be an issue as a sunni. From what I believe it is not permissible to pray behind an Ibadi imam. That's one reason I haven't travelled to Oman and wouldn't wanna live there either Edit: Haha and also right about South Asian. That one gave me a laugh. Didn't take any offence. I'm mix Indian-Pakistani and I wouldn't wanna live in any of those countries either. They're just so dirty. Just look at desi (Indian/Pakistani/ Bangladeshi) areas as well of any city in the UK, it'll usually be amongst the dirtiest & smelliest areas of that city. Overcrowded, litter everywhere, infrastructure in poor condition. Really nasty 🤢. I've seen this in at least 5 UK cities. I would incl Afghani areas too. If you want to move to Malaysia make sure to move to Perlis, its the only state in Malaysia that have a Salafi Sunni Mufti. In Malaysia the shariah regulations and court are under the power of the state Muftis and the Sultan, because before the British came each states used to be an independent Kingdom and have their own Sultan and army and governments. The British united all these states under federated Malay states. So each states retain their monarch and have their own school of thought depends on the Muftis. In Malaysia only Perlis uphold the Salafis Sunnis teaching. The King of the state of Perlis is actually an Ahlul Bait or descendance from family of the Prophet S.A.W. Other states have different style of madhhab but still under the Shafiite school of thought. Some state are full of bid'ah and some are not. If you want to further study Islam in the most purest form i suggest you Hijra to Saudi Arabia first, after your knowledge and Iman are stronger than you can make Hijra to any Muslims nation. The Bid'ah in Malaysia used to be bad but NOT AS BAD AS IN PAKISTAN, INDIA AND INDONESIA. there used to be as bad as them but nowadays there is more nuance and many people actually started to practice real Sunna and stop doing bid'ah including my family members even thought they live in a state that are not adherent to Salafi madhab.
Wahabism or the so called modern rebrand salafism is a cancer to the ummah. Alhamdulillah Malaysia is a staunch adherent to the madhab akidah of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah. You want to know what is Bid'ah ? Tauhid Trinity as taught by Salafism.
The problem with Saudi is you can't stay there due to visa issues. You must have a "Kafeel" who sponsors you and he will be controlling your everything from say bank account to employment etc. I understand your love for Saudi but these "Kafeels" can become super evil and you would hate to live there due to this issue. In Malaysia, only the north state, Perlis is following closely to Quran and Sunnah. Straight no bidaah. The Mufti and Perlis Islam institution is actively doing dawaah and bringing people to the right source of Hadiths. Inysallah, Quran in Malaysia and also Indonesia, Jakarta is making a presence felt.
