Yess I just received moonlit seduction as a GIFT FROM WORK! It’s my first mothership palette(I do have the love sublime seduction and Bridgerton blush palette) and I love it so much! Other RU-vidrs have absolutely trashed on it bc of the similar tones but I love her ✨✨✨✨

Oohhh….subversive is my number 1 palette. It is out of the world for smoky eyes. I had so many compliments when I last wore it. I have never seen such an elegant grunge eyeshadow palette that is so effortless. It is truly unique. I suppose Subversive is like Marmite- you either love it or hate it!

I went back and watched your PM ranking from 2 years ago and you talked about how you didn't like the Mothership "Decadence" palette, or at least you weren't interested in it. I love how our preferences change and we end up loving things in our collections we didn't think we would sometimes. It's all good, we are all different and different within ourselves from time to time. Love these videos! I felt the same way about the Nocturnal Nirvana quad, so I donated it to someone who was continuously lusting over it and couldn't catch it in stock.

Me when I saw the title of this video: 😮😍🥳🤗 Yesterday was my 29th anniversary and this video is my present!!! PML obsessed unite! 😂 Also…how hard is a PML ranking??!! Because even if it’s not your VERY favorite, it’s still gorgeous and a great formula and you wear it and love it. I don’t even know how I’d rank mine. It makes me anxious just thinking about it! I love that you insert swatches of each palette. It’s so nice and I’m sure it takes so much longer to edit the video by doing that. You’re fantastic! Thank you for this video!

I just have the first mothership, mothership I which I got in a 40% off sale so it was a super steal! I love cool tones, and in this it's the white shimmers and the blue that I like. The Heutopian dream with the lovely shimmers is my next favourite, I would love to get that one day

I don't care how many times I've watched you swatch PMG shadows, it still gives me the butterflies everytime when you do swatches haha I don't know why but the way you swatch them is soo satisfying!! I agree with what you said about huetopian dream! I thought i'd use this palette the most because I drool over these special shades, but I honestly don't reach for this palette a lot... and I think it's the 3 colours. youpointed out. I don't like the coral shade, the green/pink duochrome, and the gold (this one is beautiful but meh I just don't gravitate towards gold).

Your top two are my top two too! It wasn't just your palette that had such poor quality in Bronze seduction. I was so disappointed in the hard pan brown and patchy purple.

Oh nooo, Subversive is my favourite thing in my makeup collection EVER! I get so excited whenever I pull it out, I just want to touch and swatch the shades :D When I buy high end makeup, I usually want something that inspires me and forces me to get creative and III does just that. Like, I don't need the 500th bronze shade as I can get those in pretty much every drugstore, I want colour and sparkle and shine and oh my, Subversive is perfect for that. But I can see why it's not high on everyone's favourite list. I did get Moonlit Seduction recently and it's a close second favourite of mine - the colours are just so effortlessly pretty. I also own Midnight Sun, but I haven't fully warmed up to it yet. If I had to get rid of one, I'd choose this without a second thought tbh. PS: I love that your palettes actually look used and slightly messy. So many creators show their "most favourite palette", looking pristine and barely touched. Yours ooze appreciation!

This was sooo satisfying to watch!!! I love love love a PM ranking video! I love how everyone has such different and unique preferences as to why they prefer certain Motherships over others!And everyone I have seen do a ranking has such a hard time ranking because they all truly love each and every palette! I knew Moonlit Seduction would be your #1 !! My ranking would be somewhat different as our preferences are different in some aspects, but that's what males these rankings so exciting to watch! I'm so happy that you are enjoying the Mega Mothership Celestial Divinity! Dragonfly is prob in my top 5 shades out of every PM palette I own! I do hope she comes out with another palette with more shifty multi and duochromes! Also, Mothership VI Midnight Sun is what also turned me on to PM. It was my first purchase back in 2019 and now I gotta have them all. I have a total of 39 palettes and there are a couple I am missing I'm still trying to collect. PM truly is amazing and my absolute favorite brand ! She nails everything she creates! ❤❤❤❤

I found the same with bronze seduction! So many people said the normal shimmers were amazing, like the best gold in their entire eyeshadow collection and that kind of thing. I love golds and taupe shimmery colours so I thought I’d wear them everyday, but mine are super dry and spongy and impossible to apply in a way that looks impactful and even. I wonder if we got duds/an old palette.

My bronze seduction palette is exactly the same way! I picked up my first one with a Sephora rewards card, so I couldn't return it. I actually purchased a new one during one of her sales.. it's not much better. It always baffles me a little when people say it's one of Pat's best.

Omg I am finally first and not sure why I am commenting this - I have never been first Martina as you upload at 2am in oz. I will always watch your PML content and cannot get enough. I was shocked to see the Bridgerton ranked so low but it makes sense due to the colour story. I just wish she used the satin formula again as it is impeccable

Just have to add if I had a PML wish list it would be special shade singles and quads - CT did so well with singles recently and sometimes I skip motherships if it is just one shade calling me. Though Bronze Seduction was a must just for VR fire opal (the rest is awful hardpan). 🥰

Martina, thank you for not placing Decadence down at the bottom like so many others do. It has stunning shades in it and the shimmers can be blended out to create mattes. Looking forward to picking it up next Sale along with Sublime. The Subversive Palette is a strange one, which many get stuck on how to use. By laying down the black first, it will certainly show up the lighter shades and empathises Gigabyte. When I first used Black Metal, it ended up blending out to a matte and wouldn't build up to a shimmer. I really don't know why the two browns are in there. Instead, there should have been a pale grey matte and a deep purple shimmer. At least they match in much better. It was a bit of a shock to have this as my first palette, but then the others came in quick succession. I love both of the first two Celestial Palettes, with Celestial Divinity being my first ever palette from PML. You can see by the first two why I was disappointed with the Nirvana. It's impossible to ask me to pick a favourite of any palette, considering I have never had a favourite colour my entire life! All I'll say is that they are beautiful in their own right. I realise the brighter colours frighten you somewhat, but maybe trying them to line the underneath of the eye could be a good start. Thanks for reminding me again just how much I've still got to go through!🇦🇺💖🕊

I only have one and returned the other. I did not get along with Dive Rose at all and I think it's because it's so yellow leaning it did not agree with my coloring, but the formula was nice. Moonlit Seduction, however, chef's kiss, perfection, amazing the shimmers are out of this world beautiful the mattes where not patchy for me. It's truly a treat for my eyes😌

I can’t never do a ranking of all those special palettes, for me it’s very hard because Pat is my favorite brand. Thank you for this ranking. It's always interesting hearing others perspectives and preferences. I have seven Motherships and my ranking differs because I prefer dark smoky looks. Subliminal was number one for me. My Bronze Seduction formula seemed to change after about a year, which is the PAO given. Though, I know many people keep and use palettes for much longer than that without any issues.

I have the same problem with Bronze Seduction that you have. The six shades are terrible and make me so annoyed but every time I use it, the looks are beautiful but I have to work so hard to get them to work!

It depends on the mothership. I find usually find the metallic formulas in the smaller palettes or the holiday ones a little more creamy, but that's just my opinion xx

My bronze seduction palette is the same! It’s such a shame because I love the color story but the 6 shades on the left are not good. I own all of the large motherships and my favorite is Huetopian Dream or moonlit seduction. It’s hard to pick!

The first one you show ... #24 looks like 4 o the colors in the Star Wars the Golden One that is more bronze than "gold" ... So much repetition in different palettes. Great quality, no longer in Sephora stores and that's a shame as I'm more likely to buy something I can try or see "in person" vs her site that isn't as good as Sephora. Love what I have but I keep seeing same 4 shades everywhere. Thanks, you're helpful and appreciated

You have a beautiful collection. I only own 2 motherships, Divine Rose 1 and 2. While I enjoy them, the shade Veloria in DR1 goes on too grayish in my crease, and doesn’t pair with most of the shimmers, in my opinion. In the DR2 , there is no,way that bright pink looks good in the crease, on me, and I don’t like it as a blush either. I’m thinking to purchase the all matte Velvet Liason to use with these motherships, maybe then I’ll enjoy them more, since they are pricey even with a discount. I do agree about her special shades, and some of her metallics. They are really amazing!

Oh that's a shame about the mattes but I understand. I don't use those mattes as much now that I have velvet liaison so I do really recommend that one if I'm honest. It will go with any mothership 💗💗

Although I love the smaller palettes and the big Christmas ones, I am over the Motherships. I bought Moonlit Seduction and I am SO disappointed. The mattes are meh. VR sextacy gives me a sparkly black eye like I've been kicked in the face by a unicorn, and the two toppers on the right are like pressed glitter and fall out all over my cheeks. There are so many better palettes by other brands. The emperor has no clothes on as far as I can see. (My fave PM palettes are Platinum Bronze, La Vie en Rose and Bronze Bliss).

Your collection is beautiful, but I don’t get the hype with Pat McGrath. I have the Celestial Divinity holiday palette, the Nocturnal Nirvana and Bridgestone 2. None of these compare to some of my Indie brand eyeshadow palettes. Most of her pink shades stain my eyes and are irritating, and some of the shimmers are underwhelming for the price. I do like the couple bronzers I got, but have not tried anything else. Their customer service on their website is not great, and everything just looks the same. I think she can do better.
